The other was a young man who said his disabled parents had received faulty goods with no solution. The man I spoke to a tall Asian man mocked me until I cried. After numerous calls they sent an engineer who did a test within 5 mins and didn't even lie on mattress and said the bed was fine and the case was closed. The bed is 4 months old. I am now thinking of going to the small claims court.

We were PROMISED a pre Christmas delivery. Of course they would to take your money. Very poor communications from the store, had over 5+ delay notifications and went in store to chase, still no material update anyone could give me. I escalated this by writing to the CEO of furniture village, of course no response from him personally, just his personal assistants saying the same thing. 'Sorry for the delay'. After sending 5+ escalation emails to the CEO and his assistants, nobody could answer the following simple question I had asked multiple times. And the follow up to this nobody won't answer this simple question either. Please can someone let me know what will be done about the false pre Christmas delivery promise. I keep asking and nobody is giving me a response. Is it really that hard of a question? No of course it's not. It's just the company not wanting to take accountability for a commitment made and not honoured to its customer. Is this good business? I ensure I make things right with my clients when a commitment is missed. So 4 months later, mid February 2025 we finally receive the sofa.

However, they do have good prices, and lots of choices. They did have a really small Christmas section though, which was a shame. If I needed something in particular, like new curtains, I'd definitely come here. But just to browse, it's a bit too much.

went to smiths today!!!!!!!!!I had a great experience ,we needed to get some plants for the garden…read moreand we were really sucsessful today.I was really pleased with the experience today.There were thousands of plants in the garden centre,there were a lot in the inside area and an absolute abundance of plants outside.Also all plants were well kept and very watered,actually helped me keep cool in all this heat,they obviously take pride in each and every one of their plants.Also there is so much stock of everything(plants and non-plants).This has really pleased me as I've seen some garden centres which has hardly any plants and they are all neglected.However in this garden centre,they even have Christmas trees in June,but I suppose today(the day I wrote my review)is only 6 months till Christmas Eve!!!!!!!!!But I cannot see why you can't have a Christmas tree in June if you want to.I brought 3 small ones!!!!!!!!!Also I've been to garden centres in Christmas and they haven't had christmas trees.Also they were really well staffed as well,and our cashier was polite and even offered for someone to help us load the car.Also the smiths golf thing right at the back of the garden centre looks great and I'm sure will make a lot of money for the garden centre.Also their drive thru concept to collect soil was good and very well thought out,it's like a McDonald's drive thru but you show you're receipt to staff and then drive on to get the soil.Lovely experience!!!!!!!!

It offers an extremely comprehensive range of products. Staff in the outside area can be hard to find but there are knowledgeable staff available if you need advice as I did when selecting a fruit tree for my garden. The level of customer service is high, I was surprised to discover that if you buy a heavy bag of fertiliser or compost it will be taken to your car on an electric carrier! So all in all a recommended place to go for garden supplies and products.
