I was there with my husband and we really enjoyed our dinner there before the show, food was very delicious and thanks the manager Steven for the great service!! Will go back there soon!! read more

Food was tasty and fresh. Really liked the Lamb Lollipops. Staff was friendly. Ask for Lin. Steven is an amazing manager and will handle all concerns so ask to talk to him. Best Asian fusion at the MGM. read more

My waitress, Cecilia, was pretty rude. She asked for my ID after she brought my drink--she proceeds to tell me that i look really young which is why she needs to check my ID, but then tells my mom indirectly that she looks old so she doesn't need to check her ID. This waitress stood over my shoulder when she gave me my check waiting for me to pay--super uncomfortable!! Then once she came back with my receipt, she stood over my shoulder again waiting for me to sign my receipt!! The food was ok..$20 for pho. I would have given higher stars if the waitress wasn't the way she was. read more

Had lunch with the family and really enjoyed the food and the service. The Singapore Noodles were delusions. Our server, Meng Xaing, was very polite and attentive. He knew the menu and had answers to all of our questions. We highly suggest asking for Meng's section! read more

Just had an excellent dinner at Ginger's. Both service and food were excellent! We had a big group (14 people), on a Friday night, food was served very timely. We shared many dishes ... yellow curry, shrimp walnut, sweet & sour chicken, crab meat soup were all very good. read more

The only reason this is not getting a 1 star is because they were the only restaurant that was taking people. The service and food is mediocre. Whiles the portions are tiny and overpriced. You can get way better food at a cheaper price elsewhere. read more

Omg I wish this place was better rated. They truly deserve it. The food is amazing as well is the service!! It's opened to the beautiful floral art, which changes every season or holiday. LOVE the lettuce wraps! They are light and filling. The short ribs are amazing! Also the jasmine tea is delicious. Great way to end a fulfilling meal with quick service. read more

My family experienced some of the best food and service at Ginger MGM. A manager named Steven there was great! He was very courteous and very helpful. With great food and great service, we are definitely coming back again. read more

Cecilia was an amazing server! We made reservations on Open Table 3 weeks in advance and were so thankful! If you are going to a show definitely make your reservations in advance! The shrimp panamg was delicious! read more

Expensive food and bad service. Overcharged for rice! No wonder it's always empty.. MGM needs a new restaurant!

After waiting an hour to be called for my reservation went back to hostess and was seated immediately. Plenty of open seating. After being seated 15 minutes pass before a waiter shows. Placed our order and another 20 minutes pass to get a glass of wine. Food was timely and very good although expensive $100 for lunch for two people. If you have plenty of time and do not mind the slow service give Ginger's a try. read more

Absolutely awesome. Thanks to Thiitinai, Marie, and Kazu!! They were very knowledgeable and answered every question we had. The food was wonderful - crab omelette and the Chicken and shrimp Pad Thai. Remarkable flavor, great atmosphere, an all around excellent experience! read more

I was really impressed my friend and I stumbled across this cute little Asian restaurant last night for a last minute birthday dinner and the food and drinks were great and our food came out really fast! Song our waiter, was super sweet and very attentive she even brought out cute little ice cream dish to wish me a happy Birthday I was happy! I recommend this place it was nice, especially sitting on the little outside portion! read more

I always love my food and service experience in Ginger. The food was excellent and tasty. It's a bit on the pricey side since the location is near the casino. However, I would like to thank our server, Cecilia. She was very friendly, courteous and attentive to our needs. She regularly checked on us to see if the food was okay or we needed something. It's the small things that matter. I highly recommend this restaurant. read more

Went to MGM in Washington harbor and ate lunch at Ginger. Do not order their beef stew egg noodle soup with the dark brown broth very harsh didn't taste good at all. We had ordered 3 bowls and had to swap it out for the pho instead still was a bad choice. If you want pho do not eat here. It is not authentic and the meat was very hard and broth bland. Nice restaurant nice wait staff but the food is awful and it's expensive. They need to find new chef. I have been to casinos that have noodle bar and the beef stew is excellent along with the other noodle soup. read more

Do not waste your time here. The staff literally stole my fiancées jacket and then when we enquired about it, the arrogant manager told us we were mistaken and he personally handed the coat in three hours earlier - a lie, proven to be a lie after security returned it. As well as this, the service was appalling. The staff were too interested in joking among themselves to even bring us plates. The noodles were cold, the scallops were poor quality. The tenderloin beef was a cheap cut and the duck red curry was dreadful. read more

Ginger is amazing! Been there many times! Request Li as your server; he is excellent!

We had a great experience when we went for my birthday dinner. Our servers, Li and Song, were amazing! They were very observant and attentive, always making sure our drinks were filled and quick to respond to any additional orders. The food was also delicious - our favorite was the pecking duck. Overall, we had a great experience and would go back! read more

first time went to MGM and decided to go eat at Ginger. gotta say the food is awesome and got very awesome friendly staff. manager Steven is super friendly and made sure our food was good and getting good service. i did notice that he didnt just visit our table he visited other tables as well to made sure everything was on point. definitely would visit again!! read more

The service is friendly and quick. The appetizers were good, but every entree fell down and disappointed. We ordered the Malaysian noodles wanting to try a new dish and we very let down. It amounted to Lo Mein style noodles drenched in sweet and sour sauce. The Panang duck curry had a nice sauce but the duck was rubber. The Chinese eggplant was over cooked, had an overly fermented flavor with an overwhelming amount of sauce. This place is kind of like a PF Chang's, but even worse. Noise level was an expected rowdy as it's in a casino complex. Prices were very high for the quality but probably what you'd expect inside of casino complex. read more

I ordered barbecue meet over rice. Meat was very dry and way over cooked. Rice was also pretty bad. When I complained to the waiter about how horrible the food was, he laughed like he thought I was joking. I told him it was not funny and repeated my complaint. He then nodded his head, put down the plate he was bussing from our table and walked away like he was going to get a manager. But, we never saw him again. No apology. No manager. Nothing. I would rather blow that kind of money in the casino. Very disappointing. read more

Good food, good ambience. We had a reservation but it felt a bit odd that the lady couldn't find our names for good 5 mins, we had to wait for few mins after that. But it is still better to reserve a place than to wait, I heard someone ahead of us had to wait 45 mins without reservation. If you are looking to spend good amount of time enjoying dinner, this is not the place for you. The restaurant is busy and noisy, food comes out faster than you want it. Good number of vegetarian options on the menu. If you are at the casino, you can stop by to enjoy a quick meal, provided you have reservation. I wouldn't recommend it for any special occasions. I saw some people were out there celebrating birthday, but it didn't appear that this place was right for such occasions. But that's a personal preference I guess. 3 star as the experience was just about average for me, the place didn't wow me for a 4 star. read more

This restaurant is a jewel! Best Thai food we have had in years. Pad Thai and Drunken Noodles were absolutely perfect. We were so impressed with Bee, who hovered over our table tossing the noodles and fetching wine. Wonderful, friendly staff, and beautiful setting (china and cloth napkins). Amid the madness at MGM, Ginger is a quiet island overlooking the flowery courtyard. We at first thought we would try Fish, but it was loud and jam-packed in the early afternoon so we found refuge at Ginger. read more

The BEST place for Asian cuisine. Peter Hsieh and his staff are excellent. Mongolian beef, pad thai are so good. You will definitely come back. read more

Completely tasteless food and way overpriced. My local Bowie, MD Chinese joint at half the price is WAY better. I rarely comment or rate but this was so bad I felt compelled to warn others. General Tso Chicken was full of gristle and Beef with Broccoli was just soggy and GROSS. Management should be ashamed. read more

2 stars for slow service, 4 stars for food. Pan seared sea bass was delicious!! The wait to get seated was long and the wait to order was long. Food came fairly quickly and was superb quantity and quality! read more

I ordered phat thai. The food is sucky. It really sucks! Ginger cuisine is very expensive compared to comparable another asian restaurants. I won't go to GINGER again. read more

The food is really overrated and over priced. The food really lacks flavor. I got the potstickers as an appetizer and they were just ok. I got the Mongolian Beef and it had no flavor but was too spicy. I got a scorpion bowl to drink and that was good. I definitely would not recommend or return. read more

Clean asian cuisine. Not anything over-the-top special, but decent Asian-inspired dishes. Quite overpriced, but to be expected for a Casino/Resort restaurant. Gnats continually flew around our food. Beautiful presentation - especially for alcoholic beverages - and great service. The wings weren't seasoned, but the other food ordered had a decent taste. Ambiance = A, Food = B-, Overall = B. read more

The food here is really good and they serve dishes family style. We had a party of 8 and everybody got to try a little bit of everything. Service was not bad but expected a little more from one of the higher end restaurants inside the MGM! read more

Last night we wanted to check out the Casino and find something to eat. To our surprise we found GINGER the service was excellent Blake was very patient and explain menu well and made great suggestions on what to eat and then we were introduced to a special house cocktail created by Ryan called "Magnolia" it was the best drink that I have ever tasted!!!!! The service and meal were so good the we are return again tonight. I highly recommend and suggest you. I can't wait read more

Great food!! Green curry and Mongolian beef so yummy. Yuzu drink so delicious. Blake and Li excellent people. Love! First time here

Bad inattentive service for overpriced disgusting food. Server was aloof and the tables were bused slowly. What a disappointing result for such a palatial looking place. It has the allure of being located close the casino entrance at the top of the district. Very deceiving. Lobster for $138? Don't make this mistake. read more

We had a fantastic dinner ! Our server Kathy was exceptional and made some excellent suggestions!!! Would and will go back soon!! And will recommend Ginger to our friends who are looking for a great restaurant and and fun night out. read more

We had an amazing early preconcert dinner. 430pm reservations. We were greeted with warm professionalism. They gladly sat us at a table with a lobby view per our request. Our waitress, Cecelia I believe, was wonderful. Very knowledgeable about drink and food menu options. My pear martinis were amazing. They were pricey but I knew this in advance. Pot stickers, Vietnamese spring rolls spot on. Best Mongolian beef we have ever had. Food was timely and hot. They checked on us several times to be sure all needs were met. I was nervous when I read early reviews. They earned my five stars! We will be back. read more

Ryan the Host was excellent, service was impeccable. Food was excellent. For my wife 40th he actually went to the pastry shop and got us a wonderful raspberry mouse pastry. It deserves the 5 stars!!!!! read more

We came in without much expectation based off the other reviews. However, everything tasted great and we had a good time. We shared the bibimbap (which they had no issues with) and we ordered a small monkey-picked oolong tea and the edamame appetizer. The tea was great. The edamame had a garlic seasoning that added a bit of spice and was yummy. The bibimbap was both delicious and plentiful (both my wife and I were thoroughly full afterwards...and I never get full). Also, the waitress was super friendly and she made sure we were well hydrated (my wife needed it with the spicy sauce on the bibimbap). read more

While in line we checked out their reviews on yelp and they had 2 1/2 stars, but we decided to "give it a try". Don't do it! Guys if you want decent Asian food and terrible service. This is the place!! We sat down for 30 minutes before anyone greeted us at the table. Then they forgot our appetizer and didn't bring it until we reminded them we had ordered lettuce wrap, which if you want good lettuce wrap stick with PF Changs. After that our food arrived, and one of our meals never showed up. I complained to the management and they apologized and brought us ginger ice cream "on the house". The ice cream was ginger flavored and not good. At the end we still had a check to pay after all that and we gave them two cards to split it, but they didn't give us one of the cards back. All in all I won't be going back. read more
