Fog and burrata salad
Tiffany W.

Went for dinner on a Saturday night, with 6pm reservations. Started with drinks at the bar while waiting for the table. I had a vodka soda and it was refreshing and strong. After moving to the table, ordered the meatballs as an appetizer. They came with bread, which was actually way better than the bread that was provided for the table. It was crispier and just overall delicious. Perfect for dipping into the sauce with the meatballs. The others at the table ordered the fig & burrata salad and calamari. For my main I had the short rib aka vodka pasta and omg this dish! It was AMAZING. So full of flavor, and very filling. Others had the lobster alla limone and the shrimp cavatelli. For dessert I ordered olive oil cake. Had never had a dessert with olive oil like that and I'm a fan. It was a decent size and quite good. The other order was tiramisu. All in all, I was blown away with how delicious the food was. And the restaurant had patrons but wasn't too busy on a Saturday evening. I don't usually go for Italian cuisine but don't sleep on this spot.

Extremely disappointed with my experience at Osteria Costa. I came here on New Year's Eve with a medium size group of people before Big Night DC. To start, the restaurant wasn't super busy and they put us at a high top table. This struck us as especially weird since we made the reservation close to a month in advance. They were able to move our table and then they brought out the bread and took our order for apps. After they took our order for dinner, we sat around for an unreasonable amount of time before we had to ask the server where our dinner was because it was getting close to 10 and that's when the kitchen closes. The way he was asking what we all ordered made it seem like he completely forgot to put in the entrees. My boyfriend was sitting facing the kitchen and asked me "do you think those pizzas they're firing now are ours?" I ordered the chicken parm and it is a generous portion, but it's not worth the price for the service we received.

I enjoyed myself at this restaurant. Loved the ambiance, service was okay and the entertainment was spectacular! First the violinist was superb. The DJ and the gospel singer rocked the house. The brunch was good. They had a good selection I thought. They had an omelette and pasta bar station. I got stuck at the seafood. They had mussels and shrimp (not bad). They had hominy grits that were thick and good. There were other normal breakfast items like bacon and sausage.

Dish he made for me. He is standing by oven.

Excellent service from hostess to waiter and kitchen staff. Sitting across from made to order counter. Was taking my time and not eating when kitchen man lovely older man came to my table and asked how I was doing. He offered to make a pasta dish for me and I accepted. It was wonderful and delicious.

We came for the brunch on a Sunday at 11am. Service was great. Our server was Emanuel. He was wonderful. He kept our bottomless mimosas, water & tea full. The brunch was American breakfast & Italian lunch all in one. Our favorite! They had DIY waffles, omelette & pasta station, eggs, bacon, grits, shrimp, chicken sausage, potatoes, salad, pizzas, a Italian seafood dish, fruit, yogurt parfait & cakes plus more. It was delicious. Parking @ the MGM is free and they are located near the theatre. The I'm the guy was very personable and made suggestions for our omelette. Great eats for a Sunday morning. There wasn't a crowd when we were there.

Been here couple of times for dinner and Sunday buffet brunch. I've seen this restaurant at the Mirage but never dined there so happy it's in the MGM National Harbor. There are other Vegas transplants at the MGM National Harbor such as Bellagio Patisserie and Diablo Cantina. I like the Sunday brunch buffet. It's priced at $49 each plus an additional $12 for bottomless mimosas. I would stick with their made to order pasta and omelet's as well as their pizzas. Those were pretty good and tasty. Pizza has a great crust. They have a breakfast side with your usual scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage and then their lunch side which had eggs in tomato sauce, shrimp, mussels and clams, various pizzas and salad station. Their dessert station was pretty decent. To save money, if you play the MyVegas slots apps, you can redeem your points for a BOGO free reward which I used today at brunch. This is also a great place to eat dinner as the service and food was pretty solid. I would stick with their pasta dishes as the homemade pasta really makes a difference.

5 stars for service! Thanks Coco! The chicken parmigiana was good. The calamari was excellent! Our beautiful waitress says there is brunch so I'll definitely be back! This establishment is located at the MGM Grand Casino! Make a reservation, they do get busy!

MY husband surprised me with a amazing Birthday dinner Celebration at the Osteria Costa in Oxon Hill Maryland MGM Casino as soon as you walk in the Ambiance was amazing (the joy of the Christmas decor puts a happy smile on your face and in your heart). Then restaurant and staff looked amazing everyone was very cheerful, the server NICOLE (highly recommend her) was so friendly , polite, explained what was on the menu and recommended the most delicious meals (which we ordered) and to the chef- you are a master in the kitchen because our meal was delicious so amazing. I very much wanted to love this place. I liked it but didn't love it. The ambiance is a vibe. Being inside the MGM Hotel and Casino (right off the lobby), the place is gorgeous! Service was outstanding; we celebrated my husband's birthday, and they treated him like the king he was without ignoring me. Now to the food. Appetizer: fried calamari, good flavor but too many overcooked pieces; a plus that came with white and red dipping sauce. We ordered a pizza because it looked delicious, and it didn't disappoint. It was the star of the show!! Sausage, fennel, and onion; I could've had the whole thing by myself and been happy. Main course: NY strip and clam linguine, white garlic sauce, and extra shrimp. All pasta is homemade. Mine was perfect. My husband's steak, I believe, was overcooked and a little tough, but he didn't complain. He did receive a complimentary dessert, I picked the tiramisu for him, and it was a very yummy, strong coffee flavor. I would return for the pizza and the pasta

I asked for a side of ranch and it wasn't an additional charge and gave me a large cup portion. food came out at a reasonable time, dessert came out quick. drinks took a while to come out. they do serve alcohol and specialty drinks. there is a visual bar area but not a bar seating area. good pricing for the size and delicious. there's plenty of seating inside. they have their own free with plenty of parking lot. there are multiple stalls bathrooms available and it was clean.

For appetizers, I ordered the fried oyster deviled eggs, and wow... they were so good. The little fried oysters on top of the deviled eggs were such a perfect combination. Crispy, creamy, flavorful -- definitely something I would order again without hesitation. For my entrée, I had the whole grilled branzino served over a green bean and fennel salad, and let me tell you... this was hands down one of the best branzinos I've ever had. The fish was seasoned perfectly and cooked beautifully. And that green bean and fennel salad underneath? So much better than I expected. I actually considered swapping it out, and I'm so glad I didn't because it completed the dish perfectly. Every bite was delicious. I also had a cocktail called the Endless Summer -- a tequila drink with this amazing foam on top -- and it was excellent. I asked the bartender for a recommendation, and she absolutely delivered. The bartender was friendly, attentive, and made the experience even better. I went by myself, sat at the bar, and genuinely enjoyed every minute of it. Great food, great drinks, great atmosphere, and just an overall really enjoyable experience. I will definitely be back, and I absolutely recommend checking it out if you're at the Harbor.
