It's a small reading nook, with some tables and an upstairs loft. Be it, you'll need to go up a cute skinny spiral staircase where you're met with a "couch" and a super small table. After I pointed out the mistake, instead of correcting it and helping me, she started chatting with her coworker while I stood there waiting. This wasn't a complicated order. It was two plain, untoasted bagels. Grab the bagels, put them in a bag, ring them up, and move on. Instead, I was left standing there while the conversation seemed more important than helping a customer. This was a terrible way to start a Saturday morning. Good customer service is simply paying attention to the person standing in front of you. There are plenty of places to get a good bagel in Brooklyn. Based on this experience, I don't see myself coming back.
