I called their corporate customer service and after a lengthy discussion was told that they had refurbished the car to their standard after finding it with their 215 point inspection. Using Bondo on the left front quarter panel and trunk and then painting the whole left side and trunk is not minor. They should've been disclosed to me and the car should've not been sold as accident free. They would not tell me if the car was damaged when it was purchased or while in their possession. The arbitration clause in the sales contract prevents me from suing them for fraud. I recommend everyone Google CarMax lawsuits before doing any business with CarMax.

I left a negative review, all of a sudden I'm getting 10x more emails and letters in my mail harassing me after being beyond reasonable every time I've had an issue here. Spent years in Florida with the car and at several dealerships without issue. Always a problem here or getting my car back in worse shape. Took the vehicle home and my wife calls me saying the vehicle won't start sometimes and I thought that was weird so I checked the battery. "Seems" as if someone loosened the connectors on the battery terminal. We never tampered or messed with the battery and never had that issue before. A few more miles down the road our TPMS light turned on. Magically after getting new tires put on our sensors went bad on the tires and had to get new ones installed (another $600). A week later our tire is losing air and they accused my wife of running over a nail. Turns out one of the stems was damaged and we had to come out of pocket for that as well. TLDR. Went there with one issue, came back with multiple more. One of them could've ended up being more expensive if they decided they weren't going to tell the truth and I didn't look at it first.

After waiting about 30 minutes for paperwork, the salesman returned and said the dealership would no longer honor the numbers they had just agreed to. At that point, we walked out. Two weeks later I went to replace the cabin and engine air filters and noticed that the coolant was an inch below minimum. I checked the "routine service inspection" sheet and it was marked as "good". There was literally probably 5 ounces in the reservoir. This is, in fact, not good. Now I question if the entire inspection and service was a sham. To put the icing on the cake, they even tried to give me a cash offer on our vehicle by phone as I pulled out of the dealership.
