Using Bondo on the left front quarter panel and trunk and then painting the whole left side and trunk is not minor. They should've been disclosed to me and the car should've not been sold as accident free. They would not tell me if the car was damaged when it was purchased or while in their possession. The arbitration clause in the sales contract prevents me from suing them for fraud. I recommend everyone Google CarMax lawsuits before doing any business with CarMax.

Monday, November 10th I took the vehicle to the Subaru dealership to have it checked. The vehicle needed $3505.02 worth of repairs, including valve cover replacement. Every idiot light came on the dash. I took the car and left it at the Gil's, Rivertown Subaru advised me not to drive it. Gil's took it to Rapid Tire for repairs. Rapid Tire discovered that it needs a new transmission, and Rapid Tire declined to repair it. Gil's wants to put me in another vehicle. That vehicle was chosen for me, by Gil's. I was told with my credit and history, 'THIS' vehicle is what I qualified for. I did not have any option to select a vehicle. And they asked for $1500.00 down, that $500 down payment is a joke to get you in the dealership. I am fighting to get my money back. I don't want another jalopy from that dealership.
