Carmax sold me a car that was damaged and did not disclose it. I only discovered it three months…read morelater when I requested their maintenance record on the car. I called their corporate customer service and after a lengthy discussion was told that they had refurbished the car to their standard after finding it with their 215 point inspection. Using Bondo on the left front quarter panel and trunk and then painting the whole left side and trunk is not minor. They should've been disclosed to me and the car should've not been sold as accident free. They would not tell me if the car was damaged when it was purchased or while in their possession. The arbitration clause in the sales contract prevents me from suing them for fraud. I recommend everyone Google CarMax lawsuits before doing any business with CarMax.
