    Took my car here to get fixed it was reading a sensor they did diagnostics said it was timing chain…read morewithout hesitation I paid 1100 they claim they fixed it. Soon as I got in car check engine light was on ran in told mechanic he comes out says I forgot to reset code. He knew I was heading to Disney with my family in few days. 2 days later check engine light came back on and stalling again. Almost got killed with my kids in car as it turned off on highway with truck behind us. Called Bill mechanic again he said if it goes on give it gas like u stealing the car mind u we did this everytime he told us to. Day we get ready to leave to disney we get my daughter from Huntsville got back car turning off at every light I call again and mechanic says again for 100th time to give it gas like I stealing it. Then car smells like burnt oil and car stopped working. Mind u took the car to autozone everytime check engine light went on and it read new codes. Something so simple. Now the owner calls me and says u need a new engine. First off ya did diagnostics and said it was timing chain now its readying codes that timing chain is off and converta when it never red that before. I did seek legal help and going to do what they told me. LADIES RECORD EVERY CONVERSATION YOU HAVE WITH MECHANICS thank God I have every call document3d snd recorded. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE U GO IN FOR ON3 AND COME OUT WITH NO CAR. Now I been paying users to take me to my treatments but every receipt is being saved trust me.

We thought it would be best to take it to the dealer who sold the vehicle and the warranty. Boy were we wrong. The service manager, Sandra Craig told us the claim had been denied twice when she hadn't even submitted the claim. When she did submit the claim she sabotaged it. She told the warranty company that the vehicle came in with no coolant and that my daughter continued to drive the vehicle without coolant. When on all auctality all the coolant went into the motor via a blown head gasket. As a service manager she knew the effects of a blown head gasket. My daughter paid $450 to have her vehicle diagnosed and torn down. She was told it was a bad radiator only to find out the radiator is fine. So they did not find out what caused the vehicle to run hot. I guess we paid for nothing because we still don't know the point of failure. We are currently making a video with all the calls to this company and the warranty company stating what they were told. Oh and that bumper to bumper warranty is not what you think.

Location: Denver International Airport…read more After getting off our flight to attend a wedding in the Denver area, we got on the Budget bus to their rent car terminal in mid August. Temps were around 100 degrees and the line was LONG outside as people were waiting over an hour to see a car renting agent. The lines inside the terminal were wrapped 4 fold as well. Once we did our time in line, we won our right to see an agent. We had a DEBIT card with plenty of money for the weekend rent and deposit. NOPE, they wanted a credit card with a certain credit score or they won't rent you a car. We were stranded at this point. 100 miles away from anyone we knew. What do we do now? Budget doesn't care. Literally stranded at an airport I have never been to before. Never had this problem before renting a car. They were the only ones that had a car to rent during this time due to the busy college welcome week. Fortunately, an Uber driver accepted $120 dollars cash for a ride to where we were going. We didn't know this, but my brother-in-law and sister-in-law ran into the same problem with Budget earlier in the week. They were fortunate in that they had a ride with someone. Thanks Budget for almost destroying a wedding. Your company is probably the worst. My opinion of course, but it's what happened to me and my family.

They did this for over two months without a loaner or rental car reimbursement (even after asking multiple times). After two months, I just towed my truck somewhere else to do the repair, and they still had the audacity to charge me $215. Don't waste your time trying to get a part installed here.     As requested from the comment below my review, I have tried to call, no one is picking up. It's…read morehard to settle something when no one wants to pick the phone up. Nor is there an option on the menu to speak to anyone other than sales, parts, or service. I tried all including the "operator" and it sends me back to the original menu. Do not go here to get any type of work done. They will "replace" the engine and not do a test drive. Then damage parts when you give them a bad review. I've tried to get them to do right and nothing is coming up to fix their negligence. They also caused a 3-3.5" crack on the body near my headlight. Then tried to say there was significant damage. There is no damage. I took the trim piece off because the retainer clips are cheaply made and they break easily. So I removed it myself so it wouldn't fly off while I was on the highway. There's no customer service whatsoever. The photos are of my radiator they claimed to tell me was debris. Then changed it to the age is factor because I told them there was no way it was debris because of the location and it was only upper corner fan side. The vehicle is a 2020. There's no way age was a factor. There was absolutely NOTHING wrong with my radiator before they got their hands in it. To top it off, they cancelled the warranty on the "new" engine without even looking at it to see if it was damaged. And they didn't tell me they cancelled it. POS service techs and advisors and advisor manager. DO NOT GO HERE!
