A great place to grab a beer! The place was very clean and had plenty of tvs and seating. I went on a Sunday afternoon, and there was no one in here so we got served right away. Tons of options! I got the lightest beer... the parabol I think, and I really liked it. The beers comes in these cute little glasses. The brewery was in a complex, which I wasn't expecting, but once inside you couldn't tell that you weren't in a stand alone store. There was plenty of parking, and it is very easy to find from the road.

I've been meaning to check this place out for a while now but after trying them out at Brew at the Zoo I knew I really needed to make a stop. Came by around 6:30 on a Friday and they had live music, tables and tents in the parking lot and a food truck. Loved the space and it quickly filled up. Bartender was great and attentive we asked for a few pours of the most popular options and she was super helpful and informative. They do 4oz pours for $3-$5 and these were great for us to try out a few options without committing to a full pour. I liked everything I tried and I'm really not even a huge beer fan. The frozen drinks are where it was at for me, I love eggnog especially frozen and their holiday cheer was FANTASTIC Will definitely be back soon and recommending them to everyone I know looking for a fun spot in AP

Gilla is an awesome bar and great way to support a local business. Gilla has great customer service. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The bartender provided great drink recommendations when I asked sweet drink suggestions. At the bartender's suggestion, I ordered the Lush Plush and the Hummingbird Cake. The Lush Plush was my favorite. My drinks were great but be warned they are a little sour. Also, Gilla has a nice atmosphere and is a great place to hang out. Some of the tables are spaced out enough that you can sit away from other people if you want to sit somewhat social distanced.

I really don't understand why I haven't been here sooner! This place is so close to me! For a girlie girl that likes her girlie drinks, I really enjoy the sours! I didn't even touch the wines on tap! Again, this is a family business that I would gladly support! I discovered them years ago at a beer festival and voted for their brews!!!! I love their unique blends and flavors! I really enjoyed the sour Lush: #STTDP and the sour Lush: Candyshop V2! I have been trying to stay away from carbs but this was worth it! I highly highly recommend this place because of unique blends that have great flavors, supporting local family-run businesses and because they have pretty souvenirs too!!! Please head over here! You won't regret it!!!

Lush sour raspberry beer! (the BOMB POP)

Cool little brewery with fun beer flavors! Got a variety 4 pack tonight to go with our tacos from next door. We tried the Bomb Pop, which was craaaazzzzy. It's the bluest drink you ever drank and tasted like a blue raspberry sour punch straw. I wish I would have taken a pic of how blue it is but we demolished it before I could. Most unique and probably the sugariest beer I've ever had. 11/10

Happiness in a glass. Clockwise (top right): Wine Down, carrot beer (forgot the officia name), Lebowski, and some Merlot.

Whoever put these two items together is a genius! The chewy, meaty, crunchiness of the cracklins along with the gooey, saltiness of the cheese curds is the perfect combo. It's like Peanut butter and Jelly! Peas and Carrots! Beavis and Butthead! Ok I may have went too far but they are great. The beer is good too. Agile usually has 15 or so different beers or seltzers on tap. What I like about Agile is they don't just have 12 different IPA's (although I am a huge IPA guy) a stout and a blonde. They have all kinds of styles which is a good change of pace. Upon my last visit I had a Stout, An American Wheat, an IPA and a Krystalweisse (German light beer) in my flight. All were really good but the Krystalweisse was surprisingly good in that it was both flavorful and still light. Another plus for Agile is they are in an industrial park that includes 2 distilleries and another brewery. So, get you some curds and cracklins then get shmangled. Just call an Uber.

Bingo is free for paying customers, and I got their #5 brew - Lemon Buffer, a lemon vanilla sour - and the Locked and Loaded Taters. The beer queso on the tater tots was a nice touch! I was indoors for Bingo but their outdoor space looked nice with picnic tables and string lights lit up at night.

The interior is super cute with long tables with stools and smaller tables with chairs. There are even a few booths tucked away. Our bartender was super sweet and patient with us during out first visit and even helped us pick out beers that we might like. It's interesting to note how many other reviews note a plethora of IPAs - my guess is this is seasonal because there were lots of malty stouts in early March. I love a rotating menu, so this makes me excited to go back. I was between the Wendy Peffercorn and Field of Nightmares (I think? It was a chocolate peanut butter stout.). The bartender let me try both and it was hard to choose! I ended up with Wendy Peffercorn, but I definitely would have been happy with either. Looking forward to going back, maybe even for Trivia night on Tuesdays! FYI - this business participates in PubPass and even though their website doesn't indicate food service, it looks like they rotate pizzas of the day.

A few weeks ago I was in town for a hockey game and in need of some refreshments pre-game. This was the perfect spot. It was a little rainy so a large portion of the place was unusable. In better weather the courtyard would've been a nice place to sit. There are many non courtyard tables and that's where we found ourselves. Calling yourself a beer garden and not having an extensive list would be foolish. Foolish they aren't here. Their list is extensive. So extensive and frequently changing that it's found via QR code on the table. The food menu is typical bar fare but taste anything but typical. The giant pretzel was delicious and paired well with the beers. Cheese fries are always welcome when having a drink and their version was equally great. Service was friendly and prompt. Check out Mid City Beer Garden. You'll like it.
