My friend goes here at least once a week. She had surgery so i decided to surprise her with a box. I didn't really know how to put the box together but the young lady that fixed the box was very friendly and gave me suggestions on popular items. I found the prices to be pricey. The small $17, medium $35, and large $68. I like the set up and process though! There was a cute table with a sample size of meat, cheese, and pepper jelly to try. It was delicious. All of the items were fresh. The fruit looked amazing! The building is a cute spot with a limited indoor seating and a few tables for outdoor seating. I'm not big on charcuterie type foods but I'd probably visit again for the small box.

10/10 The young lady there was very polite and knowledgeable! The treats were good and the atmosphere was amazing. If you are on the fence about stopping by, take this as your sign and go, it's definitely worth it.

As a lover of cheese, I was excited to give this place a try. For the moment you walk in, you receive a warm greeting and instantly feel welcomed. I had mentioned that it was my first time visiting the location and they happily explained the menu and how to build your box. I opted for the mini that came with two cheese options and a meat but there's also an option to as more if you like. I also liked how they offered mocktails to go with your box as well. I will definitely be returning and can't wait to try other items!

I give this place a 10/10 everything was so clean and neat. The cheeses and fruit were fresh and ripe. Everything tasted as good as it looked. There are 3 different size boxes you can choose from. I definitely will be back

A birthday gift card brought me here! I purchased the mini charcuterie box and the rich tea in which I thoroughly enjoyed both of them. There was plenty of fresh fruit, tasty cheese, and well seasoned meat in the box. So much attention to detail. Such a cute little spot to pop in and grab a filling treat!

Absolutely love this place!! The storefront is breathtaking! The workers and owner are always so welcoming. I love the variety of meats and cheeses available. I love the monthly cheese featured. Never had a bad box!! I've been a customer before they were a store front! Will continue to biweekly visits!

It was a blast. Everyone was so nice, it was fun to meet people and enjoy the experience with them. The instructors were awesome! Fun, friendly and informative. The food was phenomenal. We had reverse seared chuck steak with chimichurri, flavorful roasted potatoes, not your average roasted cauliflower, a light and tasty fennel/celery salad and an amazing roasted onion hummus with spicy chickpeas. For dessert I learned to make cream puffs and it was accompanied by an awesome in-house tea. I can't wait to book my next class with more friends. This place is awesome, can't recommend enough. Such a fun date night or friends night out. Heck, something fun to do yourself! Learn a new skill and get a great meal out of it. It comes with a store discount so I racked up before leaving. Big fan.

I…read moreLOVE crab clusters and they have Snow and Dungeness at a great price and they are a good price. Sometimes you want seafood but you don't want to go get it so why not make it at home. They have all the fixings for a boil from the corn down to the sausage. The service is great the people who serve you the fish always give you what you ask for. Now the ambiance is to be desired. It's on the Infamous Plank Road. So shop with caution on that street. They always have a sheriff or two on the property to help keep down problems but still be cautious. I will continue to shop for my fresh fish and shellfish from this local home town staple.

CRABBAGE! Tony's…read moreSeafood... I ordered seasoned crabs, not what looks like the remnants of dirty old slumgum crabs who retired from the mud wrestling team. When did dirt become "seasoning." Unless y'all have invented invisible Cajun dirt seasoning. Customers do not expect to purchase filthy, dirty, cold, crabs from a company hailing an 'outstanding, legendary reputation as a top-tier local institution, highly praised for its exceptionally fresh Gulf catch and serving quality food.' When returning the crabs for a refund, the lady giving the refund trying to convince my husband to keep them dirty cold things said, "We sell crabs at room temperature. We don't sell hot crabs." Ya'll the receipt clearly says, "HOT CRABS." Did she not realize the infraction she admitted! She basically confirmed they commit food violations, not keeping food at proper temperature!! How about that? He told her to refund our money back. Cleanliness and proper food temperature matter and this is not the first time I have returned dirty, cold, CRABS, back for a refund. Your hot food portions also have shrunk considerably yet your prices had increased tremendously. People are paying more for less. Tony's, this horrible economy does not support greed, especially dirty greed especially where improper food handling or poor food prep can lead to food borne illnesses. Here's what Google says about local seafood suppliers, markets, and regional culinary authorities who advocate for rinsing or thoroughly prepping live blue crabs before they hit the boiling pot to remove marsh mud and debris. Guess who's leading the pack!!! "Tony's Seafood: "Located in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, the largest seafood market in the Gulf South operates under a strict operational standard that prioritizes extensive washing and sorting of live local blue crabs and crawfish prior to boiling or retail packaging to strip away pond and bayou mud." ARE THEY PRACTICING STANDARDS THEY ADVOCATE? Things that make you go hmmmmmm...... Rouses Markets "in their official emphasizes the practice of purging and rinsing live shellfish in fresh, cold water or placing them on draining ice to clean off the shells before introducing them to the seasoned boil." Louisiana Crawfish Company "instruct to physically rinse mud and marsh grit off blue crabs before they hit the boiling pot." As the song say, "You better shop around." I'll be spending my money elsewhere. Y'all can keep your overpriced food and swamp dirt "seasoned crabbage garbage."

I'm a critic of Poboy bread, but this one I love. I don't bother to get fries, but since these are included (and quite yummy), I gobble them up too! I hope to try the breakfast menu one day but haven't found myself in the area at that time yet. As far as I can tell, Cafe Jeanpierre is a one woman show! Again, I've only been there twice, but both times it's just the owner. She's quick to get the orders made and polite. No small talk, but that's perfectly okay. She also has lots of plants she tends to in the window that I love to admire. I first heard about this cafe several years ago in the news, so I'm glad I've finally doin it and been able to appreciate the awesome reputation.
