    Surf & Turf Burger

If you are looking for a tasty bite downtown that won't break the bank, do yourself a favor and try Chef Celeste inside Main Street Market. The Ruben, the Chicken Sensation Salad, and the Surf & Turf Burger have all been incredible. They are very swift with the preparation and everything is very fresh.

I love Chef Celeste and her staff. I am pleased every time I visit. The steak croissant is my favorite dish. The shrimp and girts are great as well.

bad service. im not one to get upset or even add reviews but this experience was so bad it ruined my entire time. they didn't have grits while grits is a big potion of what they give you so i had to get sn extra biscuit. i would understand this if it was a normal restaurant but most of their business comes once a week on saturdays and they can even have enough for that one day? my friend orders too, she got a breakfast sandwich which says in the description that it was a biscuit and they tried to give her a burger bun with it. we waited about 25 minutes for our food even though it was a buffet and the food was there all they had to do was but it in the box.. when i got my food it was cold and low quality for the $8 i paid. the customer service was bad im really disappointed i used to go her all the time with my mom but its gotten so much worse i dont plan on going here again .

The special was ribs with two sides but their roasted potatoes looked too good to pass up. I was not let down. Delicious!!!

Was super disappointed in how rude the staff was. I left and went to another happy vendor.

This latest iteration tries to meet the community's needs by having a small selection of grocery/convenience items in addition to prepared food offerings. In regard to the prepared food, it seems there are three stations currently where one can order. These involve sandwiches, pizza, and everything else. I've been a patron of the sandwich counter, and I'm particularly fond the club sandwich and the chicken salad sandwich. These come nicely grilled on a sandwich press, with nice grill marks! My co-workers tell me the burgers are very good, with homemade flavor. The pizzas look nice, but as of yet I have not tried them. I'm glad to see a community-focused business returning to this historic location, and I intend to keep going there and trying the menu!

I then moved on to Oh la la to order some wings or pizza. The employee came after a while and said that they were closing and wasn't serving. Nice neighborhood spot with indoor and outdoor sitting. I guess I need to go earlier next time. Parking is not readily available. I end up parking about a block away on North street.

Several QR codes to sign up for rewards and leave a review, which is fine, and easy to complete, but sometimes it's good to just enjoy a good biscuit. I had the vicious. Amazing. So we are visiting this area for the weekend and got a recommendation to eat here for breakfast…read more We get there about 9:30 or so and know it will probably be busy. We were not wrong, the line was to the door. The slogans on the walls and everything in the restaurant was neat and well organized. I read the two comments on the chalk board and my expectation for high quality food increased significantly. Sadly, that would be it. Two registers looked available, but only one was working. The guy taking orders seemed new and friendly. Unfortunately, his conversation tended to move away from taking orders and trying to make small talk with the customers. This made waiting in line borderline intolerable, especially with the child behind me jumping up and down on the wall leading to the register (thank goodness one of the parents finally made her stop). Once at the register, it seemed that the guy was new (or newer) and struggled with the orders a little bit. After repeating my order a few times, he got it. We went to the "Jam Bar" for coffee and water. The sweetener was almost out, there was no cream and one urn was out (the lady was prepping the empty urn for new coffee). I commented about the cream, but was completely ignored by the employee. Another employee came up and I asked her about the cream. She pointed at the 4-5 single serve creamers there and said that was it. I asked about the metal pitcher and she said, "Oh yeah, that has some too." I told her it was empty. She looked confused and then picked it up and left. So, I just served old coffee in my cup that I had to go find since no one offered it to me ($3.50/cup, I would have assumed it would be pristine, but not so much and no one seemed concerned). Now to the meal: I ordered the Vicious Benny and Old School Breakfast. The Vicious Benny was mediocre at best. The ham and hollandaise were good, but the biscuit was grainy and the over easy egg was runny and a little slimy. And there wasn't a whole lot of taste to the meal. The OS Breakfast was much better, but still not a lot of flavor. The bacon was pretty good and flavorful. The eggs and potatoes were cooked well, just no seasoning. Overall, such a sad experience. Maybe my expectations were too high based on what I saw and the crowd when I went into the restaurant.

It came warm in a giant cappuccino mug and I don't even think she steamed the milk (the picture is actually how it came, I didn't touch it yet). They pride themselves on their coffee and I was impressed that they even had a flat white on the menu so I had high hopes. I also ordered the poached egg on the biscuit which came out as a hard boiled egg on top of a stale biscuit. I asked for an egg that wasn't " hard-boiled" and guess what came back on top... a mini quiche. I could see the confusion though, the cook probably thought that I wanted an egg prepared a different way than before. Anyway, the cheese on it wasn't even melted and the arugula was slimy like cooked spinach. Coffee egg cheese biscuit arugula . The only thing I ate was the old dry bacon. One out of five elements of that was edible. On another note, the atmosphere is very nice and it has a cool vibe. It has a really good potential, just poorly executed.
