Bad impression already is when you can see someone sitting at the receptionist area and they won't even bother to open the door until another staff arrives to open the door. When I met Dr Moison I was advised I had two eye conditions that needed treatment. Dry eyes condition can be very complicated to diagnose correctly. I found out the hard way I had been going from one doctor to another for almost a year before I was sent to the right place. I found Dr Marc Morison to be a very genuine and likeable person who was highly motivated to cure my eye condition. He explained what the treatment was going to involve and all the precautions I was to take while under treatment. As well, the costs were explained very clearly from the beginning. He was not willing to do the treatment unless he expected it to be beneficial. I was expecting an additional treatment but he said I did not need it. After six months of follow up I am happy to report my eyes have cleared up 90 percent and I can see clearly again. I will keep following up to make sure they don't revert back to how they were. I know treatments can be hard and expensive however I recommend following through. Your eyes are worth your time and money. I had to travel from Vancouver to Surrey by bus to take the treatment but it was totally worth it. I would highly recommend Dr Moison to anyone looking for a good eye doctor.

I have been a patient of Delta Eye Clinic's for 5 months now, and don't plan on going anywhere…read moreelse. My first introduction to them was in June of this year. I had (unbeknownst to me at the time) a swollen cornea and was calling around looking for someone who would see me as a drop-in. Though they were closed at the time I called, someone at Delta Eye Clinic actually called me back when they opened! And that was without me even leaving a message. I have never gotten that kind of treatment from any professional before. But that sums up the level of care this establishment will give patients. I booked an appointment a few hours later, and have been going there repeatedly since. I have been diagnosed with a fairly uncommon eye condition for 9 years now. To date my treatment had involved wearing hard contact lenses. As I was told, that was the optimal way for me to have clear vision, and I was never presented any alternatives from my lens fitter or Ophthalmologists. But after seeing Dr. Jagpal at Delta Eye Clinic, I was presented with alternatives. I found out there were surgical options available to me that could stop the need for hard lenses, or perhaps any lenses at all in my eyes. After 9 years of wearing uncomfortable, hard contact lenses, finding out that information after my first visit was literally life changing. And now 5 short months later, I am on the road to a second chance with my vision. I have had one eye operated on, and the other will be done next year. And it's all thanks to my consultations with Delta Eye Clinic and their referrals to other eye specialists. I am confident I am getting the best care in the world for my eyes now. And I am always including in the decision making process every step of the way. My options are always laid out, but it's up to me to choose what I wish to do. The staff at Delta Eye Clinic is always friendly, courteous, and very professional. There are always reminder calls before appointments, and if followups are needed they can be booked on the spot before you leave your current appointment. That's a huge plus, as in my experience, some clinics won't let you schedule anything more than a week ahead. The bottom line is this: in 5 months with Dr. Jagpal at Delta Eye Clinic, I have had better care and made more progress with my vision than I had in 9 years previously. That's a fact. I highly recommend Delta Eye Clinic to anyone in the lower mainland area.
