It was not overly crowded full of people and there were no double bookings etc. Walked in filled out the forms and gave my ID and I was pretty much ready to go. The test from beginning to end took about 45 mins. It was not bad. Dr. Pati was very professional. He explained everything very well and through. I will be back again. Only recently did I notice a slight change. I booked an appointment for their comprehensive wye exam. They do several tests: pressure, retina scan, etc. Sorry, can't remember the names of the other tests. The receptionists are friendly and are helpful when explaining the billing/insurance process. I thought my eyes was worse but it's 20/20. I would recommend this place to get your eyes checked.

Looks like they carry a decent selection, including safety glasses. I've also had an eye exam done here before and they definitely have some state of the art equipment. As others have mentioned though, their exams are a wee bit pricey. Oh well.

I usually have a coffee while waiting. The eye exams are thorough and Optometrist is wonderful with kids. My daughter loves leaving with a sticker of her favorite cartoon. The only very minor thing I would ask is to update some of the toys in the kid play area. Some items are broken. Other than that, I'll be coming back for a long time.

There's a great selection of designer high end glasses to choose from. It is surprisingly busy and you can book an appointment online, but for me I had to wait about 3-4 weeks! Their prices here for just an eye exam is $140 (not contacts prescription) is high for the area - I didn't know but eye exams are priced differently by area and your insurance provider may not pay the full amount as it's higher than the average, so make sure you check your coverage first! The offices are very modern and nice, and all the equipment is new and high tech! I saw Dr Kim, and she was very nice and professional, and was patient answering all the questions I had.

When I got my glasses the red and blue colors were separating. I have had the same prescription for over 10yrs. until he changed it. I'm on disability and he won't change it back without charging me $110, not to mention it will cost me $200 for new glasses because the ministry covered the glasses with bad lenses. I can't use my old prescription. They told me my eyes were strained that's why my new prescription didn't work, but I can wear my old glasses fine. The only problem with my old glasses is the frame is falling apart. I will never return to this optometrist.

She listened patiently as I described all of my symptoms and checked my eyes thoroughly after the dilation procedure. Luckily, the diagnosis wasn't as bad as I had feared. I'm not completely out of the woods yet (need to go back for a follow-up), but the outcome could have been much worse, so I'm extremely thankful for that. Dr. Yeh was very informative and took the time to address all of my concerns. I've now seen both Dr. Chiam and Dr. Yeh here at Sigma, and I can't say enough good things about them... they are seriously awesome!
