The last time I was in, my daughter picked up her 1st pair of blue light glasses which she loves. So far so good. I also had a pair of broken glasses which I didn't think could be fixed because one of the arm pieces had broken right off but Heaven, who came up to me asked if I needed help. She was so nice she offered to super glue and sauder them back together rather than spend $300-$400 for a new pair. So after waiting about 10 mins, she came back with them all fixed with new nose pads so they are as good as new. I asked how much it was and was willing to pay for the repairs she had done but she said there was no charge so that was another bonus. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great customer service.

As soon as I walk in, I'm greeted by the store owner, who says she loves my style and starts pulling glasses for me right away! I was so impressed with the customer service and her ability to know what I would like just by looking at me. She pulled many glasses- which by the way- were all beautiful! It was a tough decision. In the end I chose the first pair she got me to try on- fun cat eye glasses that were handmade in Japan- they are stunning. It was so hard to pick because she had so many great ones so I ended up choosing another pair as well. After I left, I felt I was leaving many more I could of easily got as well behind.. Finally got in contact after three weeks, and when I picked them up, the lenses on one were incorrectly made and the frame for the other was broken as well as not the frame I had picked out. Apparently the supplier had run out so she picked a different frame for me without consulting me. Went back to get them fixed, was told again they'd be ready in about a week. This time I waited three weeks to call. When she finally picked up I was yelled at for trying to get in contact about my $600 glasses and that she was "with a customer".
