We were informed of the taco specials for Tuesday and got one of each - shrimp, pulled pork, fish. Each platter included 3 tacos and they were decent size. The food was pretty average for the price. The staff seemed very overwhelmed and it was a bit disorganized so I wouldn't probably dine here when it's busy. We dined with our 1 year old and they had high chairs and kids menus as well. Heather and Elise were incredibly easy to work with and truly took the time to understand exactly what we wanted. They were so accommodating, allowing us to visit the space multiple times to plan layouts and details, and even giving us extra time for setup and breakdown. They also graciously helped handle and store our items after the event, which made everything so much less stressful. On the day itself, the coordinators and staff were all so warm, kind, and attentive. The atmosphere was perfect, and everyone felt welcomed and taken care of. Our guests were in great spirits, and the team did so much behind the scenes to make the day feel special and seamless. The food was excellent, the service was outstanding, and overall the hospitality was top-notch. But on all the social media sites I checked, including Yelp, opening time was referenced as 12 noon. When we arrived at 12 the door was locked. We walked around for a while, returning 10 minutes later. This time the owner opened the door and told us to come back at 1. When my wife explained that various sites indicate the opening time at 12 he seemed surprised, but not especially concerned nor apologetic, and simply repeated that we should come back at 1. I was about to mention to him that since we live about 20 minutes away and that traveling back and forth would be impractical, as would be walking around for 50 minutes, perhaps we could be permitted to visit somewhat earlier. But by then, the door was closed. It's a shame. The bar has so many glowing reviews and it looks like a cool place. Too bad we'll never see the inside.
