Been to a lot of nails salons since moving to this area. Have not had a good experience this making…read moreme very scared to try places (not the cheapest luxury) Went to this place a few weeks ago and although the pedicure was okay, didn't enjoy my nails. I decided to give it another shot today and WOW! The two people I got were amazing. I can't say EVERYONE is good in there but the people I got this last time had converted me to a regular. She was so patient on my nails and asking me during steps if I wanted them to be sharper, thicker, round, etc. Will not go to another nail tech after this.

I've been going here for quite a while and service has either been great or terrible…read more This most recent time was just the final straw for me. Within a single day my gel manicure was already lifting at the cuticle. Within a week, chipping and lifting on multiple nails. This was a gel manicure so I expected it to last much longer. She really rushed the manicure and massage was just rubbing oil on, this is typically the difference between a full set and mani. I don't have time to constantly run back and forth to the nail salon so this is just irritating. I'm not sure if the product they're using isn't good quality any more or what it is but we had 3 different colors so it isn't just one product lacking. Both of my daughters normally get gel polish. Some times we have one or two come off after two weeks which is expected but my youngest daughter's gel polish fully pealed off of one toe nail the next day. There was also a misunderstanding with the pricing. We normally just do gel polish for $15, no pedicure. This time they asked if we wanted just to go ahead and get a pedicure, we've done this in the past at other places but some charge more than others so I verify prior. One worker said oh just $20, I clarified that we will be doing gel and said yes $20. I reiterated that we would be doing gel so I asked again, the $20 is for gel pedicure and she said yes. So I figured they may be running some sort of promotion this time. Wrong. We get to check out and I'm being charged $35 per child. I explained I asked more than once and reiterated that this was for gel and a pedicure and worker confirmed. After being a little more stern I explained that worker may have misunderstood but I wouldn't be paying an extra cost since I made multiple efforts to clarify. She then said they would offer a discount, it's not a discount when that was the price agreed but okay. I'm just very disappointed with the way their quality has deteriorated.

My pinky finger was burning and it's because she over filed my nails and proceeded to put the drill on my pinky finger after I told her multiple times to stop until I had to start crying cause it hurt so bad then she stopped. Why would I ask for a dip if I don't do dips. If you're late or there's confusion, clear it up, apologize and make it right. I was also cut on my cuticle and my nail has a dip and the shape is not consistent throughout my hand. I was also told not to come in a rush. Excuse me I'm not in a rush but I had an appointment and waited 40 minutes to be seen. At the end the owner apologized but still insisted on the fact that I said dip. No your employee made the mistake when they took my appt. Neither me or my daughter are returning here. She's been coming here for 2 years and they still act like they have no idea who she is. Nails are also all sticking up. Horrible experience!

My last few experiences there have all been very good. I agree with some the other comments about a discrepancy in the number of credits you have based upon who you ask as I have experienced the same thing. I'm currently on my 3rd attempt to transfer my membership there as my primary site so we shall see if it actually gets done this time. The 2nd attempt was through the Manager at least 6 months ago and at my last visit they asked me if I wanted to transfer my membership there. ‍ They've recently remodeled some of the inside and it is nice. It has always appeared clean to me. I've recently switched to scheduling my appts online which has been easy and no hiccups so far. Finding the right massage therapist is highly personal to your preference but the staff will try to help guide you through it. You may have to try a few before finding your person(s). 90min massages are the way to go! Giving 4 stars based upon my last 3 monthly experiences there, membership program, & my massage therapist (although he is personally 5 stars).

These are porous tools, and these were very much visibly used. I immediately felt uncomfortable and asked the nail tech to stop. At this point, my nails had two (2) nail tip extensions on my big toes (incomplete) and she trimmed two (2) nails. When bringing up my concern at the front, I was just told "sorry about that" and proceeded to be charged $25 for what was already done. Mind you, I was in the salon maybe 15 minutes with 10 minutes or less being in the chair. Deluxe Pedicure (EA. cooling peppermint pedi) are $50 plus $18 for gel. Why would it be $25 for nail trim and nail tips for two nails? I feel as though because I spoke up about their sanitation, I was reprimanded via overcharging. Please please please do not go to this place. Please spend the extra money going somewhere where sanitation is visible and you're not risking infection. This shop is now under investigation for multiple violations by the State of Texas.
