Almost like it was refrigerated then heated again kind of taste. But I mixed it with my baked beans and I was a happy camper. The RIBS, OH MY GOSH. You must get the ribs. We got the full slab to split and had left overs. They were fall off the bone with mouth watering flavor. The Smokey taste is my favorite when it comes to ribs, rather than some sweeter flavors.
