Their website says a 19 inch cheese pizza is $19.99 and $2.50 for additional toppings ($24.99 for our pizza). Wings are listed at "Market Value." The problem with "market value" is that I don't know what "market value" would be at the time I order. When we ordered, we were not given a total. When I went to get my food, they didn't give a total. Just charged my card. The food was still nicely heated upon delivery (which took about 45 minutes, shorter than what was relayed to me on the phone). I skipped meals earlier today so I was beyond starving. Boneless wings: hot flavored with blue cheese dipping sauce! There was a good amount of zing in there.. I had my bottle water within close proximity lol The garlic bread that comes with chicken alfredo was yummy! Creamy alfredo sauce and juicy chicken pieces. Definitely satisfied with my order and will be returning to them in the future!

I also discovered that the app provides a referral code, and when someone you refer makes a purchase, you receive another free half grinder reward. There was no indication to me that there was a limit on how many people you could refer, so I referred several friends and family members and used the rewards that were provided to my account. Today, my sibling and I went in to pick up our rewards. My sibling had a free half grinder and a birthday reward, and I had a free half grinder. The owner approached us and immediately told us that we needed to show ID or he wasn't going to give us our food. I was confused and tried to calmly explain that the rewards came from referring friends and family through the restaurant's own app. I even tried to show him the referral information, but he refused to let me explain or show him. Instead, he berated us in front of employees and other customers and accused us of essentially taking advantage of the restaurant and "stealing" free food. At one point he mocked me by saying, "Yeah, you guys are just referring Joe Blow and stealing the food." I repeatedly tried to explain that we weren't stealing anything--we were using rewards that were being generated through the referral system Bellacino's had provided. If the owner believed we were misusing the promotion, he could have simply explained the issue, told us the rewards wouldn't be honored, or explained the rules. I would have been completely willing to have a respectful conversation about it. Instead, we were publicly embarrassed and treated as though we were deliberately doing something dishonest. An employee in the back was also laughing during the interaction, which made the situation even more humiliating. The owner ultimately told us that this was the last time and that if we came back to get something free again, he would call the police. I understand that businesses can change or restrict promotions, and I understand that a business owner has the right to decide how their rewards program is used. What I don't understand is why this couldn't have been handled respectfully and privately. If there was a problem with how the referral program was being used, I would have been perfectly willing to listen and stop using it. There was absolutely no need to berate and mock us in front of customers and employees. I have enjoyed Bellacino's food, which is what makes this experience especially disappointing. I'm leaving this review because customers should be able to use a rewards program in good faith and, if there is an issue with how they're using it, be informed of that issue without being publicly humiliated.

The flauta was, of course, fried, but the chicken was overdone, bordering on burned. The chile relleno was not a poblano pepper stuffed with cheese, dipped in batter and fried, which she expected having grown up in El Paso, but looked to be a green bell pepper covered in cheese. I had the steak burrito supreme. (Normally, when I think "Burrito Supreme" I think of Taco Bell, and this was much better, of course.) The sauce was very good and the charro beans were good as well. Pam had a strawberry daiquiri, and I had a margarita. Both were very tasty and a good strength. It was our first time there. We'll be back to try some of the other offerings, but we'll almost certainly get the queso.
