The pizzas seemed to be slightly under cooked and more oily than usual, and I know pizza os oily naturally. It could be that we came late at night and the kitchen was being cleaned or wrapped up, but I just did not enjoy the taste of the pizza. There was a lack of cheese and almost no tomato sauce. I will say that the thin and crisp y crust was good. The location itself was clean and full of open seats. The TVs were not too loud and there were enough for any sports fans to see from a few angles. The service was average, the waitress lacked charisma and attentiveness, but she did bring the food out an orderly fashion. It was an average meal for average cost. I don't expect big things from Pizza Hut, but the flavor and the service used to be better.

UPDATE: food got here after we had to leave to go get cash for a DOORDASHER? don't know where that money went because they said they don't go back and pay the store. Food is cold, soggy, chicken isn't cooked all the way, disgusting. And for some reason they have a call line that just sounds like a scam been on hold for another 30 mins trying to get a refund. It was just a regular tower pizza with sauce on top. I called 2x and spoke to the manager who dismissed me saying "I have 10 years of experience making this pizza" I explained how obviously I would know my favorite pizza from another and that mistakes do happen. Eventually she gave me her number and I sent photos of the pie I received. "That's our Chicago Style pizza" It was not and attached will be photos of an actual Chicago Deep Dish and what I received. Just kinda sad that a mistake happened yet.. I am told I am wrong and nothing will be done. I thought East of Chicago was a decent company and probably is. Sadly this person was not. The location is in a strip mall so there is plenty of parking. There are enough seats inside and there was even a large group there when we stopped on. It was very clean and the delicious smells hit you right when you walk in. I had a hard time deciding between pizza and a grinder but settled for a half size (9") Grinder this was plenty of food and served open face. It was the perfect ratio of meat and cheese toppings. The bread was toasted perfectly. My whole group was happy with everything they got. The staff was super friendly and seemed happy to answer any questions. This will definitely be on my return list. Especially since I still want to try the pizza! If you get a chance to try this out I highly encourage it!
