We have visited the Bastrop location twice in the last couple months. The experience was better…read morethan any I've had at hospital ERs. We first went to a Hospital ER but the wait was unknown, nobody ewas even in the lobby to answer questions, there wasn't even a window to wait at (really Strange, and we used to go there every time). I checked the wait online for Ally. It was less than 15mins so we drove there and there was no wait when we arrived. Checked in online during the drive. Filled out a couple forms as we sat in the lobby for a few mins and were called in almost before we could finish them. The staff was very friendly and efficient both visits. The first visit was for my son with an injured finger. He was brought to a room, provided pain mangament and xrays quickly. Broken finger diagnosis was provided, we got a cd with the Xrasy on it, splint and supplies to adjust it. Out the door very satisified with the service. Our second visit was my wife having abdominal pain. Again, immediate entry, barely time to fill out the forms and we were in a room. They provided pain meds and a CT within 30mins or less. We ended up transferred to the Hospital and they arranged everything. It was seamless and the staff was great in helping her. The rooms were clean and nice. I highly recommend Ally. They bill insurance, and do not charge for anything insurance doesn't cover which is amazing! Will be going there again if the need arises.

RN Nikki got me back to a room, listened to all my complaints and even had me laughing through my pain. Nikki was wonderful and made a rough situation better, she's funny, caring and over all everything I ask for in a medical care giver. Joe (tech) was ready and waiting to help me and get vitals. Dr. Patel was quick and efficient. I will continue to go to Ally for emergent needs.

In her care long standing issues that have plagued me for years, such as an ongoing respiratory infection, have been treated and cleared making my quality of life and my overall health greatly improved. I cannot say enough in this review to express my gratitude for her care. In addition she has an excellent approach to patient communication. I feel very, very fortunate to have her as my care provider. I have had care over the last decade at two large Healthcare providers and did not feel that I had good healthcare. I wanted to make a point to share about my last visit a couple days ago to illustrate just how great these people are. Monday night I broke a tooth eating dinner. We had expected that I might have a cracked tooth that was bothering me on occasion, but could never identify which tooth while in the dentist office. I Googled Spring St. to see what time they opened in the morning so that I could call and get an appointment. To my surprise, Google had an option to send the business a message AND it said that the business typically responds within an hour. So I thought, "let's try this" and sent a message. Shortly thereafter I got a message from Dr. Romney saying they would call me in the morning to set up an appointment. They opened at 7am Tuesday morning. I noticed on the clock it was 7am and before I had a chance to give them a call, they called me. :) They were able to get me in a 1:30pm that day. Mona is my favorite. She always has a smile on her face which is so nice to see when you walk in the door. Dr. Lassen was able to save my broken tooth and put a crown on it that same day. I was so grateful to the whole team for taking care of and so quickly. I highly recommend Spring St. to whoever is willing to listen.
