I was 15mins early for my appointment. Tried to get an iron infusion iv, they seemed like they had their stuff together & clean looking facilities. They made an appointment for me, then refused to do the iv when I showed up. Stating they need an additional test that was not requested before, pushing an iv on me anyways that didn't benefit me at all. The poor planning, and pushing last minute tests, & reschedules, made this place a turn off. I don't have time to spend hundreds of dollars on my health & show up to appointments they obviously can't plan for. read more

Sara is amazing. She takes her time and explains everything. She answers all of my questions patiently. Also, all of her suggestions are for treatments that apply to me, not ones just to get money or more services. And did you know they have a membership program? They do and for me, it's worth it. The phone receptionist was pretty abrupt slow and rude to help.... it felt like she didn't want my business. I called to just make an appointment for my lunch for Botox and lips and they said you have to pay $150 for a consult first and then you can get the treatment like... and apply that to the treatment....it's not for busy people. Thankfully they have integrity and are refunding me for cancelling. They also mentioned my help review from my phone conversation which was noted at the time to be followed up with a full review and cited that as a reason to cancel and help is very clear about not retaliating against helpers for honest reviews. We eventually got me booked after like 15 minutes of trying to figure it out... and I tried to come in early and no one was there so I left to get work done and apparently they thought I was in a bad mood - because I pulled their door shut because it doesn't shut by itself, I notice when I went into the place, then I had to turn around and shut it to be polite because if it's just open which would let in bugs and flies and I wouldn't want that in my place of work - so apparently they are psychic and decided I was being rude belt insuring the door was shut by pulling it assertively. I'm an assertive busy to the point woman. I don't like small talk I value my time I have places to go and people to see. I feel very discriminated against now. Apparently they don't like confident women who are assertive and politely ensure doors are shut tight to not let in bugs who are in a hurry because they have a life.... I am going to be working two or three doors down and they called me knowing I was at work and told them I would be back and cancelled but fully refunded me the booking fee, which is fair - because it's not "a good fit" because I value my time and I am a serious and assertive person and they "thought" I left upset this morning when I didn't it's perfectly reasonable that they couldn't accommodate me an hour early -I merely stopped in to check and didn't feel positive or negative about it - but I wasn't going to waste an hour while I could be in my office waiting for my appointment time so I told them I would be back at my time... but that's not good enough for them. - and it really isn't a good fit since they're just not able to accommodate people who value their time and want to be in and out and move on with their life.
