Also, I went in with natural healthy lashes. I also know how I like them. 1st appointment - The lashes fell out after 7 days. I told the tech natural and she did an ok job. Felt like I could give it another go. 2nd appointment- I told her natural and she gave me caterpillar lashes. I almost cried in the car! She didn't even hand me the mirror to look at them. Service was scheduled with a different lash tech. Service was not as great as the first time. Lashes broke from the weight she put on me! So so so so sad! Not happy. 3rd appointment- I booked before a day before wedding and they- MESSED UP and incorrectly scheduled my appointment for another day. I had to come the day of the wedding! What a mess! I missed out on important events!!!!!I was VIVID! A booking mistake before such huge event! Not okay. 4th appointment - rebooked. Again, a different tech. Thankfully tech was experienced and helpful. She even said your lashes are broken from your lash appointment- which sucks. She did the best she could because I told her I am in a wedding. The place did comp. this service for their big mistake which was nice but not enough to fix the inconvenience of missing out on a wedding! I never went back after that. SAVE YOUR MONEY. You pay way more than average price for poor quality! I don't recommend this place and its very sad. The place had so much potential. I hope they figured out all their mishaps and poor service. The owners are not lash techs so they don't understand the importance of training and ensuring all technicians are equal in quality. I had 3 techs with 3 different quality of service! Even though I find myself having large gaps 2.5 weeks in, temporary lash cluster pieces bonded to the "bald spots" holds me over until my next visit. Casey's prices are fair, and sometimes she even offers special discounts on full sets.
