Cindy was my go to lady for all my hair needs since I was 6 years old! When I graduated with my Bachelor's, I drove from San Marcos to Marble Falls just so she could cut and highlight my hair for that extremely special occasion. I have trusted her with my hair my whole life! She always says she loves when I come in because I have always been a little adventurous with my hair. I usually sit down, tell her some basics of what I want, and let her have free reign! Sometimes I would just shrug and say, "Do something new." She would smile and work her magic! She has never disappointed! I've done everything from brown to red to blonde and lots of combinations! She is great at matching skin tone and cutting to fit your face and style! The shop is in a residential area but wasn't hard to find and there has been plenty of parking every time I have gone. But definitely call and schedule in advance! They get booked quickly! The shop itself is small but cute and very well cared for! The bathroom is always clean and lots of cute decor all around. The atmosphere itself is comfortable and fun. A friend recommended Camryn as the Stylist to color my hair. That was the best recommendation ever! Camryn is a Jewel!!! First of all, I work late and needed a late appointment. Camryn started after 5:15. She didn't seem to be bothered by that at all. She genuinely listened to what I wanted and found my perfect color. She was very tender when she combed out my curly hair and applied the color. Camryn was very kind when I asked her questions about my hair. I explained that I'd had three *bad* haircuts in a row and that it was very important that this one be right because I have an important business event coming up. She did an outstanding job, far exceeding my expectations. We are new to the area and we were quite nervous about finding someone new to cut our hair. We called Sierra at Attitudes Too because of her great reviews. We were not disappointed. My wife reluctantly had her hair cut in California in January and that person butchered her hair. There was no way to fix it. She just let it grow until she found Sierra in June. Sierra did an amazing job and my wife came out with the biggest smile on her face (along with a new attitude...could it be because of the name of the hair salon?? ) Thereafter, my wife made an appointment for Sierra to cut my hair, as well as my mother-in-law's hair. I had to drive to Marble Falls to run several errands and wanted to get my hair cut while I was there. Most of the men's barber shops in the area are closed on Mondays for whatever reason so going to them was not an option. Determined to get my hair cut, I googled the area for anyone that might be open. Attitudes Too showed to be close to Highway 281, open, and offering men's haircuts so I drove that way. The shop is smack in the middle of a residential neighborhood but clearly marked with parking available. The shop is small but seems to be able to accommodate three to four clients at a time if they get busy. I was eventually greeted by a nice young lady named Sierra who was able to fit me in between clients - granted it didn't take long to cut my hair, as I have a typical men's short hairstyle. Sierra was personable and did not make me feel rushed in any way. I enjoyed our conversation about Marble Falls, bullfighting, and other things. She did a great job and the $20 cut was a fair price in today's market. If I'm in the area again I'll definitely come back by! Note - They do not have a receptionist in the front lobby and this may pose a small problem in getting someone's attention when you walk in (something they acknowledge). Since I just walked in, it's fair to say that they wouldn't have been expecting me. So, if you visit unannounced, you may have to walk around the corner to one of the rooms and get someone's attention. read more

I went in for a buzz cut. Simple, hard to mess up. A woman named Shelby worked on me, and utterly butchered me. I'm missing patches of hair altogether in some places, have tufts of my original hair in others. I'm no where close to exaggerating when i say that what she did to my hair is an utter disaster. My step-mother and grandmother were p****d. Luckily I'm a bit of a butch and only ended up devastated for all of an hour before reasoning that it would only take a month or two to grow it out to a manageable level. Thing is, to most women hair is *very* important and I'd hate to have anyone go through what I did, especially as what was done to me is not fixable. I literally have a bald spot in the back of my head, down to the skin. I didn't realize how bad it was until I got home, and so resolved to bring this to their attention the next day. The girl I talked to called it 'a failure to communicate' and insinuated that I was to blame. I was more than clear about what I wanted done. Sorry, I didn't know I had to tell my hairdresser to at least *attempt* to cut my hair evenly, or that bald spots aren't in season. Not so much as a genuine apology. I'm honestly wondering how they managed such a high score up until this point, though I do notice that most good reviews are for women named Katie and such, with no noticable reviews for Shelby. Maybe she's just a new, terrible hire they recently got. I don't know, and I hardly care. Guess it's baseball caps for a while in any case. read more
