I have trusted her with my hair my whole life! She always says she loves when I come in because I have always been a little adventurous with my hair. I usually sit down, tell her some basics of what I want, and let her have free reign! Sometimes I would just shrug and say, "Do something new." She would smile and work her magic! She has never disappointed! I've done everything from brown to red to blonde and lots of combinations! She is great at matching skin tone and cutting to fit your face and style! The shop is in a residential area but wasn't hard to find and there has been plenty of parking every time I have gone. But definitely call and schedule in advance! They get booked quickly! The shop itself is small but cute and very well cared for! The bathroom is always clean and lots of cute decor all around. The atmosphere itself is comfortable and fun. Every time I have been there, I have felt welcome. The ladies are friendly and VERY good at what they do! I have never seen a stylist I trust more and I miss getting to see her!

Do not come here. This was the worst hair experience I've ever had. I was scheduled with Sarah for…read morea hair cut and color. I only got dye put on my roots, and toner on the rest of my hair which is not what I paid for or was scheduled for. After I left I noticed my hair was completely lopsided and she got dye on my shirt. No big deal though, I was understanding said it was ok and I went back. She fixed it but not enough, I told her while sitting in the chair it was still off and she told it wasn't so I went on my way. After I got back home again I went to put my hair up and realized my hair was SOO splotchy and my roots were still showing everywhere. It is awful. I called and sent her pictures of what it looks like and she told me I could go back which would require me to pay for another baby sitter for my son and honestly at that point I didn't want her touching my hair again. I asked for a reimbursement, for only the service that was done and that she could keep the $20 dollars I tipped her. Instead of being understanding and working with me she said my hair turned out this way because I washed it or it was my hormones that caused it!! I hardly even touched my hair. It was only a couple hours after my appt that this all happened. She ended up "partially" reimbursing me $50 which was supposedly for my t shirt too that she got dye on. So I'm out around 100 dollars for a service I absolutely hate and will have to go get fixed elsewhere. HORRIBLE. Also, just to add, I bought $100 Worth of product from her, after working in the beauty industry I know that's huge and even after that she couldn't reimburse me for everything she put me through.

I spend a lot of time in the sun and have damaged skin on my face so I initially came in for a facial. Kimberly must have known I was a little uncomfortable because she made the effort to make me feel right at home. She recommended some great anti aging skin care products and told me about a service she has called a back facial and I decided to give that a try and I am glad I did. I think I understand why my wife loves her spa days now. The next time I go I am probably going to give her waxing service a try and see how that turns out. I would definitely recommend this place. I had a great experience.
