The poor planning, and pushing last minute tests, & reschedules, made this place a turn off. Tried this business for the first and last time today. I…read moremade an appointment online and when I walked in to sign in, no one really addressed me. Having so many empty chairs should have been enough evidence this was going to be a miss. The inside is nice, but the entire place has no life in it. The music is very low, and the only other sound that can be heard are the voices of the staff speaking with each other and being on their personal phones. I was hoping the work itself would redeem the red flags. The service itself is dubious at best. My ombré set is ridiculously thick. Very much a "what I asked for versus what I got " type of situation. My pedicurist left mid service to wax someone else's eyebrows for at least 15 minutes. She also proceeded to massage my legs with the removed skin from the foot scraper still on her hands and towel. I'm not a picky or demanding customer so this experience was exceptionally disappointing.
