She actually opened it and "primed the pump" so that it would be ready to dispense for me. I expect that level of service in a high end spa, but it really impressed me here as it was totally unexpected. As usual, online checkin made it easy. I was in and out quickly, and I really like how I look. I get a professional business man's cut. Number 2 on the sides and then lots of blending to the top. And I have "cow licks" to work around. But Ady nailed it. And I'm very happy.
