The exam was completed and every question I had was answered with patience and understanding. I had my eyes dilated and so picking frames was a bit of a challenge, but thankfully I was given good advice on what looked good or fit me well. When I returned to pick up my glasses, which were done super fast, Abi helped me out and made sure everything was just as I expected. Sometimes the double vision would last a week, sometimes a month or more. I had been to five different types of doctors to figure out why this was happening. One recommended a MRI which came back fine. The others offered no relief. I finally had resorted to just living with the double vision, which was miserable! When I saw Dr. Miller I told her about this ongoing issue, knowing she would probably not be able to help me. She took the time to listen to my entire double vision journey! About all the doctors I had seen and how they had all come up empty on a solution. The day I saw her, I was not experiencing double vision. She said if it came back to call her office and come see her. Sadly, the double vision returned about a month after my initial appointment with her. I was able to quickly get in to see her. I am so happy to say that after dealing with double vision on and off for EIGHT years, Dr. Miller finally offered me a solution with prism lenses. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Miller! I'm forever grateful to her for taking the extra time to help me!!! Go see her. You won't regret it. Take care of your eyes!

Let's talk about poor and deceptive practices…read more I got an eye exam for script safety lenses in Dec '24. I was told I would have 2 lense replacements over the course of 2 years. Fast forward to this week. (Less than 2 years BTW) I come in to exercise the replacement of my lenses and was told that it would not be honored and I would need to pay $285 again including an eye exam to have lenses put in again. After speaking to the manager he said "that these things change all the time and we don't have control over it" when asked to make things right and honor what was offered, it was refused. Don't give business to companies like this. Find an honest business that will make things right when wrong has happened.

She said she promised she would make it right and she sure did! I dropped my glasses off this morning (Friday) and she had them ready for me to pick up by 4 pm today! Im a very happy customer now with Vision Source! Thanks Tori! You are my hero! I'm ready for my vacation now! I purchased new lens for my frames the 3rd week in March. I was told it would take about 7 days to get them in. I let Zachery know that i would be on vacation but would be back by April 8th and would get them then. My sister brought my frames in for lens to be put in, but they told her they hadn't been ordered yet! Ive since called three times, asking when i could expect them, each time i haven't got an answer, only that they would let Beth know and to expect a phone call from her. No phone call, no email, no lens. Today is April 17th. You would think that after paying almost $600 for lens only, no frames, i would get better service than this! I definitely don't recommend this vision place for glasses, though i did like the Dr. I'm leaving for another vacation and it looks like i wont be getting them before i go.

They cancel the appointment the following day due to a family emergency. I looked around and found San Marcos Vision Center. They got me in the same day. Everyone there was so pleasant to work with.
