THANK YOU FOR GIVING ME MY YOUTHFUL SMILE BACK! I've waited…read moreuntil my treatment was complete before writing this because I wanted my review to come from real experience--not just a first impression. Over the course of my treatment, Dr. Ravi and his incredible team restored my smile with 18 crowns and 2 bridges. That's a huge amount of dental work, and I can honestly say it has been the best dental experience of my life. The crowns came back SO FAST and the temporaries looked and felt great. From start to finish I got almost all my teeth done in just a matter of days. If you're someone who gets anxious about going to the dentist, this is the office you've been looking for. They don't just say they care about keeping you comfortable--they prove it. They constantly checked to make sure I wasn't in pain, explained everything before they did it, and even brought me a warm blanket during my appointments so I would be comfortable. Those little acts of kindness meant more than they probably realize. They will even hold your hand and comfort you if you get anxious. Dr. Ravi is not only exceptionally skilled, but he's also patient, compassionate, and genuinely invested in giving his patients the best possible outcome. He even went through my entire medical history and checked all of my medication's to make sure that everything he did was for my benefit. Dr. Ravi went off a 35 year old picture of me to restore my smile. I don't know another dentist that goes the extra mile like he does. Melissa is simply amazing. She was encouraging, attentive, and made every visit feel less like a dental appointment and more like I was being cared for by people who truly wanted me to have a great experience. What impressed me just as much was their honesty. Ashley worked tirelessly with my insurance company to maximize my benefits and helped me get the best price I could find anywhere. At no point did I feel pressured or taken advantage of, quite the opposite. I felt respected. When you spend this much time in a dental chair, you learn very quickly whether a practice is exceptional or just average. Bastrop Modern Dentistry is exceptional. They gave me far more than beautiful dental work--they gave me confidence, comfort, and a smile I'm proud to show again. To Dr. Ravi, Melissa, Ashley and everyone at Bastrop Modern Dentistry: thank you for treating me like family instead of just another patient. You have earned my complete trust, and I will recommend your office to anyone who asks. Five stars simply aren't enough. I can't stop smiling

I was there about 40 minutes later expecting to just have a consultation with a plan for repairing my tooth at another time. I was prepared to go a few days with a very unattractive, tooth gaping smile. I was taken to exam room almost immediately. Dr. Cerelli told me my tooth could be repaired with a crown and it could be done at this visit if I had time. When I left the office I had a temporary crown on my tooth (so no gappy smile) and an appointment in 3 weeks to get the permanent crown put on. I have been going to Castle Dental in Bastrop for over 3 years and have never had any complaints but this was over and above what I expected. I have had cleanings and a tooth implant done here in the past. Dr. Cerelli and all the staff are amazing!

When she was doing the casting I told her I moved my mouth to align my teeth. She said it was fine. From day one they hurt and was told the bite was off. Over and over I went in . Ya think? Cause I aligned my teeth and didn't let them sit in a natural way. She said it was fine.. excuse after excuse for there mess up. I now own a pair of partials that don't fit and are falling apart after only a year or so. I'm literally glueing them back every 3 months. It is disgraceful the work they do. New manager called me about just under a year later and I told her they were crap and all the hell I went through. . She just said sorry and there is nothing they can do. Excuse me? You made me a crappy pair of partials. Used all my insurance. I can't even wear them. When I do have to so much pain that I take them out as soon as I get in the car from going somewhere . So you can take all my money and leave me with a crappy pair of partials? It's ridiculous how much dental offices can get away with. They also screw up billing all the time. It really makes me not want to go to any dentist. Legit traumatized . I can't afford it now anyway cause they made sure to use all my coverage for BS. Made me a bite guard from hell. Not even able to use that as well. It's horrible. But all I get is a sorry and not we will make it right. Don't waist your time. These people are chaotic all the way around and will rob you blind. The partials were over $2000! 3 teeth and made like crap. Plus the other hundreds for bs things.

They are only interested in extreme diagnosis with not even being open to stages of plan, or preventive measures. They treat you like cattle. 10 people in line waiting to get in on a Saturday, need full payment of your entire dental plan up front before booking the service. I have never been to a dentist where it is supported and allowed for a dental assistant and hygienist to diagnose a patient before the dentist even sees you. Makes me sick thinking others just trust what this dentist says without getting a second opinion. I scheduled an appointment over a month ago, and the pain in my mouth has exponentially increased. I arrived at my scheduled time; I had already completed all pre-appointment paperwork. They asked for me for my insurance card, I immediately began to search for it on my portal. The Wi-Fi I "borrowed" was slow; (she wouldn't give me theirs) it was taking a little bit. I asked if I could be processed/allowed back as private pay, (I was in pain and had waited a month) giving me more time to continue to upload while in the dentist chair. They said I would have to pay then, and no refund would be considered once insurance verified. They had to prove insurance before they could allow me back. I showed them the phone with my active id card download buffering. I was then told it had taken too long, and I would need to reschedule for an appointment over a week later. When advancing this with the "office manager" she proceeded to tell me I knew about the appointment, and knew I would have to have it, and I should have called them ahead of time to make sure they had what they needed from me. They allegedly called me yesterday and today and left a VM, (no evidence on call log/VM) I asked again if they would please reconsider and allow me to see the dentist and get the card, or I would self-pay without question. She informed me, " she would not go back and forth with me". Ok good. I took my business down to Aspen Dental, where I was treated with some dignity and respect, they allowed me to show my digital card and saw me within an hour. I wouldn't take my dog/cat here if they were on their last leg. The animals would die in their lobby while finding the insurance card.

We had seen Dr…read more Alford for a previous issue a couple of years ago, and he was honest with me and super knowledgeable. Last week Dr. Thaker removed my 14 year old's wisdom teeth. He answered all of my questions, and his confidence left me with zero worries about leaving my daughter in his care. Every single person in the office made us feel welcome, heard and cared for. Everything was explained in detail up front as well. On the day of surgery, my daughter expressed anxiety about anesthesia, and our nurse Taylor was exceptionally kind and walked her through each step. After the procedure, my daughter only wanted Taylor to comfort her, which says a great deal about her bedside manner. Despite being busy, she took the extra time to comfort and take care of my girl. We are a lifelong customer and will be back for anything our family needs in terms of oral and facial surgery. Thank y'all for everything.

First of all, the receptionist (Rebecca) was very kind, and the young woman named Taylor was the assistant to the surgeon and sat and asked so many good questions about my mom's medications (my mom is 87 and on a lot of them!) She was easy going and calmed my mom, who can get very anxious in new places. When Dr. Christopher Cason came into the exam room, he couldn't have been more present, considerate, and informative. Plus, he has a British accent and big, brown eyes and seemed very caring, if it's okay to say that about him :) Anyway, after discussing that my mom wouldn't be able to have general anesthesia -- due to the fact she is on blood thinners and takes prolia shots and it could cause severe problems -- I asked the doctor if she NEEDED to have her rear tooth removed as she wasn't having any difficulties nor pain because of it. Dr. Cason said it was NOT necessary, and if, in the future, it became a problem, we could always set up another time for surgery etc. I could see the relief on my mom's face when it was decided we would bypass this surgery. One more thing you should know: they do not accept Medicare at this business, so it saved my mom a lot of money because I don't know what it would have cost, but probably several thousand dollars. In summation, I would definitely return to this oral surgery place because these folks gained my TRUST AND RESPECT! Thank you Taylor, Rebecca and Dr. Cason!
