Over the course of my treatment, Dr. Ravi and his incredible team restored my smile with 18 crowns and 2 bridges. They said I would have to pay then, and no refund would be considered once insurance verified. They had to prove insurance before they could allow me back. I showed them the phone with my active id card download buffering. I was then told it had taken too long, and I would need to reschedule for an appointment over a week later. When advancing this with the "office manager" she proceeded to tell me I knew about the appointment, and knew I would have to have it, and I should have called them ahead of time to make sure they had what they needed from me. They allegedly called me yesterday and today and left a VM, (no evidence on call log/VM) I asked again if they would please reconsider and allow me to see the dentist and get the card, or I would self-pay without question. She informed me, " she would not go back and forth with me". Ok good. I took my business down to Aspen Dental, where I was treated with some dignity and respect, they allowed me to show my digital card and saw me within an hour. I wouldn't take my dog/cat here if they were on their last leg. The animals would die in their lobby while finding the insurance card.
