Went to look at a $700 bike. Was told it wasn't in stock then pushed a $2500 bike. No thanks.

She even took her out for a short spin to test out the bike. Since this was Haylees first bike without training wheels, we opted for the single speed model, trek precaliber 20". No high pressure to upgrade and I appreciated the time Sarah took to ensure we were happy. We took Haylee to a big empty parking lot and after 2 tries, she was biking like a pro! Love that they include one free service and they also have a trade in program. We will come back for all our biking needs!

I have bought two bikes from here and both experiences have been top notch. I ordered a new Trek Roscoe 7 in May and was told it would not be in until February 2022. I understand that there are product shortages everywhere these days and manufacturers are trying to catch up. I received a call on Saturday telling me the bike is in, which is great. I drove down and the bike was ready to roll out of the store. Ken explained everything about the bike and made some suggestions for additions and modifications for down the line. I also picked up a new helmet, pedals and a trail bag. Yeah money flew out of the wallet today. When you purchase a new bike here you get deals on servicing and maintenance when you have it done here, which is nice. Definitely check this place out if your in the market for a new Trek. Oh, sorry no pictures because I left my phone home. However, the layout of the store is really nice. It's clean and bright. They have this big screen that you stand in front of that takes your measurements for the bike you are looking to purchase which is quite nifty.

I came in recently because I am looking to buy a new road bike. This will be my first road bike (and I am using for a triathlon) so I was asking a lot of questions (thanks Lars!). Lars, who also does Ironmans, was very helpful in helping me understand the best bike for my needs, what type of adds I would need, and also made me aware of needing to buy pedals and shoes when I buy the bike. Who knew! While I didn't buy a bike that day, I learned a lot and am still on the hunt. They also have a bike repair shop where you can take your bike in to be serviced. It's a great place if you're looking for a bike.

My front derailleur broke, and I also needed an indepth tune-up. I was greeted by service manager Joel when I walked in, and he is absolutely the best! I can't brag about him enough. Friendly, engaging, proactive, and most of all, an expert mechanic in his own right who seeks to provide exceptional service to Trek's cudomers. Joel and his expert service team installed a new derailleur on my bike, and gave it an incredible tune-up. It now rides smooth as silk, and I can't thank everyone at Trek enough for the fine service they gave me. They can be sure I will brag about them every chance I get.
