*****3.5 stars***** It was raining for several hours in the area and was looking for an indoor activity. Ghostly Manor came up and looked Ike a good option for some indoor fun. There's eight activities to do here including a haunted house, escape room, XD dark ride, mini golf, roller skating, and a bounce house - you could definitely spend a few hours here. If you're going to do at least two of the activities, consider doing one of the passes rather than paying individually. Place is clean and fairly large. Staff is friendly, but seemed a little overwhelmed when 2+ groups were waiting in line. Plenty of parking available in their large lot. read more

This was such a fun place with many options for different tastes. You can choose from various pricing packages or build your own. We did the bounce & ride, added the XD movie, and the haunted house. First, the staff is hands down the kindest and most patient I have ever met in an indoor playground. For the roller skating you have the option of regular or inline skates as well as scooters which was really convenient for my youngest, although they do offer "trainers" the kids can lean on for a small price. The bouncing and the movie were fun as well. There is a small arcade area and a snack shop that is really well priced given the "location" (i.e. indoor playground). We didn't try the mini golf but I looked like a lot of fun as well. Keeping the best for last, the haunted house was the "piece de resistance" for us; my kids even asked to do it a second time. We went last Wednesday 7/30, and let me tell you, whomever was back there needs to be given an award! There can't be more than 1 maybe 2 people scaring you but they are everywhere and it feels like there are many more than that. To say I was scared and had the best time is an understatement! This haunted house beats any we've done in NOVA, Kings Dominion, or 6 flags. I think I know who it was but whomever congratulations and thank you, you made our day. read more

Super cool place, went with my fiancé hoping to play mini golf but sadly it was under construction (but also good because it's being renovated). The guy at the front desk was super nice and gave us some other options - my fiancé settled on the haunted house attraction. I was kinda skeptical of how good it would actually be but this is legitimately one of the scarier haunted houses I have been too. I won't spoil anything but it's safe to say we were totally terrified. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone needing a quick activity or to anyone who wants a unique experience. Plus they have a bunch of dragon murals and a dragon statue outside which was totally dope. read more

It was our first time here. We will most definitely be returning. The staff was very helpful and patient with us while we looked over the options on their menu for the stuff to do. I took my daughter and grandkids here because there was something for everyone. We went on a Tuesday on a 90 degree day .Both kids very much enjoyed the bounce houses and the VR. We got the large package so we could do everything that was offered and spent about six hours there letting the kids run , jump , skate , golf & play games . We had the pizza that came with our package. It was two slices each and it was really much better than was expected, and it came with a drink. There's also a nice snack bar there that you could buy additional snacks and drinks. The kids had a blast. Even the adults enjoyed the dark ride.We did that about four times each laughing the entire time great bonding experience with my grandsons and daughter.it was very reasonably priced . read more

OMG- this place was great! We needed something to do indoors on a rained-out day of Cedar Point. Pulled up some attractions in the area and the Ghostly Manor came up. Seemed they had some decent things to do indoors. The mini-golf was excellent, loved the neon, 3-D elements, only wish it were longer. The Haunted House- what can I say- literally one of the scariest and best I've been to in decades. They just don't make these legitimately scary haunted houses anymore. It was EXCELLENT!! We had some time to kill and some restless kids, so we decided to. Heck this place out. Not many places are opened off season around here, but this place was. Even on New Years Day. I did not check out the haunted house and was not able to make it during the night time to see the Christmas light display, but this place was still totally awesome. They have a huge private parking lot and a dragon coming out of the building. What more do you need. The lights were low and the music was pumping. The skating rink was blacklight lit and the staff is uber friendly. They have a haunted house, roller skating, black light mini golf, a jungle gym, and some bounce houses. They also have a snack bar with pizza, pretzels, slushies, soda, water.... They also have a mini arcade in the place that you can earn tickets and similar to most kid arcades, then get a sticker for like 100 of them. You have to sign a waiver for you kid to play on the bounce house. They have special nights such as family night where they have awesomely priced packages, that include pizza, skating and games. The place is reasonably priced and my 4 year old found it pretty entertaining. She was not very good at skating, even with the assist thing, but she gave it a shot. We spent about 2 hours there and had a lot of fun on a chilly New Years Day. read more

Great for our 6 year old. I spent $39 for the top package plus bounce house/playground plus a round of mini golf for me. Entertained me, my 6 year old and 1 year old (stroller participation only). I am a haunted house person! Eastern State, Jason's Woods....I love them all, but I have never found one that gives me a good scare. I usually jump a little and laugh. So when I saw there was haunted house near Cedar Point we had to go. When we arrived we knew we were going to do the 4D theatre and the haunted house. There is a plethora of things to do here; mini golf, laser maze roller skating etc. We chose the theatre first. It was fun but have been to better ones. This one jolted you around a lot and there was no interaction. Next off to the haunted house. I thought, as I always do, this will be a fun little thing to occupy our time. WELL...I screamed probably 5 times. My daughter, who is 16 and loves haunted houses too, was yelling "I want out!" To make matters worse...It seemed like the house went on forever. LOL! This was the BEST haunted house I have ever been to! Kudos to Ghostly Manor for finally making a haunted house that's actually scary! Tip: they have 5 houses and a trail during the Halloween season for $25. read more

My sister and I visited here in August to fulfill one of our greatest bucket list items: conquering the coasters of Cedar Point. The night before we didn't have much going on so we decided to check this place out. We had an amazing time, it was a great "pregame" for our amusement park weekend! We experienced most everything that the Ghostly Manor had to offer. We got one of the bundle packages which included blacklight mini golf, a 3D motion film, a VR game, a laser maze game, and unlimited skating on their rink. The blacklight mini golf was one of the highlights and took the longest amount of time. It was a wizard/fantasy theme with some moving animatronics; the place was super colorful and a lot of fun, especially having never done blacklight mini golf before. The motion film takes place in a little mini theatre and reminds me a lot of similar simulators you would find in a typical Dave & Busters. But right now I'm going to skip everything else and insist that you visit their year-round haunted house located inside the venue. The actual Ghostly Manor is INTENSE! Definitely one of the better year-round haunts I've experienced. It takes a decent amount of time to get through (around 10 mins) and the decor & animatronics in each room are NON-STOP! The guy who runs around tormenting you the whole time makes you think there's an entire house of ghouls surrounding you. It is so well-operated and easily my favorite part of Ghostly Manor. Based on my experience with this maze, I would definitely come back to see what else this town has to offer for Halloween season. As far as the service, I can't say I had the same experiences as some of these reviews. It could always be the day, but my sister and I received great customer service throughout our time. So if you're in the area from out of town and you're in the mood for a couple of hours of good old fashioned indoor recreational entertainment, I would definitely recommend a visit to the Ghostly Manor! read more

We came here last night for a good scare and enjoyed every minute! Even from the parking lot one of the actors was out there scaring people. Make sure you use the porta pot before you go. You don't want to pee your pants and it's the cleanest porta pot I've ever seen! Price was well worth it. $25 for 5 houses to go thru. They all had their own theme and own actors. The outside paths to take between house was spooky with actors and fog too. One area had so much fog you couldn't even see! Awesome! My favorite? Two things. A tube you had to squeeze thru. It was so weird! The spinning room. I swear the room was spinning!!! When your done with your scare go next door to the Mexican restaurant. It's delicious! read more

I've been trying to wrestle with words to see if I could possibly convey the crazy time we had without divulging too much and spoiling the fun. I believe it to be impossible. Suffice it to say that their efforts are impressive...enough to force a variety of alarmed and amused sounds out of the soft-spoken me through simulated environs too much for my brain and poor, thwarted senses. Weaned on channel 20 Saturday horror flicks, I assumed I'd breeze through with a few startles. Instead I found myself walking the line of freakout and loving it! I hope to return someday to take a slower trip through this dark, insane smorgasbord. The folks ahead of us were as devoid of personality as they were full of speed, and for some primal reason I felt the need to keep up with them. They also have an XD 3D theater (loved the haunted mine ride!), an arcade, and a skating rink. The huge dragon breaking through the front of the building is only the beginning. Definitely one of my best haunted house experiences, and it only costs $11 per person if you only want the haunted house, as they have inside lots of other attractions such as skating rink, games, and mini golf. It was a quiet day for the centre, so even though there was only one or two actors scaring the crap out of me, the house itself is so well made and organised, I completely screamed and jumped through the maze. I went with my son and his dad as a family outing. We thought it was really neat and awesome to go being in the area. We enjoyed the package for $25 for the four different activities. The golfing was somewhat interactive and everything was really need about it except for the glasses sort of kept falling off but was different. Dad and I liked the haunted house we usually aren't too scared but we jumped and really liked it. The 4D movie was somewhat short but we really enjoyed everything. Zero stars isn't an option. Place was empty yet the staff couldn't be bothered to take money and make stuff work. Literally only person waiting for VR which requires an employee to set you up. Gave up waiting as employee after employee walked by and not one of them came by to set it up. Yes, I went to the front desk first and was told by a large bearded employee someone would come down and set it up. Went to get money back since nobody could be bothered setting it up and got several questions asking if I had told anyone or how long I had been waiting. This place was wonderful. Best game in town for the family. Have you ever played 3D putt putt? I have now and it was pretty cool and trippy at the same time. How about a lazer trip line room you have to clear or a 4D combat game (freaking OUTSTANDING). Looking for something to do with a toddler and we settled on Ghostly Manor. We did not do the haunted house because I don't think it's toddler appropriate. We also didn't try to the skating rink. We did do the "3D" putt putt which was alright; it was fun but putt-putt isn't really my thing. The arcade was ok. The "4D" movie thing was probably the best part. But I would say everything is overpriced. They have a lot of bounce houses and a decent sized play area. I have visited this establishment a few times and never had an issue until today. We had a family birthday party and spent several hundred dollars. After the party one of my boys wanted a soda. I took him to the counter to order him and I a drink. A middle aged mad with poor hygiene asked if he could help me. I said yes I would like a large Diet Pepsi and a small regular Pepsi. He looked me in the eye and said two large pepsies. I said no, and repeated my order. He fill the drinks and sat them in front of me and said that will be 5.86. I said something must be wrong with either the register or the menu screen because it's about 2 dollars too much. I looked at the drinks and they were two large drinks. I re-told him my order again and his exact words were "that's what you ordered I verified it". I then told him again the order and another worker walk up and he said "this is what he ordered I verified it". He looked at me and smiled and said "whatever that's what you ordered". At this point he has messed up and was just trying to get me to pay for it and was acting inappropriately in a business that caters to children. My son asked me why the guy would not give us our drinks that we ordered and that he was thirsty. He is 7 and does not need a large Pepsi and would not have drank that much. Upset I got a manager and she made the drinks for us with no issues. I am not sure why it was so hard for the guy and thought later maybe he was on the spectrum and I was over reacting. Later I walked passed him and he continued talking trash to me in front of my son. A friend of mine and my wife's worked there and felt I might be over reacting. I reassured her it was incredibly poor customer service in a childrens establishment and to watch the security footage. He should have been fired on the spot. I won't be returning to this place unless I can confirm they dealt with their middle-aged unkept orderly worker that I watched stare at little girls roller skating with his tongue hanging out. read more

Terrible Place. Went in their for 10 mins. Was with my boyfriend. We are experienced skaters and came from Toledo. My boyfriend had asked for a skate tool to fix his skates which, at a place for skating said by the manager Kendal "We have to dig it out because we don't use them". First of all that's a safety hazard. You need tools to tighten skates as it is a safety tool for skating for all skates PER OHIO REGULATIONS. Then we asked for a refund and was told by Kendal that "It's your problem your skate is loose, you should've rented from us". We then proceeded to ask for a refund and Kendal had said that we had to wait. She was very disrespectful, argued with us it that it was our fault that they didn't have a OHIO REGULATED tool, was getting close to touching us and was calling us disrespectful. A parent then argued with us because "his problem is more important". Kendal had then proceeded to say "Who are you, don't cut me off, bye now, bye, bye, bye". As a manager of 3 years in customer service, that is not how you handle a situation. When your company is so tight on money such as this place, and cheap people out of refunds, then you should know there will be trouble. During the conflict, the worker (Black female with dreads, with a cartilage piercing, as we didn't catch her name fully, it started with a Bry..), had said to us "Shut up bitch, your being the disrespectful ass". Both women were utterly disrespectful and unprofessional and should not go unnoticed, ESPECIALLY AROUND CHILDREN. I would never recommend this place to anyone. I would not want my children around such disrespectful and petty workers.All we asked for was a tool and a refund and it turned into a dramatic petty fight because of the attitudes of the workers and Kendal, the manager. First impressions are very misleading the outside looks okay but once you get inside man is it cool as hell it really is worth all the money. $30 a person isn't too much money to spend on your family to go out have a great afternoon. This has to be the worst place we have gone since being here.... recommendation dont waste your money. The staff is rude and unhelpful didnt have saftey skates for little kids they expected a 2 year old to use normal skates. Save your money and go to the go cart track down the road a tons better for your money and child friendly. Or even better the water park kahria has a great kid friendly arcade. We had people handing us cards telling use the games are set so you dont win. We gave our cards away because of the rude staff. If there was a way to leave negative stars I would. read more

after flat-out refusal from my friends, i was forced into the front position of the 8-legged, huddled mass that dared to delve into the INSANITY that is ghostly manor. unlike most haunted houses- which are pretty much just pitch black with the occasional coffin scene to the side or scary guy jumping out at you- ghostly manor puts you right in the middle of the action. exorcist-themed room? how about you have to walk right around the bed? creepy autopsy scene? they make you weave in and out of all the exam tables. WATCH OUT! they might not all be dead... and then there was one sight, one sight so horrifying, we were stopped dead in our tracks. "where do we go from here?" a shrouded figure pointed to the wall of incredibly realistic-looking body bags. "uhh, NO." the figure pointed again. "but there must be another way!" we pleaded. the figure assured us that there was not. so we took a deep breath and plunged in. this was not just a wall; this was a SEA. a most terrifying experience that is forever burned into my memory. i don't want to talk about it anymore. now all we wanted was a way out of this torture chamber. fear, exhaustion, and instinct must have pulled us through the rest of the maze, for no one remembers much of what happened after the bags. we finally escaped, drenched in sweat, panting. in the middle of a... wait for it... skating rink. oh yeah, i forgot that's how we came in. i could never have imagined what was lying behind the entrance to ghostly manor. i'm shocked that i'm the first to review this place. it is BY FAR the most elaborate, longest, scariest, and absolutely most fun and satisfying haunted house that i have ever had the balls to endure. next time you visit cedar point, save some time to get the crap scared out of you. so yeah, i think i'm pretty much set on the haunted house front for the rest of my life. then again, i survived this, so really... what can't i do? read more
