I got a scoop of the "baklava crunch" ice cream. I expected just some baklava sprinkled over ice cream so I was pleasantly surprised to see it was fully blended into it. Truly delicious and captured all the flavors of baklava. There was no "crunch" though so maybe they should sprinkle a bit on top. I also tried their "Filo Tea" which is hot organic black tea with a choice of fresh mint or sage. I went with sage which the employee let me know is from Jordan. This was a spa in a cup.
