Two GGI furnace technicians did a fine job replacing my furnace. When I had a follow up question a few days later, the owner himself drove 90 minutes each way to speak with me personally. This company was sent to my house by a home warranty. My AC couldnt be repaired so it had to be replaced. Over $7500 was paid and the system started leaking the very next day. It hadn't even been used but leaked. I had Guy from GGI come back 4 times for this issue. It destroyed my ceiling which cost an additional $2000 to repair and an additional $4000 for another company to fix what the installer couldnt seem to get right. This company was the worst Ive seen and the description of the work done given by the 2nd company was horrible. There were things taped and glued in my attic it looked like a child's arts and craft project. Once again the WORST I have ever seen. Contacted the insurance carrier for a refund once again this company is the worst. I wish I had seen the reviews prior to allowing them into my house.... read more

They don't know what they are doing, they can only replace parts that they are not even sure need to be, even after replacing almost my entire system, new compressor(twice) Evaporator coli- added refrigerant then took some out was told they replaced TXV valve? My Central AC is still not working properly- they can not diagnosis and fix the problems, they just replace them- I DEFINITELY DONT recommend them- I have a Home Warranty and the quality of there contractors are less than knowledgeable- they have NO Issues of collecting monies for work that was not correctly completed- Stay away from them !!! read more

Don't use them. As many others mentioned, they don't show up to their appointments, and then don't return calls. Clearly they have zero interest in their customers and cannot be trusted. Business model seems to be put the company first, with absolutely no concern for their reputation or their customers. They rely on the lack of plumbers (high demand) but if this is the way they treat customers, they won't be around long and you're better off finding a company that cares about their reputation. PS, some of the 5 star reviews listed appear to be from employees. read more

They came to replace a leaking water heater with a new one. Still leaking. They also said they would come service our AC unit. Charged me a crazy amount to basically change the filter. Also very hard to get a hold of. There are a ton of other HVAC companies out there. Don't waste your time or money here. read more

Working with Home Warranty of America, I placed a claim for someone to come repair a small leak in my kitchen faucet. Two guys, both very nice, friendly, showed up back in April, while my house was still under warranty. They looked at it for about 5-10 minutes, figured out that it's a Kohler faucet. They said they'd have to order the part and that they'd be back once they got the part. I paid them the warranty fee of $100, which I was told by them that it covered the entire cost of the repair. Cut to late July, a few weeks ago. We received the part here at the house, so then we called GGI to set up an appointment; after a month or so, during which I mostly got a machine. I left a message several times, but never got a return call. Finally, after about ten attempts (they're on my phone log) I finally got a real person on the line. She and I set up a time, for today. The technician, Hector, showed up. Also a good guy, so let's not blame the guys who are servicing. He started taking apart the faucet; then the office called and told me that I owed them $313 for this second visit. I told them that my HWA warranty covered the entire procedure, including both visits--especially since the first visit was two guys looking at a faucet for five minutes. Needless to say, I'm not thrilled with GGI HVAC. They really need to get their act together. Don't they realize that a good contractor has customers who recommend them to others? It's too bad, because the guys who showed up all seemed like good guys, but there was no follow-up, and the last guy who came screwed everything up. Ultimately, I got a different plumber to fix the leaking and broken pipes, and then I installed the new faucet myself. read more

I had a no heat issue they came out to resolve on February 9th, since then, the heat has been on continuously and has reached temperatures of 85°. I've left several voice and text messages since 2/9 but it wasn't until 2/28 when I finally was able to reach someone at the company and was given a new appointment date of 3/2 with an arrival window between 8-5. At 4:30 I called to confirm someone would be coming and was informed they didn't have a tech available, so an entire day was wasted. read more

please do not ever use this company they wud rob you alive, they have a contract with sears. I had a problem with my boiler this guy the owner came and said I need a whole new boiler and it's gonna cost me about $16000 I called someone ones he only charge me $300 boiler been working for 5 years no problem. Secondly my AC u it was acting again I callled sears and they assigned them again. it was determined I need a whole new unit so I came out of pocket about $4000 and sears paid for parts this guys put the unit in the winter and told me they wud come in the summer to make sure it works right summee came I called this guys several times no answer because AC wasn't working they finally came did some crap AC work for 2 days and doesn't work anymore have been calling this guy ever since he answers whenever he feels like and td me to go thru my insurance or pay him extra money to come and check it. Please don't ever use this guys even sears said they had so many complaints about them they in the process of reviewing to terminate contract with them. My AC unit has stop working I have a 2 year old and a 6 weeks old baby sleeping in this heat wave after paying this guy $4000 out of pocket plus everything sears gave the. the owner comes out as a nice guy but don't trust him at all read more

GGI came over to our apartment to diagnose a problem with our water heater. They ordered the parts in a timely manner and Hector their main plumber, did a good job replacing the tank. There was an extra charge for parts, that according to them were not covered by our home warranty, which we accepted ahead of the job being completed. read more
