Never having ordered flowers for delivery before, I had no idea where to order from, or who would still be open during the pandemic, but thanks to Issabelle F.'s lists of local businesses, I found Choice Flowers. The ordering process was simple, and the day of the delivery, I received a phone call from the delivery driver asking if I knew my friend's buzzer number. Unfortunately I didn't, and I told him I would call my friend and then call him right back. He said that if I gave him my friend's number, he could call her himself. About an hour later, I received a call from my friend thanking me for the flowers -- she loved them. Apparently, she wasn't home when the delivery driver called her, but she was not far from home, and he patiently waited the ten minutes it took for her to get home -- she said that he didn't want to leave the flowers outside of her building. Great customer service! While the delivery fee of $15 was a bit pricey (the price ranges depending on where the flowers are being delivered), Choice Flowers certainly earned it, and it was reassuring to know that they do their best to ensure that the flowers are delivered. I then ordered flowers to be delivered to my mom for Mother's Day, and this time I made sure I included the buzzer number, as well as her phone number. I have no doubt they will be delivered to her, and I would order from them again.
