It was my friend's birthday on May 5th, and not being able to celebrate with her due to COVID, I wanted to do something special, as she is going through a rough time. So I decided to surprise her with flowers. Never having ordered flowers for delivery before, I had no idea where to order from, or who would still be open during the pandemic, but thanks to Issabelle F.'s lists of local businesses, I found Choice Flowers. The ordering process was simple, and the day of the delivery, I received a phone call from the delivery driver asking if I knew my friend's buzzer number. Unfortunately I didn't, and I told him I would call my friend and then call him right back. He said that if I gave him my friend's number, he could call her himself. About an hour later, I received a call from my friend thanking me for the flowers -- she loved them. Apparently, she wasn't home when the delivery driver called her, but she was not far from home, and he patiently waited the ten minutes it took for her to get home -- she said that he didn't want to leave the flowers outside of her building. Great customer service! While the delivery fee of $15 was a bit pricey (the price ranges depending on where the flowers are being delivered), Choice Flowers certainly earned it, and it was reassuring to know that they do their best to ensure that the flowers are delivered. I then ordered flowers to be delivered to my mom for Mother's Day, and this time I made sure I included the buzzer number, as well as her phone number. I have no doubt they will be delivered to her, and I would order from them again. read more

I placed a $175.00 order for Mother's Day and the flowers arrived already wilted, in a vase that was too small, and the arrangement was dead in 3 days. When I called to report this, mgmt said the flowers should only last 4 days and did not offer to replace or a refund. Unacceptable by any standard. read more

Beautiful flower arrangements, slight hiccup with their service. I had requested a bouquet via their website for a co workers birthday two days prior. On the day of, I arrived right when the store opened hoping to pick up the flowers and get to work without being late. When I arrived at the store, the lady had trouble finding my order and explained to me that it wasn't made yet. I was very disappointed because I had ordered it two days in advance and notified them that it is a pick (not delivery). I asked if she can make the bouquet now since I won't have time to come back later today. She was very apologetic and had the bouquet ready in about 15min. Even though it was a rush job and she forgot the little card tag, the flower arrangement was beautifully done and identical to their online picture. Overall, it was a decent experience. read more

After my other go-to florist in Vancouver closed (RIP Blumen!), I was looking for a new spot that I could rely on for floral delivery. I live across the country, so being able to trust the quality of each bouquet without seeing it is key for me. I ordered an all-white bouquet for my mother's birthday from Choice over the phone, and promptly received an email confirmation with all the delivery details, and to double check the text of the note card. This is a really nice touch. Unfortunately, when the bouquet arrived, my mum sent me a photo and it was not what I had requested - it was multi-coloured, not all white. I sent the photo to Choice and explained the situation. Helen was incredibly courteous and understanding and promptly sent a whole other bouquet to my mum to make up for their error. This is incredible service and I am now a loyal customer. Choice is my new go-to! Just ordered another bouquet today! read more

This flower shop is conveniently located by Burrard Station and always has the freshest displays! I came here to get flowers for my mother's birthday about an hour before they closed. Anna, the owner, was the sweetest! I was in a bit of a hurry and wasn't sure exactly what kind of bouquet I wanted so she asked me what colours my mother liked and went with that. She handpicked and put this bouquet together right before my eyes. I was amazed at her skill and how it turned out! Such a beautiful arrangement and my mother adored it! It came with a free note card as well. Very reasonable prices too! read more

I bought my second #bouquet for my friend from 'Choice Flowers'. I wanted to match #orange #flowers with white flowers because my present for her was an orange bottle. So I easily picked up beautiful orange #carnations with Linda's help. I am very happy for this flowers. When I gifted my teacher my first-'Choice Flowers'-bouquet, everyone around me asked me the place I'd bought it. They were all surprised of the beauty. I guess it'd going to happen again. At least, this flowers're fascinating me now. 30mins left to gift it. I hope her loving it so much. Thanks Linda for your kindness. read more

First time ordering from a Florist in Vancouver for my daughter's 19th birthday. False advertisement on their website. Picture shows flowers will come with a vase however flowers showed up with no vase. Although the customer service representative states that the description says tied up flowers which contradicts the picture. When placing an order online they should clearly state that the flowers DO NOT come with a vase. For $104 dollars this was a waste of money and very disappointing. This place didn't even offer a discount or anything when I complained. Not the best customer service. I recommend not purchasing from them online whatsoever. Big disappointment!!! read more

The recipient of these flowers was over the top happy when they received this bouquet from Choice flowers. And they showed INCREDIBLE customer service since they remembered me paying for delivery that never happened and credited me for that money spent despite changing ownership during that time as well. Still in shock, I didn't think you can find AMAZING customer service like this anymore but clearly there is still a few genuinely awesome businesses out there!! Two thumbs wayyyyy up. read more

I chose this florist based on the reviews on this site. After discussing the availability of spring flowers we settled on a hand tied bouquet full of tulips, hyacinth and hydrangeas etc. It was absolutely gorgeous and our friend was so delighted to receive it. I have no hesitation in recommending this florist to anyone. read more

Great florist in the heart of downtown I was looking for a nice bouquet for my pre-wedding photoshoot and I didn't want to spend too much money on it. I saw the glowing reviews of this place so I decided to check it out. This place definitely lived up to its reputation. All I did was give them a budget and a color theme, and it was prettier than I expected, with flowers that are quite expensive during this season. Anyways, if you need some flowers, check this little elegant place out! read more

I'm in New York and needed to send flowers to a relative in Vancouver BC for their (2nd) wedding. This time without Covid. We were unable to attend but thought sending a very special arrangement would be appropriate. I spoke with Anna at Choice Flowers and explained what I wanted. Included had to be 12 cream colored roses. Well, she took pictures of 3 boxes of yellow and cream colored roses and texted them to me so I could choose exactly which color I wanted, along with the other flowers in the arrangement. I felt she went above and beyond. She took a picture of the finished product and it exceeded my expectations. Excellent Florist and so very, very accommodating. read more

I was thrilled to find a non-teleflora florist! And one that could deliver on Saturday. Flowers were to be delivered to a hotel room in advance of a dear friend's conference talk on a Sunday. Saturday I get an update that my order is out for delivery. Checked multiple times Sat/Sun - same deal. Monday I check the order status again, and now it says they are 'prepping' my order. She leaves town on Thursday, and her talk has already come and gone. Three days into a six day trip? If they ever do make it there, she won't have the time to enjoy them. Not cool. read more

Best flower delivery service in Vancouver. Fulfilled my order extremely fast with extremely competitive pricing. Had a specific request for the delivery note and they went above and beyond to ensure that this was achieved. Recommend to anyone. read more

This unassuming flower shop is tucked away in the equally unassuming Royal Centre Mall. I walked by it dozens of times without paying much attention, until I wanted some flowers to brighten my office on a particularly dreary day. I walked in and asked if there were any pre-made bouquets for about $20. The woman working said she didn't have any, but if I told her which colours or theme I would like, she would gladly whip one up. I mentioned I wanted an autumn theme, and away she went to work. WIthin a few minutes, she had crafted a beautiful bouquet for me, the nicest bouquet I have ever purchased in the $20.00 range. I purchased a vase, which she washed out and then put all the flowers in, trimming the stems and finishing it off with a bow to garnish the vase. She was very friendly, and I was extremely pleased with the service I received, so I will definitely be back. I know several other people in my office purchase bouquets from Choice Flowers from time to time for clients or staff. The bouquets I have seen in the office have all been envy-worthy (I'm still waiting for mine... hint hint). If you're in need of a nice, reasonably-priced bouquet of flowers and want a more classy and personalized bouquet than the offerings at the outdoor flower vendors around town, then definitely check out Choice Flowers. read more

Ok, I have to say I was a bit disappointed when I first came to this flower shop. Reason: it was supposed to be open at 10am, both their Yelp page and the hours at the store said so. I waited for about 20 minutes, but left after since I had better things to do than waiting. Afternoon same day, I called ahead to confirm their closing hour. Got there 10 minutes later. The friendly lady, which I suppose was the owner, helped me perfectly through selecting something for my wife's 30th birthday. I kinda knew what I wanted, which were red roses. How I wanted them, was up to her. For $65 I got a dozen of big red roses, beautifully worked into a massive bouquet. Very elegant, very classy. Wife was happy so I was happy! Will I come here again? Yes. read more

if you want flowers to be delivered to someone- this is the place to go. Linda (the owner) makes you feel as special, as the person feels that's receiving the flowers. The service is over the top amazing. They go out of their way here to make sure that the best bouquet of flowers, for the best price, delivered at the time that they need to be. I've added in hand-written cards - and they also are sure to include them in with the delivery. They'll deliver flowers up until 7:00pm (or later), just to ensure that your delivery gets to that "special someone" on time. All around - an amazing hidden gem in the city!!!!! read more

Working downtown and having to commit to a flower shop around the area is extremely tough and usually costs an arm and a leg.....that being said, I came into this shop 2 days ago after reading reviews online and was greeted with the sweetest Korean(?) lady. I forgot to ask for her name but she was so great!( from what I see on the webiste I think her name is Linda) I told her that it was for a graduation and then told her my budget and she told me I could come back after work to pick them up. When I came back and saw what she did I was so happy, the bouquet was absolutely gorgeous and better than any other flower shop I have seen for the around the same price. She also gave me tips on how to keep them fresh overnight before giving them and even gave me a FREE bucket to take on the skytrain ride back home with me, which made it SO MUCH EASIER!!! Thank you Linda!!! I will be telling everyone about this little gem :) read more

Linda always delivers the freshest, most beautiful arrangements of flowers! I haven't had many interactions with her as it was usually my fiancee who orders the flowers from Linda to surprise me, but the one time I met her, I found her to be friendly and a lovely person.
