Most recently I went to Verizon to transfer the data from my iPhone 6s to my recently purchased 12. She is amazing and absolutely wonderful. I highly recommend her for resolving any concerns you might have about your cell phone or your service. She is the best!!!!

Last March (2025), I switched from AT&T to Verizon at this store and got a "free" Samsung Galaxy…read moreS25 as part of a promotion. I then returned the S25, as I preferred my existing iPhone. Credit card statement shows the return credit, presumably the tax I'd paid on the S25 being returned to my credit card account on April 1, 2025. Fast forward 14 months and my wife convinces me to switch back to AT&T, but in the process, Verizon says I owe them $477 to "buy out" the device (the S25). After 2 hours dealing with Verizon customer support, they cannot do anything for me, because they have NO RECORD of the return. This means Victra either A.) failed to complete the return with Verizon after I returned the device to them or B.) willfully kept the phone I returned without notifying Verizon of the return. In the first case, this would be massive incompetence, and in the second, outright fraud. Either way I'm out $477 because of it. I attempted to call the store to resolve this, but the phone just rang and rang with no answer. Do NOT do business with these people ever.

I stopped by last weekend because I urgently needed a phone(It says Metro PCS on the picture above…read morebut it is in fact a Boost Mobile store now). Today(3/31) was the last day my old smartphone from Boost would be working. I've had the phone for nearly 6 years, but Boost is upgrading it's network, so my 3G phone would no longer be working at the end of this month- March 31st, which is today. I was kind of disappointed when I got to the store because they didn't open on time, but as I was about to leave, the shopkeeper arrived, explaining that he & the staff were having car issues, but would help me if I could stay for a bit. By staying nearly an hour, I was able to upgrade to a new 5G phone. The keeper even threw in a case for my phone, as well as handled all the paperwork, sorting it out with Boost that I was in to get a new phone & made sure I could keep my old plan that was on my 3G phone on the 5G one. I was really pleased with the results of my new phone. I've had it almost 5 days now & everything works great- I'll be traveling around in a few months helping some organizations with vaccination efforts, so I wanted to make sure I had a dependable phone that I could use. When everything was all settled, I had paid my discounted item & all the paperwork taken care of, the shopkeeper even threw in some free candy! I was totally amazed & thankful for their work. I was glad to give them a second chance because another store I had been in a few times near me didn't know what they were doing. I'm glad I stopped by this Boost location because the shopkeeper made it worthwhile. I'll miss my old phone, but I'm glad I have this new one. I promised I'd leave a good review for the candy, but I'm also very satisfied with the service received. I always keep my promises, so this review is my experience from getting a new phone there. I believe if you stopped in to get a new phone, you would also be satisfied with the results. Hopefully, all the car issues for the owner have been taken care of by the staff- because I know more customers would like to stop by for all their phone needs too. I really recommend stopping by this location for your cellular phone needs in the future! J.J.

AT&T still gave us much of it's usual runaround, however, Greg had the patience to follow through with all the steps that were needed. I just couldn't manage them on my own, especially because of the cognitive challenges that arise from having multiple sclerosis, as well as my natural luddite tendencies. He was able to complete all of my lost cell phone service needs, even if it took over 4 hours (and two days). This is the kind of service that will help to continue to keep me as an AT&T customer. I'm grateful there is a physical store with staff. AT&T gets 2 stars, Greg gets 5 stars.

I went to the Apple store and they told me it would be $450 to repair my phone AND that the part I needed wasn't in stock, so I would need to drive to the Valley Fair mall 30 minutes away. I was totally in shock and on top of that I had no way to navigate, as my iPhone wasn't work and I didn't have a GPS. I was so lucky to bump into Syed at CellDoc on the first floor out. He repaired my phone in 25 minutes and only charged me $50. $50!! Versus the Apple store $450, which was 89% cheaper!! I also decided to get a voice piece add on, a new screen protector, and a new phone case, which only raised it up to $150. I was so impressed with the service that I tipped $30. Syed is an angel!
