A LOT MORE THAN A CELL PHONE STORE! Finally got my phone fixed! So long story short my phone got dropped in water a while back and I tried the whole rice thing with no avail. I took it to a shop down the street from my house and was told no one would be able to fix it and I should just buy a new one. My buddy told me about this place and I was somewhat skeptical at first after reading the reviews. Boy was I surprised! Not only was their technician able to recover all my data, the phone turned on fine! Well worth the money (not even that bad very competitive pricing) but I found out they also have Hella laptops! The guy that I was talking to knew what he was talking about and even taught me some tips and tricks to my little Asus. Definitely coming back in here to trade in my laptop for a better one! Love the staff everyone was smiling we were all talking. They were pretty busy but they managed to get through plenty of people individually and still got me taken care of smoothly! Thanks guys! Never EVER in my 35 years that I have walked this earth have I ever encountered such classless,rude, unknowledgeable, lazy employees with the WORSE customer Service known to man. I kid you not I literally had to look around for hidden cameras because I thought I was getting "Punked" & Ashton Kutcher would be jumping out at any second. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE take my advice, DO NOT EVER TAKE A STEP IN TO THAT HELL WHOLE EVEN IF ITS YOUR ONLY CHOICE AT THE TIME. Excellent. People seemed to have forgotten what the meaning of service and how best to treat the customer also the word " Thank you" seem to be missing from their vocabulary. Not DJ, a diffinative 5 Starr sales person with this organization. I had the best customer service experience to date in a very long. DJ worked diligently to get me 5 the phone I liked at a price I could afford. I had explained my situation to him, and he listened and heard me. DJ helped me to get a phone that was comparable to the one stolen from. He worked to get the price lowered to a point that I could afford. I will always go back to this store.
