First of all, I brought in a Droid x to be flashed to metro on a Thurs afternoon. I was told that they could do the flash, but it would be their first time doing this type of phone. No big deal I decided to give them a chance. In exchange for the service instead of paying the pricey $150 to flash the phone, which is expensive, I said hey I have this 2nd gen i phone im not using they then offered me $30 for it wtf, and eventually suggested we just do an even exchange for the flash. Fine deal was done. I was told my droid would be flashed by Sunday.. Ok, so I call to check on the status of my droid as of Saturday 2 days later, and Chris Brown the so called phone expert claims that oh I cant get pass the activation screen so its going to take me a little extra time when he answered the phone he claimed he was just about to call, but he had the phone since Thursday on the same screen . He goes on to tell me I will not receive the phone Sunday I would be looking at maybe Monday if I'm lucky. I'm like OK that's weird so I call a few other shops and everybody knows how to do this. So I say hey I'm just going to come pick my phones up and go somewhere else because I'm too busy during the week to come by. He goes on to tell me i don't know where your i phone is i will contact the manager and you can pick it up Sunday. Well to make a long story short they still have the i phone, someone flashed my phone in an hour, and they claimed my iphones wifi is broken. What an asshole, their staff seems to be clueless of anything you ask them and he even seemed to have an attitude because I wanted to take my phone elsewhere. These guys suck he went on to even tell me that usually they would not let me get my phones back, but they never did the flash service for me and really didn't seem to enthusiastic about my business. At this point I am very pissed off and I just want my phone back in one piece. I honestly think because they claim that the wifi was broken, which I know it wasn't, they probably broke the phone or lost it. These guys are assholes and I have been fighting with them now for just about a week. Check around first before you buy from them or get a phone flashed with them. They suck and they are hella slow. Who the hell takes 4 days to flash a phone. B****ES I DIDN'T EVEN WANT TO GIVE THEIR ASS THIS 1 STAR ON HERE BUT I HAD TO TO LET EVERYBODY KNOW ABOUT THEM. THEY DON'T EVEN DESERVE THAT read more

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. I took my iPod generation 5 in to see if it could be fixed after the battery died. They had it for almost a month and did not communicate with me at all about what was going on,. I went in twice to check on it and was told they would call "today or tomorrow." Tomorrow never came. I finally went in and demanded they give me back my iPod, as well as the $35 they charged me for supposedly looking at it. Was told the owner would have to approve a refund, and he would call my husband. Of course there was no call. My husband went by to check and now they say they did look at the iPod, it was not fixable, and they called my husband's cell phone but did not leave a message. (!) You'd think a company that deals in cell phones would know there's a record of missed calls, including the phone number. They never called. So on top of horrible customer service, they are also liars. All they had to do was tell me the iPod was dead, but instead they chose to play games and lie., I'D GIVE THIS PLACE NO STARS IF THAT WERE AN OPTION. AVOID! read more

i went into the store to buy a phone and the owner of the store and some of the employees were drinking alcohol! their customer service is horrible! the lady that seems to run the store is rude, and anything i asked her she had a rude sarcastic tone in her voice when she answered me. they are slow, never have enough people working in the front and the bald guy that works there seemed to busy flurting with the girl behind the counter, there was 5 other people waiting to be helped. too busy talking and socializing like their in highschool when they need to work on their customer service. i will never go there again and will make sure my family and friends dont either. read more

DO NOT EVER buy a new phone from this place. In fact just don't give them your money at all; save it for someone who actually cares about their customers. We have been paying our Metro bill here for two years. Decided to get a qualified upgrade to a new phone, spent a lot of money here. Had the phone 8 days and it shorted out in my hand. Rather than exchange the faulty product they sold me, the girl at the counter actually had the audacity to suggest we pay for another used phone. Seriously?? We just spent nearly $400 getting new phones A WEEK AGO from the very same girl. She made us get on the phone with Samsung for 20 minutes to have them tell us that the store should replace the phone; let me tell you, Samsung was far more helpful than this place and cared more about us too. The "technician" at this store, of course, tried to say we broke the phone so they can't give us a new one. I mean it was the most ridiculous thing and totally scandalous. On top of that the "technician" didn't even know how to fix what turned out to be a very basic problem, once again, thank you Samsung. They don't even know the most basic things about the products they sell. I will never give this store my money ever again for any reason. There are, like, two people who are cool and helpful that work there, I rarely encounter them, however. Best thing about this store is the in-store cat. read more

Our philosophy is that you only need to go to one place, weather you need your Iphone unlocked, repaired, activated or your blackberry charging port repaired, switch your provider, port your number, and transfer your phonebook, pictures etc. We do it all!

Fast forward 14 months and my wife convinces me to switch back to AT&T, but in the process, Verizon says I owe them $477 to "buy out" the device (the S25). After 2 hours dealing with Verizon customer support, they cannot do anything for me, because they have NO RECORD of the return. This means Victra either A.) failed to complete the return with Verizon after I returned the device to them or B.) willfully kept the phone I returned without notifying Verizon of the return. In the first case, this would be massive incompetence, and in the second, outright fraud. Either way I'm out $477 because of it. I attempted to call the store to resolve this, but the phone just rang and rang with no answer. Do NOT do business with these people ever.

AT&T still gave us much of it's usual runaround, however, Greg had the patience to follow through with all the steps that were needed. I just couldn't manage them on my own, especially because of the cognitive challenges that arise from having multiple sclerosis, as well as my natural luddite tendencies. He was able to complete all of my lost cell phone service needs, even if it took over 4 hours (and two days). This is the kind of service that will help to continue to keep me as an AT&T customer. But here is where things get a bit strange. When I was rinsing out the vase, I noticed two stickers on the bottom. One said Mervyn's $39.99 and the other said Goodwill $8.99. Mervyn's closed many years ago so today's retail value of the vase would be much more. Who knows how it ended up at Goodwill and then made its way to Jory's. I don't have an issue with recycling from thrift stores. I do it myself. What was very odd to me was Jory's did not take a minute or two to remove the stickers. Very tacky. This would have been a five-star review if the flowers had arrived on time and in a vase that did not show its thrift store origins.

I could have bought beautiful roses from anywhere else for much less & taken them myself... the TIMING is important in the florist business (I assume?). I calmly ask to speak w the mgr. & I receive pushback. The lady who answers the phn doesn't want to track down the mgr.; I can just tell her about my issue. So I clearly explain what is wrong & (when asked what should be done) that I expect a partial refund or some form of compensation for my $140 dozen roses delivered a day early before Valentine's Day. Ppl make mistakes... but... The sole reason I'm even leaving this review is bc of the lackadaisical, almost resentful tone & attitude of the lady who fielded my call. She is the opposite of what a business owner or founder would want for customer service. If timing is important to you when you order flowers, you might want to avoid this business. That would merit a 3 star review. If customer service is important you, def. avoid this place. This is a 1 star review primarily for the tone-deaf reply I rec'd when I initially expressed my dismay: "well... you know, mistakes happen, & I mean, they were delivered."

A LOT MORE THAN A CELL PHONE STORE! Finally got my phone fixed! So long story short my phone got dropped in water a while back and I tried the whole rice thing with no avail. I took it to a shop down the street from my house and was told no one would be able to fix it and I should just buy a new one. My buddy told me about this place and I was somewhat skeptical at first after reading the reviews. Boy was I surprised! Not only was their technician able to recover all my data, the phone turned on fine! Well worth the money (not even that bad very competitive pricing) but I found out they also have Hella laptops! The guy that I was talking to knew what he was talking about and even taught me some tips and tricks to my little Asus. Definitely coming back in here to trade in my laptop for a better one! Love the staff everyone was smiling we were all talking. They were pretty busy but they managed to get through plenty of people individually and still got me taken care of smoothly! Thanks guys! Never EVER in my 35 years that I have walked this earth have I ever encountered such classless,rude, unknowledgeable, lazy employees with the WORSE customer Service known to man. I kid you not I literally had to look around for hidden cameras because I thought I was getting "Punked" & Ashton Kutcher would be jumping out at any second. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE take my advice, DO NOT EVER TAKE A STEP IN TO THAT HELL WHOLE EVEN IF ITS YOUR ONLY CHOICE AT THE TIME. I made that same mystake & 4MONTHS LATER I am still dealing with ortrying to work with these numbskulls who have had my sons phone and cant tell me whats wrong with it!!!months folks!! WTF???!! Excellent. People seemed to have forgotten what the meaning of service and how best to treat the customer also the word " Thank you" seem to be missing from their vocabulary. Not DJ, a diffinative 5 Starr sales person with this organization. I had the best customer service experience to date in a very long. DJ worked diligently to get me 5 the phone I liked at a price I could afford. I had explained my situation to him, and he listened and heard me. DJ helped me to get a phone that was comparable to the one stolen from. He worked to get the price lowered to a point that I could afford. I will always go back to this store. Dealing with phone issues can be very frustrating! However, I am pleased to share a nice experience, that is uncommon these days. I was very impressed,not only with the management/owner with whom took the extra time to problem solve and trouble shoot a scenario,that worked for my budget. I just had the most excellent customer service from this business!!! My phone blitzed out and they were getting ready to close for the day and head out to dinner but they still helped me get a new phone at the right price for my budget...Let me tell you, I have not had customer service like this in a very long time.
