I can not begin to express how in lust I am with this store. And I do mean lust. Heaven, urrrrr Viva Diva, has given life to my sense of style, fashion and quality of my closet. I don't know if I've ever walked into this store, and walked out of it without a bag in my hand and a dent in my bank account. I am never disappointed. Not only is this store full of chipper, amazing, down-to-earth sales-divas, it is also full of chic, classy, modern but edgy clothes that have forever improved my life. What feels better than a good pair of jeans, or a new pair of boots? Really? Nothing. Hudson, Michael Stars, Splendid, Velvet, Mother, J-Brand, Paige, Jach's Girlfriend, Rails, the brand names could fill my vocabulary. The jewelry, the wallets, the accessories, the shoes, the everything. Bring a couple extra quarters for this San Rafael 4th St. parking adventure, cus it'll be hard to leave. Trust me.

That Saturday I receive a US Postal bag with the jacket and the attached letter suggesting that my purse ruined the jacket that I should find a seamstress who might be able to repair it. The evening the jacket shredded, I was hosting a catered dinner party at my home and didn't even have a purse near it. Is this what customer service is today? There was a whole room full of tops, and two racks of jeans. There were even more random sale items throughout the store, not in the sale section. I was quite surprised. I waited in line twice, once to return, and once to buy my jeans. Neither wait was long at all - just one person ahead of me, quite quick. Not only that, but they seemed displeased to even see a customer there and it wasn't even closing time. Considering how quiet and empty the store has been lately (at least during weekdays when I've gone), management should consider the types of folks they are hiring, and also not make the entire main floor look like bland denim central. The giant PILCRO sign and just the overwhelm of all the denim, and overpriced products (for cheap polyester quality) and lack of tester-opportunities of the perfumes (no perfume tester papers even to spray the perfume on--but instead MINI SAMPLE PERFUMES FOR PURCHASE, WTF) it's like this store is wanting to go out of business.
