Sam is absolutely amazing! He is responsive, communicative, caring, and knows what he is doing. It is rare to find someone like him, with great knowledge, reasonable prices, great people skills and efficient responsiveness. I almost don't want to share because now he will be busy when we want him, but I am absolutely ready to pay this forward! read more

We needed a leaking kitchen faucet replaced. We didn't have a previously-used plumber with whom we were satisfied. A friend recommended Sam. Sam was easy to communicate with, friendly, professional, and most importantly Sam installed the faucet perfectly. He advised us of the manufacturer's warranty on the broken faucet, which we were not aware of. He brought to our attention a small mysterious-looking accessory that came in the box with the new faucet, and showed us how to use it. (It's for keeping the aerator clean.) He also helped to adjust and fix the positioning of a recently-purchased crookedly-installed dishwasher. We will be calling on Sam again in the future. read more

We highly recommend Sam to help will all of your plumbing and floor furnace needs. read more

Life Saver!! I had a emergency water leak and was so panicked . I called numerous people who couldn't be straight forward and seemed really clueless to the problem I explained. Finales I found Get That Fixed on Yelp and Sam answered and was beyond helpful. He had 2 potential problems and immediately had the solutions to both. He arrived and immediately knew the issue and within minutes had it fixed. Not only that, he stayed to ensure the problem was actually fixed. For a single women, I couldn't believe I finally had someone not trying to rip me off, had manners and fixed it so fast. Truly appreciate the service and any issues I have in the future, absolutely calling them first. I recommend them 100%. read more

Sam is the best! He was prompt and professional. I have had many maintenance workers over the years and I was shocked at how much higher level he was. I have a big thing for attention to detail and he nailed it. Also pro tip- they do heating/AC and electrical now even though they arent advertising it yet. My central AC wasn't switching and I found out they can handle that as well. Thanks Sam! read more

Sam and his team were excellent. The water pressure in our shower was bad and the pipes were knocking when we turned the water to hot. They were able to identify the issues, get the necessary parts, and fix it. They showed up on time, wore the necessary protective gear, and were courteous and professional. Will definitely use them again and recommend them to others. read more

Excellent work--professional, knowledgeable, personable and fair pricing. We can't say enough praise for Sam and his work. We had something with water damage requiring the floor to be ripped up and replaced and Sam not only explained the scenario but kept us informed every step of the way. His assistant and specialists (such as a tile person, etc) work under his supervision so there's the same quality and standard. There was no mess of debris in their wake and he really works with you if there's options. Recommend with no hesitation! read more

After being ripped off by Mike Diamond, I called Sam and told him my plumbing issues. Wow he was responsive and worked with my schedule. Right away he knew how to fix the problem and only charged me a fair price unlike Mike D who was asking for $1200. Never again will I go anywhere else but Sam. Thanks Sam!!!! read more

Good service but difficult to work with. Unfortunately, not good at customer service or reliability

One recent Saturday, midday I notice small puddle on the guest bathroom floor. Turns out my (less than 20 year old) copper pipe had a pinhole leak. My water lines are in the attic and this leak must have been going on for over a week before we realized it was a leaking pipe. Later in the afternoon, I called several local plumbers with high Yelp reviews. One didn't answer their phone, another I was on hold with forever then the call went to voice mail, and another only had someone available after 8:00 PM. So I called a friend for a recommendation and she gave me Sam's number. Sam answered his phone immediately and was here within an hour. Leak was fixed quickly using a compression fitting rather than soldering, which was cool with me since I didn't like the idea of a flame to solder in my attic with all that 60 year old dry wood. Sam was very nice and professional. I'll definitely be calling him again for future plumbing needs. read more

How often do you love your plumber? We do! Sam did some beautiful work for us during a bathroom remodel and so he was our first call when the ceiling above our kitchen started leaking. He came out without a few hours - on a Saturday morning - and diagnosed and resolved the leak with minimal damage to our ceiling. He is super sharp, a great communicator, and honest. He also kept me calm during a stressful issue for us as first time homeowners! We appreciate Sam so much, and will recommend him to anyone. read more

Writing an all-important update to my original review for Sam. Plumbing work is unfortunately one of those things that may look good when they leave, and then you realize they did the job incorrectly a year later or ten years later when your bathroom is ruined, so, very important to read updates. For us, we still think Sam is a nice guy, but his work is not good and his response to said failures in work are also not good. When installing our toilet, Get That Fixed did not seat it correctly and we subsequently have unsightly brown liquid leaking from the base of our bowl. I called Sam to fix and he never responded. Another plumber explained that the toilet was not seated correctly. I would exercise extreme caution when dealing with this company for anything other than very basic work, for us, we would not use again. read more

We had a weekend dishwasher crisis (for some reason ALWAYS on the weekend...) - with some googling we found Sam at Get That Fixed. We were installing a dishwasher ourselves and ran into a plumbing leak beyond our (very basic) skill level. So on Saturday at 5pm Sam showed up and did that repair. Since we were now realizing the install was above our paygrade and patience level, we asked if he'd help us out with finishing the dishwasher install. He quoted us a price and got to it. In about an hour he had that done, great attitude, a beautiful job and real attention to detail. In the end he even knocked the price down a little since we'd already done some of the work. We couldn't have been happier and would absolutely recommend Sam and Get That Fixed. A+ 100%. read more

I had a leaky faucet and decided to just order a new faucet and have that installed. Despite being quite busy, they made time for me and my minor plumbing issue. I sent photos of my sink and new and old faucet in advance, so it only took about 40 minutes. He was also friendly and playful with my mischievous pup who attempted to run off with tools several times. He also made sure I understood the stains from my old faucet on my old sink counter would be visible before tightening the faucet (so please excuse this in the photo). read more

I have used Get that Fixed on a number of occasions. First, Sam installed a soft water system throughout the whole house. Couldn't be happier with the work and performance of the system. Secondly, he custom fabricated some parts to install my bidet without taking apart the whole toilet. Innovative and quality work to go with it. And lastly, he installed a nest thermostat without any issues. Great work, experienced, and affordable prices. I'd recommend Get That Fixed to anyone looking for plumbing, heating,, n cooling issues. read more

When I needed a plumber I called Sam because there were multiple good reviews on Yelp. I was dreading hiring a big name plumbing company that was going to try to upsell me with cameras and jet blast etc.... you don't need that, just get here and fix the problem and that is exactly what Sam did. I definitely made the right choice! We talked briefly, I explained the drain issue and Sam scheduled me in immediately, showed up on time and ready. He fixed my drain problems and even gave me good advice on how to take care of my plumbing. He shows high professionalism and prices were very reasonable. I recommend Sam 100%! Will always use his company if any future problems occur. read more

Sam is just the best. We had a leak under our bathroom sink and he was able to fix it up in no time at minimal cost. Sam was referred to me by a very close friend that is an absolute stickler for quality, craftsmanship, cleanliness & reasonableness of the work done. Sam has experience in full HVAC (Air Conditioning-Heating) & Plumbing, from Snaking clogs in lines all the way up to full re-plumbing, Tankless Water Heating & repairing of main waste lines, as he worked for some larger companies & has since started his own business. Sam installed a new Whole House Shut-Off & Pressure Reducing Valve, new MERV 11 HVAC filters & air scrubbers on our 2 HVAC Units. It took me a few days to decide exactly what I wanted to have installed, as the MERV filters can be fairly complicated to understand. Sam explained everything to me & recommended that I install MERV 11 Filter as opposed to the higher MERV 13 Filters, which may filter smaller particles, but he advised it sometimes, by adding more resistance, creates a bigger pressure drop across the filter choking the unit of air flow & can cause problems with the unit. I ended up doing some research & he was right on. I think the best & most influential reason to use Sam is because he is not only the person that will come out to provide an estimate of the work, but he is actually the one that returns to perform the work to completion, so you know what Ur going to get. He arrived with Booties, gloves & mask & when it can time to sign the receipt, he provided hand sanitizer & wiped down the pen & sprayed the invoice! In today's times, that is very encouraging! I have some remodeling I will be having completed on an older Spanish Home & I will definitely be using Sam with GetThatFixed! read more

I cannot say enough good things about Get That Fixed Plumbing and Sam!! We've used Sam for years! Our house was built in 1927. After having other plumbing companies out to look at the property, tell us what they felt was required, get estimates and finally have work done, We chose Get That Fixed Plumbing. Sam from Get That Fixed came out, did a thorough inspection, told us honestly what was required immediately, what was not as urgent and could wait until later. Gave us a very fair estimate (unlike some of the other estimates received that were RIDICULOUS in price and quantity of work supposedly needed.) Not only did Get That Fixed get the job done in one day (digging out the old cracked cast iron main sewer pipe under the house, having to belly crawl into the crawl space and replacing with new) but also making sure the clean out was properly sloped with a "positive" slope towards the street (the previous plumber had apparently done a shoddy job, leaving it with a "negative" slope, causing (ick!) everything to slope backwards towards the back of the house, creating a backed-up, clogged line that required snaking every 6-8 months!) Get That Fixed also installed a new clean-out in the front yard. Had I not seen one of the guys waist deep in a hole they dug with my own eyes, I never would have believed they had even done ANY work in the front. The front yard looked perfect when they were done!!! They were very good about thoroughly cleaning up and removing everything upon completion. A sign of a good company is how conscientious their employees are at cleaning up after themselves. Get That Fixed Plumbing will be our first call from here on out whenever we need any plumbing work done!!! They should be yours too! Sheri H. read more

Sam's come to 6 of my properties since 2009, he's that good! Each time he has easily diagnosed the problem and presented the solution. When money was tight he explained clearly and honestly the pros and cons of cheaper/short term fixes, what future issues to look for and how long repairs could be expected to last. Regardless of my fiances, his repairs have been quality ones. Sam has dug up 1/3 of a front yard to remove a 2' round pine tree root ball in the mainline, he's repaired faucets, replaced toilets and water heaters. Sam's been under houses, in attics, dealing with slabs and driveways, in backyards, constructions sites and 70 yr old houses. Sam's bids have been competitive and I am thankful for his work. I wouldn't choose another plumber for my residential and commercial properties. read more
