They made a next-day appointment & phoned when they were on their way. A very knowledgeable technician - Josh arrived & after checking the plumbing in the basement, explained where the problem was. I had the option of hydro jetting or pouring a clog-clearing product called "Liquid Lightning" (which I never heard of) down the drain. I found the product at Walmart & used it as directed. So far, so good. I have two water heater replacements as well as other plumbing repairs coming in the near future & I will not hesitate to call Rockstar Plumbing. Unlike many businesses today, they are honest, knowledgeable, and (as advertised) don't charge for estimates.

This company takes pride in their work. Jonny and Reuben handle the whole job in a full day, even when it started to pour rain. When checking under the house they found another active leak and also identified an issue with our water pressure regulator. Unlike many plumbers I've worked with, they took excellent video of the problems, communicated ever step and action, and made sure we fully understood the problems. To top it off, they were immediately available to come out, investigate, provide a solution, and spent the entire day resolving all three problems so we could have water back the same day. We've had zero issue with those problems since! Forward to today, call #2, totally unrelated issue, and they once again show up first thing in the morning on a Sunday to diagnose and begin addressing the problem. This is the second time we've had Beeto's Plumbing out to the house and both times have gone very well. This time around we had a leaking bathroom faucet issue and he was able to come out the next morning, assess the problem, and present options for us so we could make the best decision to get it fixed. While here, we asked if he could check out another issue outside with a very slow draining storm drainage pipe, before El Nino hits this year, and he was able to start on it right away. He showed us before and after, with the drain camera, as it was moving through the pipe to see all the build up and tree root, and again to see how nice and clear/clean the pipe was afterwards. During the whole day, he was very straightforward, informative, detailed, and thorough with us so we could make the right choices along the way and I appreciated that so much! Humberto was always open to any questions I had and he does such great work as well! It's refreshing to work with a plumbing company so professional and fair. Beeto's Plumbing will continue to be the first company we call for any and all plumbing needs!

Updating my original review years later because we ended up needing Mick again today for another…read moreplumbing issue at one of our family properties. We had a sewer backup issue affecting the back unit/ADU while also dealing with separate toilet issues in the front house. Mick responded quickly, diagnosed both problems efficiently, and got everything resolved the same day. The front house issue turned out to be worn toilet flappers from normal wear and tear. The back unit issue was a main line grease buildup/clog that required drain clearing and camera inspection work. Mick also took the time to explain the likely long-term slope/drainage concern with the ADU connection in a very straightforward and practical way. One thing I still appreciate after all these years is that Mick communicates like an operator, not a salesman. He explains what is urgent, what is manageable, and what may become a future capital repair issue without trying to create panic or pressure. Fast response, direct communication, practical diagnostics, and strong long-term knowledge of older LA plumbing systems and rental properties. Still highly recommend Mick and Right Price Rooter & Plumbing.
