So after 5 years with Culligan, we switched to Pro Water's state of the art system to clean up the…read morewater coming into our home. We also got the reverse osmoses system under the kitchen sink to further clean the water. This was such an easy and smooth process. We put in the order with Brad, scheduled an appointment for installation and our installer was Maurice. These guys know what they are doing and they made it very easy for us. The set the expectations and we didn't have to do anything. It took us about a couple hours where we couldn't use the water but then all we had to do is flush out the air from the new system. It's the third day now and everything is working great. WHY WE CHANGED: Just got tired of increasing monthly rates and having to open the garage for the techs to switch out the tanks. Also the Pro Water system does filter out more than the water softener we had.

Brad from Pro Water Solutions came to our home for a consultation. He tested our water and showed…read morehow hard it was. He recommended a complete system including water softening, filtration, and reverse osmosis. My wife and I decided against water softening due to the "slimy" feel of the water when bathing, physical upkeep of maintaining salt levels, and the harm it would cause to our garden. Brad noted that a bypass could be added to prevent soft water from being used in the garden. In the end, we ordered a no scale, no salt, two tank filtration system. Brad gave me an informal quote during the consultation and said a formal contract would be sent by his office manager. I was shocked that the quote was about sixty percent lower than another quote from our plumber. I later learned that the system equipment quoted by our plumber and Pro Water Solutions were built by the same manufacturer. The office manager Crystal sent us a contact which matched Brad's quote. We scheduled an installation date and I paid the required $500 refundable deposit. A week later, technicians Gonzalo and Eric came out to the house to install the system. The men were friendly, respectful and experienced. They performed excellent work and gave us instructions on how to get started. We are now looking forward to healthier water, the elimination of scale, and the long term health and performance of our pipes and water heater.

The filters hadn't been changed since 2021, and the tank had completely lost pressure. I immediately changed the old filter, but the system was still not working well and the whole setup was just on its last legs. Richard and Greg came out and immediately offered to swap the tank just to see if it would salvage the old unit. When we realized the GE system wasn't worth sinking money into, we decided to upgrade and had Richard install one of his own systems. The installation was unbelievably fast, clean, and seamless. Beyond the quick service, not only are Richard and Greg incredibly knowledgeable, but they are also super nice and funny. We had a lot of laughs while learning more about drinking water and getting thoroughly educated on the new unit. We even opted to add an alkaline filter, and the difference is night and day. Now we have incredible, crisp-tasting water running straight to both our sink and our fridge, and we love it. Their pricing was exceptionally fair. I honestly expected the whole ordeal to cost a fortune, but it was completely reasonable. We couldn't be happier with the results, and we will definitely have them come back out for all of our future reverse osmosis needs. Highly, highly recommend!

I thought maybe I'll get used to it but 2 of my family members started to get weird headaches everytime they drank the water. I've been drinking alkaline for a while and never have I ever tasted alkaline like that. I came back today to let him know that the water has a strange taste to it and instead he didn't understand what I said and called somebody. The gentlemen on the phone spoke better English (not sure why they don't have him in this store instead) and told me I may not be familiar to the high PH levels of the "Kangen" water and will refill my bottles with the regular Alkaline water on the right (keep in mind when I initially came the old man said that section of Alkaline water didn't work). Once I got my water refilled I was content that they made it right, however the old man then raised his voice and got mad and told me to never come back "never come back, that's good for me and good for you" and "nobody ever complains, only you complain". I've come here a few times for regular water for the past 10 years. You would think he would be sorry rather than offended. Never coming here again.

I also had to take apart the faucets and get the gunk off the screens. I would say I had to do every couple of months now after years of Lifesource once a year and it's not nearly as bad as it ever was before. Service calls are wonderful people show up on time know what they're doing fix what they're there to fix and are incredibly friendly. The infrequent need to change the canisters is a real plus. While, you do have to plan for those expenses, they are long lasting. over time it was less that our collective monthly expenses, especially if the maintenance by hand that was required was considered. When we were evaluating the system. It sounded expensive until I did the math on what we were paying for soft water which my husband dislikes the feel of. The difference is immediately recognizable in showers for hair and skin is something far better than I was .expecting. The water coming out of the tap is great! We do have a reverse osmosis for ice. The grey water every two weeks is used for the lawn and outside plants, so no waste and no big delivery trucks on the street on a regular basis. I'm very disappointed with my experience with **LifeSource Water**…read more Yesterday, I spoke with one of their customer service representatives regarding a water test I had done. **My drinking water was tested specifically for magnesium, and the test result was 450 mg/L (milligrams per liter).** This raised concerns for me about the quality of my water and whether my LifeSource system was addressing the issue. During our conversation, I was told that the LifeSource system does not remove minerals such as magnesium and that I would need a reverse osmosis system with a carbon filter to address the issue. He also mentioned that my refrigerator filter might possibly help. I was also told that the LifeSource system primarily removes chemicals. This information was never clearly explained to me before I made such a significant investment. I was not given a water test before purchasing the system, and I now feel that I did not have all the information I needed to make an informed decision. As a result, I'm back to purchasing bottled water from the store. I recognize that I share some responsibility for not researching the purchase more thoroughly. However, I believe customers should be given a clear explanation of exactly what a water filtration system does and does not remove, especially before making such a large investment. I'm sharing my experience in the hope that it helps others ask the right questions and have their water tested **before** purchasing a LifeSource system. **Make sure you understand exactly what the system is designed to remove and whether it addresses the specific issues in your water.** I wish I had known this before making my purchase.

My new old house (built in 1958) needed two systems instead of one, which would have been out of my price range. But they worked with me to finally make it happen. The water system I got 3 years ago from them had warranty so they stated they would come out and replace everything & add a resin filter. Once they came, they started to clean out all the faucets/shower heads since these little resin beads were stuck inside, cleaned the toilet tanks, checked my washing machine/ fridge water lines and even offered to assist changing out all the kitchen/bathroom valves (got the water valves via Home Depot myself). In addition, they flushed out my hot water tank as well. Now my house has 4 bathrooms, several sinks and faucets so a lot of this took some time but I never heard them complain and they went straight to work. They even replaced my drinking water filters. This company is A++ Now the water is back in my house and coming out even stronger. Thank you Tony, Andy and your team for all your hard work. Side note: I called a plumber before Crystal Clear Water and he said it was the PRV valve issue.. Changed the PRV valve and it wasn't even the problem so money was wasted there... so CALL CRYSTAL CLEAR WATER FIRST!!
