I initially contacted him to perform maintenance on my tankless hot water heater since I had just moved into a new home. Zorro showed up on time, was extremely patient, and took the time to answer all of my questions (it was my first time dealing with a tankless system). Because of how great the experience was, I ended up asking him for a quote on a whole house water filtration system as well. During the installation, one of the filter tanks unfortunately had a crack. Zorro immediately got on the phone with his supplier to get a replacement as quickly as possible. He kept me informed every step of the way, even sending me the tracking number so I could follow along.
