We found this company because we requested a second opinion from AHS. AHS tried to give me 4 other plumbers and I said no way, I want a reputable company and I take reviews seriously. Art came out and fixed everything that AHS's previous company couldn't fix. Always look at the reviews and if you don't like the reviews ask for a company that is reputable. Sam and Art came right on time to check our draining and kitchen garbage disposal. They are very professional, bringing their own booties and leave everything and everywhere clean. They make sure everything work and even replaced my bathtub corroded screw. Giving me recommendations for maintaining the drainage. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Truly a terrible experience. This company was assigned to me by my AHS home warranty. I have never had such a disappointing, disrespectful and unhelpful experience with a plumbing company before. The tech was immediately rude and unhelpful when diagnosing the first issue. Then there seemed to be an issue with the work order (some of the items were not on the order and stuff not on the order was reflected. When I tried to call the company, Lucy who answered the phone was extremely rude and said that the issue was my communication with AHS and had nothing to do with them. No effort to understand or even call AHS to clarify. After being spoken to rudely by the tech and dispatch, I told them that since they could not help me, I would contact AHS because they asserted that the issue was not on their end. As I was on hold with AHS in another room, the tech pulled his equipment and left the house with the doors open/ unlocked. When I noticed the doors open, the tech was walking around outside my home, to "take a call from the office". The service was cancelled (I was more than fine with that). I have requested that this company not be referred to me again. I would not even recommend this company to people I don't like, much less anyone I do. read more

Art was able to quickly get my house back in operation and inspected water pressure which turned out to be too high. This company was assigned by my home warranty company. They called to change service times with me at the last minute. They were to come between 2-4pm but on day of service they called & at 12:40 pm & said they were coming in 20 mins. I made arrangements to be there between 2-4. When I called them the dispatcher (Lucy) was rude, shouting & unprofessional. She refused to have a different technician come out. She sounded manic at some points. It was as if I was speaking to toddler. She made no efforts to arrange for a tech to come during the scheduled time window. She shouted over me & kept complaining about being "belittled". She essentially threw a tantrum over the phone. I have asked AHS to remove them as service provider & based on my experience they certainly are a company you should never use. Update: So wow. Its been less than 10 mins of dealing with this company & posting this review before the dispatcher, Lucy called me. This person has my number because of AHS & used it to make this unprofessional contact. She did not call to assist in getting my plumbing issue serviced but to threaten & harass me about the review. Again, she was unprofessional & angry. She said she knew how to find me & would ruin me. This is insanity at its finest. She represents this company. Plumber name Art came to my house with a bad attitude and walked in to my house with his dirty boots with no respect with out any shoes covering and insults my experience faucet with out knowing the brand, to him is made in China which is not. Horrible company!! My guest shower was leaking and they came out to diagnose the issue: cartridge needed to be replaced. They however would not turn off the water valve themselves and insisted I get another plumber to do so. Other plumber said my shower had a built-in stopper hence the water didn't need to be shut off. One Touch came back and replaced the cartridge and the water stopped leaking but now there is a LOUD squealing noise that was not there before and they refused to come back out and fix the issue. We used One Touch for some recent issues with our faucets and garbage disposal, and I am so glad we were connected with this company and that Art was there to help guide us and fix everything for us. The work was well done, and Art is just an all around nice guy with a big smile and passion for his work. Our home warranty company sent One Touch to us to help with a number of plumbing issues. A different technician came out and assessed all the issues and told us that the parts would need to be ordered, and explained some of the additional items that would be recommended. I was not sure I fully understood everything, so I called and got Art on the phone. He was SO helpful, patient, and informative. He spent his time to painstakingly answer all of my questions (I have a LOT) over a few phone calls and text. I am particularly picky about the quality of workmanship and I could tell right away that Art really knew all his stuff and that I could trust him and his recommendations. Art came back to our place to make all the fixes, and one of the issues we had talked about was the supply line. He explained that it is highly recommended to replace when replacing a faucet, but that he would assess and give me an honest opinion as that was not covered by the home warranty. He showed me the parts and said that they were not too bad but the recommendation was always to replace, but that we could probably get by for a bit without doing so on one of the two faucets (the other one had visible rusting). He did not pressure us in any way to add anything on, and I valued his expertise and decided to replace all with him. I really appreciated his straightforward approach (and of course I also had a million questions once I saw the part) which he was happy to answer for me. Art also fixed our bathtub faucet and our garbage disposal, and all went quickly without any issues. He was very professional and cleaned up his workspace/the area even when I kept telling him he could leave it and we would be happy to tidy it up. It is very clear he takes a lot of pride in his work and making sure that the customer is happy. I also want to mention that I appreciated him bringing booties to wear in our home, as we do not wear shoes inside our home. One Touch Plumbing was great. I have a new water heater. Lucy got the estimator to come quickly so that the claim to the home warranty company could be started. Lucy kept me informed on the status of my claim and installation. Once there was approval of the claim things happened fast thanks to the One Touch picking up the heater quickly. The installer, Art, arrived on time with everything he needed. Art and his helper Sam were very professional, Art was obviously very experienced and they did a great installation and clean up. Nice, polite, professional, experienced, everything you want in a plumber. I only wished my home warranty company was any of those things. If I could give this company zero stars I would. I looked up this company and google says they are permanently closed. You can't even find them under the Better Business Bureau which says a lot. The only reason I had to deal with One Touch Plumbing was because my Home Warranty Insurance contacted them for a water leak, I had in the shower. David, the plumber came out to the house and barely checked the shower and said that in order to fix the issue was to replace the water pressure regulator. He said that we had too much pressure in the pipes and the regulator wasn't working. He estimated the cost to be around $315.00. He told our Home Warranty that it was a pre-existing issue causing our claim to be denied which in turn meant that I would have to come out of pocket to fix the leak. How would he know that the issue existed before we got our home warranty insurance? It looked like he wanted our claim to be denied that way they could get money out of us. Very shady behavior! And, of course because our claim had been denied by a lie the Home Warranty wouldn't send out a different plumber for a second opinion. My husband and I ended up changing the shower valve, gaskets and o-rings ourselves which fixed our leak for less than $100.00. There was nothing wrong with our regulator. This company is dishonest and rip people off. The sad thing is that most customers will believe whatever they say because they want the plumbing issue fixed. read more
