We had a plumbing issue at one of our investment properties that our regular repair man could not fix. It was a blockage in the pipes from out tenant flushing toilet sponges down the toilet. The blockage caused the pipes to back up and water coming out of the bathtub and Jacuzzi drains. I needed someone to come out quickly and take care of the problem. Called Emilio, the owner and he had one of his guys come out within the hour. When his guy wasn't able to take care of it, Emilio came out himself and handled the situation. I had a leak in the hot water line from my tub and when I spoke with Emilio it was quick, to the point, he made me feel like I didn't need to shop around for another company. They ran behind schedule that day so arrival was later than initially expected but Emilio text me and let me know the new eta. I didn't have a problem with that since they came out on the same day I called for service. Nestor was the plumber who arrived, he quickly assessed the leak, and gave me different options to fix the problem. He was knowledgeable, easy to talk to and worked efficiently to fix the problem. Great service! Emilio came out the same day that I called. We needed the kitchen faucet replaced. Our old faucet did not have a sprayer but had one of those stub that worked in conjunction with the dish washer (never had one of those til we moved in this house). He said it was simple to move the connection and replace the stub with the sprayer that came with the new faucet we purchased. It took less than an hour to install and they cleaned up afterwards! Great service! Emilio stayed in contact with me through the process of getting the estimate and completing the project. The guys had to replace an outside gas line that was leaking. After digging down to the buried line, there was alot of mud. The guys washed down the area and cleaned all the excess mud from the concrete and fence. They also came inside to relite the water heater, but not before putting on booties to cover their shoes. I would recommend these guys to anyone. They are number one on my list for any further plumbing repairs I may need. read more

We've had Get it done plumbing come out twice, for different problems. Emilio, the owner came himself, which is very helpful. He knows what he's doing, came the next morning after our " emergency". The guys wore booties & were careful to clean up afterward. Both times, our problem was fixed quickly, & promptly. I feel his pricing is very fair too. ( sometimes, after a service call on other issues), I feel taken for a ride. I hope not to need these guys in the future, but certainly will use them if I do. Short and sweet: Excellent response time, knew what they were doing, and genuinely honest and nice guys. Long version: I've have issues with my kitchen and washroom drains for a while, and finally gave up waiting for another plumber who's cancelled on me three times. Emilio called me right back after I left a voice mail and was at my house in under an hour. He quickly confirmed that I have a break in my drain line which will need to be repaired, and gave me a couple of options for a temporary workaround and a more long-term solution. Both were reasonably priced, and I'll be calling my insurance company to discuss before making a final decision. I've also gotten them to quote me for an installation of an outdoor work sink, which they were more than happy to do in combination with the work I'll already need done for a very reasonable fee. Both brothers were pleasant and seemed to know what they were all about. They also took care to prepare before and after they'd finished their work, protecting the surfaces they were working on and cleaning up after. Once I make my decision they've informed me that they can have a crew out for a two day job as early as next week, which really makes it easy for me to make a decision. I can only jump on the wagon and give these guys a 5 star review. They deserve nothing less. We had water leaking from our upstairs master bathroom down into the living room for 2 days. Hubby and I were trying to pinpoint where exactly it is coming from and couldn't. We did figure out that it has nothing to do with drainage after using the sink, toilet and shower because the dripping was constant. I've found these guys online on yelp and was impressed by their reviews. Their reviewers are not kidding! Nestor came out with his helper the same day, looked through the small dry wall hole my hubby made, with a flash light and knew exactly what to do. They quoted us $390.00 and after they were done the quote was too high. Charges are $290 00. Now...who does THAT??? read more

I originally called Emilio so that he could check out a leaking water heater in my attic. He determined that the water heater needed to be replaced. I was sad. He quoted me a price of $960 to replace the water heater that I currently had (which was about 16 years old) with a new 40 gallon gas Rheem water heater with a six year warranty. I had recently signed up for a home warranty that promises to repair or replace your water heater but I was in the 30 day wait period. So instead of taking Emilio up on his services, I paid him drain the water heater and waited for the warranty to kick in. When it did, I called the warranty company to assess the situation and they quoted me a replacement price of $1840 for a cheaper brand of water heater with only a 1 year warranty...and said they were only going to cover $500 of that cost. I immediately canceled my warranty policy and called Emilio about replacing the water heater. He scheduled 2 of his technicians to come the next day and provided excellent service. I was having my town home painted that same day so his team took extra care not to touch the walls while replacing the very heavy water heater in the attic. The service was quick and efficient. They made recommendations of things I should look into replacing (my town home is pretty old) without being extra pushy or salesy. Came in to clear out my extremely clogged shower drain. Was able to come on the same day I called. Good communication to notify me of the arrival time. Very transparent on the phone about what the charges would be: call-out fee of $65 if I decided not to use them after they came and looked at the issue (compared with others on this site in the $150 to $200 range), He also told me on the phone what the two most likely causes would be and how much it would cost for each. I appreciated the transparency up-front on cost. He came by, did a good job, kept the house clean by putting covers on his shoes. Hector was at my place today, 40 minutes after my phone call. He replaced a rusted drainer connector under my sink which had begun to leak. I had bought the part in case needed but he used the part on his truck which was considerable less expensive and very comparable to mine. Showing him the galvanized pipe connector to my gas heater, I realized one of those was so rusted it had begun to leak. He replaced that for me and showed me how to drain my hot water heater. Get it Done Plumbing "got it done"!! I had a kitchen faucet that had a puntured hose. Emilio tried to just replace the hose first as the cartridge had just been replaced because it was under warranty. He took the time to look everywhere and indicated he would have to order it. Instead, he gave me options. He was able to replace the entire faucet with labor included for about $100 less than what it would have cost me just to buy the faucet. Amazing price! In addition, he fixed both sinks in my master for a very reasonable price. He didnt make a mess. He was in communication with me throughout the day. I called three plumbers to get an estimate on a kitchen faucet replacement. One, whom I used before, was more that the Moen faucet. Other two needed to look at the faucet for a $ trip charge. Lowes posted a price. A neighbor referred Get it Done. Emilio gave me a good quote over the phone and could get the job done, now. He had Nestor, close by, finishing a job. Nestor came within the hour. He and his partner put covering on their shoes. Nestor removed my under sink slide out drawer. Installed new faucet. Then, reinstalled the slide out drawer. Do not use for any commercial jobs. Plumber came without the necessary permits and wanted payment in advance for the permit. They wanted 375 dollars for an 88 dollar permit. They give you a real low estimate to get the job then try and rip you off on the back end. They maybe great for work at home but I would never use them for anything commercial. read more
