BUT, when my AC went out (a garage apartment unit, not the house ones that they put in, recently, they came out and immediately identified a capacitor issue. I told them to proceed. It was quickly replaced - probably 30 min max. I was shocked when they charged me $600. My daughter had the same problem and paid someone $100 to replace (plus $40 for the part).
