Ryan was quite patient with me as he allowed me to test out the 3 different infotainment systems. After trying them all out, I choose one and was quoted at $923.74 and had to wait a week to get it installed since this is a popular place. The other place I consulted didn't even let me choose what infotainment system I wanted and quoted me at $100 higher than this place. They were able to install it in about 2 hours. The only real issue I've seen with it is that it has more glares than the original system that was in there.

The technician created a basic workaround to get my DS18 BTC-Five Bluetooth receiver working via…read moreaux, but the setup was incomplete and poorly wired. After the install: I lost power to my 12V lighter socket, so I couldn't charge my phone. He mostly likely tapped into the same circuit as the lighter socket, causing power loss (Yeah. He didn't warn me about that before the install!) The audio was also making intermittent Bluetooth pairing failures. I would be driving and then music would stop and start again. Bluetooth phone calls stopped working--only music streamed. The install skipped key components I provided, including the fuse tap, LOC, and amp integration What I learned--and what others should know: The 3.5mm aux jack on the BTC-Five is audio-only and doesn't support calls To restore full functionality, the fuse tap must be moved to a different ACC slot so the lighter circuit isn't interrupted. For Bluetooth calls, you need to use the BTC-Five's RCA outputs and route them through a head unit or amp that supports hands-free calling. If I had known all this upfront, I probably would've skipped the install entirely and just kept using my regular USB-C to 3.5mm Audio Aux Cable Adapter. It was simpler, reliable, and didn't disable anything in my car. No wonder the guy had a weird vibe! I would have given them 5 stars if they had wired correctly, but the job was rushed and sloppy. He didn't create a solution. He created a problem! Now I'm going to have to get my brother to help me fix this. He said the tech most likely installed the tap with only one fuse (for the BTC-Five). Or inserted it backwards, cutting off power to the original circuit. Or used a single-slot tap, which reroutes power entirely to the new device. This experience taught me how to reclaim my install and turn shortcuts into teachable upgrades. If you're integrating amps or planning full audio control, skip the aux hack and wire it properly. I wasn't impressed with this install. What a total waste of money!!!!!!

The Lexus 460's are notoriously cantenkerous for partial upgrades and compatiability with existing electonics. From the start, Aron really had a solid understanding of what we could change and not change and steer clear of the issues a lot of other people run into. he was patient and receptive to the litany of questions I had for him. He was flexible (I had the CarPlay unit I wanted to use already) but also very knowledgable and willing/able to give really good suggestions about what/how to upgrade my system where I wasn't sure what to do. I have rarely received such outstanding customer service! Every single associate from the desk to the installer treated myself and my old car as if it were the only one there. Although they were busy, they still were able to work the repair into the schedule for that day. The repair was completed in less than an hour and the work was excellent. It looks as though it is new! The installer even reprogrammed the radio (which is not easy on this unit). The price was super-reasonable as well. I could not be more pleased!

They even worked with the larger amount I received on the gift card to make the job beneficial. I ended up getting a ceramic windshield coating in addition to a visor strip tint. I didn't expect this level of service, especially since I had walked in without an appointment. Jose, the technician, installed the tint within less than an hour! I still had $65 left on my gift card, and the staff suggested that I go to the showroom down the street to see if I could find a phone case or something else of a smaller amount. I considered going, but I knew that I wouldn't be back in deep Mesa again as I'm from South Scottsdale. So, I decided to check it out! I was met with the most enthusiastic, welcoming, coolest glasses I've ever laid eyes on -wearing Guy named Scotty karate! I told him about my small amount left over on my gift card and with NO hesitation he started pulling things in that dollar amount! He didn't try to upsell me on anything or once again treat me any differently because I had a smaller dollar amount! He hooked me up with some really cool swag and educated me on some new bands that are in collaboration with Slangin and that overall is a 10-star 100 out of 100 experience! They also fabricated side exits through the rear quarters just behind the rear wheels. Overall, the quality of the work is good, and I'm happy with how the exhaust turned out. The only minor issue was that they left more of the exhaust hanger material than necessary, but they were trying to finish the job at the end of the day so I could pick the car up before they closed. I was able to trim it myself without any issues. They are definitely on the pricier side, but the workmanship, customer service, and overall experience were worth it.

After insisting, I was told they would call me when parts became available, but the overall experience felt unhelpful and lacking in communication--especially for something as important as a recall that already has an official fix released. I hope they improve their process for handling recall appointments and customer follow-up.

I was in and out in under two hours. While they had it up on the lift, they replaced four hangers and made sure the 3" exhaust pipes in my 66 GTO were still positioned correctly. No noises from suspension travel, and sounds perfect. It's good to see the next generation performing great work.

I know this, because I had to go under my own vehicle and torque the nuts to spec after driving 500 miles, which is recommended. I mentioned this at the time of install and the guy told me that they would be able to handle it for me for FREE when the time came, which I think should be expected considering that every new exhaust should have this treatment. Instead, when I called back they told me that I would have to pay, and then couldn't even give me a straight quote. I was only able to reach two of the nuts on the exhaust, but they didn't need any tightening luckily. Here's to hoping that any other nuts are torqued to spec, because I can't afford to be overcharged at this point in my life.

I do not recommend this shop for vehicle electronics installations…read more I contacted them beforehand with very specific details about my fleet vehicle and the hardwired GPS tracker I supplied. I explained the features I needed, and they assured me they could complete the installation correctly. I even offered access to the tracker app so they could test their work, but they declined. After paying a premium price for the installation, I discovered the lock/unlock functions were reversed. I called and was told to bring it back, despite the shop being over an hour away. Shortly afterward, my vehicle developed an EPC warning light and check engine light related to the installation. Their only solution was to bring it in on their schedule, which caused me to lose a scheduled reservation and more time. I ended up taking the vehicle to the dealership because I no longer trusted the shop to work on it. The dealership had to repair the issues, and I was left covering the cost. What should have been a $250 job ended up costing me around $1,000. The mistakes are frustrating, but the lack of urgency and accountability afterward was the biggest problem. I would not recommend this shop for important vehicle electronics work.

They suggest that the wrap set for a couple of weeks before the clear PPF is applied, so we took her back a couple weeks later and couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. In total, this is the fourth time I've taken a car in for a wrap and our first with OzBraz. Our experience here was definitely a notch above any other. We highly recommend Andrew and his team. We live in Fountain Hills, so it was a bit of a drive for us, but it was WELL worth it.
