I stopped in here today to ask about a headlight issue I was having with my 2015 Dodge Durango HID headlight! I had attempted to fix it myself, halfway through I realized I needed HELP!! I've been using this shop for several years for headlight needs on my Tacoma. Had bought HIDs several years back and they worked great. Just in the past year, I've switched over to LEDs and shortly after that had gotten new housings. Several weeks ago, one of the headlight housings started to leak after being installed just earlier this year. I brought in my truck and was able to direct all inquiries with Brian, the shop owner. He was awesome, I dropped my truck off at their shop one morning and Brian was able to have a new housing installed within several hours (it took this long b/c the manufacturer apparently "doesn't use" that particular brand, which made no sense b/c I'd gotten them installed just two months prior). Brian made the repair super convenient and quick. If you're looking for a headlight upgrade, or for lights in general, I would definitely consider this place. read more

Brian was extremely helpful in setting up HIDs in my new RAM 2500. Previous setup flickered and had issues, he informed me immediately that I needed a canbus setup to avoid issue. All roads are lit with lights pointing me to Get HID. I rolled up for a walk-in, spoke with the owner and in a matter of one hour had a complete LED package installed for the front end of my F-150. This process was so smooth and comfortable, I would recommend anybody looking to upgrade their lights to head in for a consult. What are the cool things that was quickly determine was that I didn't need to spend a whole lot of money to get what I was looking for. A simple conversion kit was all I needed and I can make further decisions at that point if needed. The other thing I learned while I was in there was that it doesn't have to be a full package install in order to get what you need. You can buy individual parts, full light assemblies, or entire packages. There's so much going on in that store that the space there and doesn't accurately represent what they can actually do (no flashy blustery hoopla but some walls of demos. . Good professional install service at a decent price. The shop can be busy at times, so estimates are just that, estimates. Brian and his team were extremely customer oriented and made sure I left with my truck looking great. After a little mix up initially on headlight housings, Tony and Brian located the right ones and installed them. While at the store I decided to replace the taillights, Tony searched and found the best ones for the truck. I was impressed at their attention to detail, during installation they noticed my existing interior, fog and license lights were fading so they replaced with LED equivalent lights. Brought my car in this morning and could not have asked for a better experience and price was good too. It was figured it'd be a 10 minutes job so they worked on it in the parking lot. Find out the old wiring was done funky for a certain reason and spend the next hour in the 80 degree sun with 2 of the guys. I had My Optima done about 18 months ago. Took back to have fixed before 1 year warranty was up because lights were not coming on. They fixed for just a bit, and started doing same thing only after 2 months. Called back and was told to bring it back in and they would take it all out and replace everything. Get there this morning and was told it was going to cost me $200 to have my lights replaced. I DO NOT RECOMMEND them at all! My lights have not worked 100% since day 1. And to top it off, they drilled my lights out without telling me when they installed originally, so I can't even take it all out and install regular bulbs again! HORRIBLE SERVICE!! Thanks to Brian the business owner who could really care less. This picture is this evening after taking it up there to have it fixed. I would NEVER recommend this company due to my experience. I understand from a business standpoint the "warranty thing" but when it doesn't work for the business owner while he's looking at it the SECOND time for the same issue happening I would've thought his decision to say "well I can fix it for $200 more" would've never came out of his mouth. They say don't buy online because the product is junk and so you can help local businesses grow but unfortunately I might have had a better chance with the online purchase. $265 for HID lights that don't last a year, have to be worked on then won't last another 6 months and being told "oops spend $200 more and maybe it'll fix it" is just wrong in my book. read more

Not to shabby. I recently changed my standard H13 Hi/Lo Halogen bulbs to H.I.Ds. This places seems to specialize in trucks and off-roading, but they did carry everything I needed for my 2007 MINI Cooper. I bought an HID kit and installed myself. It was a tad difficult, required me to drill a hole in my housing, but that just by my cars design. The only issue i had was constant flickering, and my lights only had lo beams now. So I called in to explain, and they said to come on by. I pulled up and they did some rewiring for me and my Hi/Lo beams work perfect now! However, the flickering is still there, I was told I needed to buy a couple little parts about $10 each so I guess its not to bad considering the overall price is still the best deal i could find even online. Without a doubt the best place to get some auto lights! Everyone there is friendly and they do everything they can to ensure you get the right lights and will even install them for you. The HID kits are very simple to work with. I bought new headlights for my F150 and wanted to swap out the projector lenses for some HID lights. I did the install myself but they got everything I needed for the job. I even got some LED bulbs for my fog lights. Had trouble getting them to work so I went back and Jerry was able to find the problem right away and had both fog lights running in 5 mins. The HIDs not only look better than the projectors but they make an incredible difference as far as visibility. I never want to go back to projectors, so I will be back there again for sure! They also offer LED brake lights, light bars, just about anything you can think about for auto lights. Do go there, you will have no regrets with this place! read more

Read the reviews of others, don't just take my word for it. Personally I believe any of the positive reviews you read are either fake or the reviewer just did not wait long enough to see if their lights fail. Wish I could give them ZERO stars...there is something shady about these guys. They talk a big game to sell you but have no explanation as to why their products fail. It's sad to say but you should not buy HID lights from anyone who can't explain why theirs are better than most. After 6 failures I had to educate myself on the differences before I knew what to look for. The short answer: the price is the #1 indicator of quality when it comes to HID kits. I've since learned that kits under $100 are usually garbage. It's simple economics. A kit sold for under $80 will cost the dealer about $25-$35. What kind of quality are you going to get for that? read more

Been coming here for over 7 years to get HID after market lights from Brian on my Suburbans and have prob been back 100 plus times because the lights either go out while I'm driving or the relay kits are bad. I thought it was normal but I've literally had to come back multiple times for the same vehicles over the years and I've had times where both my headlights go out at night with clients in my vehicle. The kits I'm sure are bought from China and are not meant for a lot of the vehicles he's installing them in. Brian looks at my like this never happens to anybody else except your vehicles. I find that hard to believe because my assistant is sitting in his lobby right now with another gentlemen that said this is his 3rd time in there for the same issue with his HID lights. Brian is rude to me on the phone and the first couple years I referred a lot of clients to him but now I realize the products he's selling are junk and from another country. If it's not one thing it another. I called him today and he was short with me and irritated. The last thing I want to do is have to come to your shop multiple times in a year for the same problem. He looks at me like it's my fault every time I call him or show up with one headlight out. If you're going to get after market headlights here make sure you get some type of warranty and if you have to go back multiple times for the same problem in the first year I highly recommend you put your stock lights back in and not have to deal with the headache of driving out to mesa and waiting around to have your lights fixed multiple times a year. I'm a business owner myself and takes me a lot to give any type of business a bad review but Brian has made it very uncomfortable doing business with him as he's rude and arrogant on the phone with me. This will be the last time myself or my staff steps a foot into this business. You're not doing me a favor not charging me every time I come in with a headlight out. Do the job right the first time and save these customers the time of not having to come back out multiple times a year. It's been nothing but a headache with these after market HID lights on my 2007 to 2013 suburbans. I've recently bought new 2015 model vehicles which have the stock HID headlights so that will save me the headache of ever having to come back to Get HID headlights. read more

Arrived there, didn't know who to talk to so I just walked up to the counter. Stood there for 15mins until somebody asked me what I needed. He seemed cool with the other customers, but looked annoyed that he had to deal with me. Told him I wanted a 6k HID kit for my silverado. He gave me a box that looked worn and used. I asked him if the color of the HID kit would match the desired color I was looking for and he just nodded his head. After I paid and installed them myself, I realized that they were not the correct color and that the passenger side HID had to be turned off and on in order to actually stay turned on. I'm not sure if I got a used set of HID's, but this did not seem top quality. I called the store the next day about the guarantee I was told about, but he said if I returned them I would have to pay a $5 fee for shipping and return the set he sold me before he could buy the replacement. I decided to just keep the HID set with the wrong color and just turn my lights off and on every time I turn on my truck. Really didn't wanna drive over to shop where people feel annoyed to see me. Especially if I have to take out my HID's and put the OEM lights back on while I wait for the other HID set to arrive to their store. Plus pay for the shipping of their own messed up lights. Do not want to go back there. It' already feels a little uneasy to buy items you don't have 100% full knowledge on, let alone buy something where all the employees look down on you. read more

I don't recommend this place to anyone I got hids from Brian in February 2015 I've been in his store 3 times now for nothing but problems I got stuck at the lake with no headlights and when I came to his shop to tell him and him to fix it he told me why didn't I drive with my fog lights home from the lake really The lights come from China there very cheap and poorly made there installation is bad they leave wires hanging and I've had relays go out and this last time it was because they let the wires dangal it next to my radiator no common sense. And then when you say anything to brain he gets snobby and he doesn't even know how to talk to his customers even when his company is at fault. Please everyone stay away today when I was in there their was another customer complaining about no head lights I highly recommend you to go get the real German hid kits and not this China stuff the real German ones won't cause you any problems I had them for 4 yrs .
