The estimate was beyond fair and the owner was thoughtful and kind. My mother had just passed, so my ability to find time to bring my car in was limited. He graciously accommodated me and had me out of the garage in an hour. As other reviewers online have noted, the waiting room is immaculate and they offer snacks and WiFi while you wait. When he was finished, he recommended an additional service that wasn't needed imminently, but one to keep in mind for the not-so-distant future given the mileage on my car. This will now be my go-to mechanic to help keep my old jalopy up and running.

The job he did was incredible and my nephews (4 &6) were able to sit in the lounge comfortable and with all type of snacks while the job was completed in 30m. Besides that Max also did a full assessment of my vehicle for potential issues (for free) and i learned so much from him. I appreciate Max because every time my vehicle is serviced at the dealer I feel that the repairs may come out to a million dollars. Max is very reasonable and helpful and we'll continue to work together.

Highly Recommended - Honest, Affordable, and Outstanding Work!…read more I recently had Mazel Auto Repair install a full set of Brembo brakes and rotors on my vehicle, and I couldn't be happier with the results. They beat every other local quote by a noticeable margin while using high-quality Brembo parts. The entire team was incredibly friendly, professional, and most importantly -- completely honest. They explained everything clearly, didn't try to upsell unnecessary work, and delivered exactly what they promised. What really stood out was the quality of the installation. The work was above dealer standards -- precise, clean, and done right the first time. Warning: Do Not Trust This Repair Shop!…read more Yesterday, our 2009 Toyota Camry would not start and several warning lights were on. We brought the car in for inspection and repair. The shop told us that the alternator and fan belt needed to be replaced. They also said the battery was still at 65% and was fine (just needed charging or not replaced). We agreed to replace only the alternator and fan belt for now, and they charged us $1,400. Today we picked up the car -- and the warning lights were STILL on. We immediately drove it back and asked them to check it again. This time, they told us another part needed to be replaced and it would cost another $1,400. We decided not to move forward with more repairs at this time. Then they told us the battery was dead and had to jump-start the car for us to drive away -- even though yesterday they said the battery was fine. This whole experience feels dishonest and unprofessional. We paid $1,400 and the original problem was not even fixed. Now they are asking for another $1,400 and suddenly the battery is "dead." This is unacceptable. I would not recommend this repair shop.

This is the worst experience I've ever had at any auto shop and worst experience with Groupon (and…read moreI've used Groupon for 15 years). I purchased the Groupon for around $100 for front brake pads only. That was all I needed done in order to drive my car out of state, which I then planned on selling. Even though the location was in the same city I lived in, it took a half hour to get there. I brought my laptop in the hopes I could work while I got the work done. Unfortunately the worker there seemed miserable and redeemed my Groupon right away. There was no AC and if you live in south FL you know that's a no-no, so I had to pay for an uber for the half hour home. I should've just listened to my intuition, but ya know, sunk cost fallacy and all. I got a call back from the owner who acted nice, but claimed I needed 2K worth of work which was BS. Which they "conveniently" offer finance for. My husband has been handling my car and that work was not needed whatsoever. I only needed front brake pads replaced. I asked if he could just do the service I already paid for, and he said no. Front and back pads needed to be replaced plus rotors (biggest trick in the book). I had to have my husband call from out of state and threaten to release my car. So another uber, another hour lost of work. The original worker was in a better mood and kind of rolled his eyes and said "is he trying to charge you another 2-3K?" So clearly something he regularly does. Since the Groupon was never redeemed, I opened a ticket assuming I'd get a refund and move on with my life. Well Instead it turned into a week-long back and forth nonsense thing with the shop owner telling all kinds of lies. Groupon kept asking if they could refund me, and suddenly he was able to just do the pads now. Absolutely not, I wasn't losing more hours of my life to a shady shop. So ultimately, I ended up only getting less than half of what I paid for. In Groupon bucks!! Never never never again, stay clear. I wish I could give negative stars. If you go back a couple of reviews, my car was shaky and we brought it to that amazing tire shop in Port St. Lucie. They agreed nothing was needed but alignment and new tire. My car has been running great ever since. She made it all the way out of state, driving through hills and mountains, and drives back and forth an hour each way for weeks. No issues. So no, that extra work was not needed.
