I brought my car in the first time I was in a collision and they took great care of me from start to finish. I got an early quote how much it would cost then sent that to the insurance company. Depending on the type of damage to the vehicle, it may take 5 to 10 days to repair it. Mine usually takes longer as I have a hybrid version of a Lexus so you have to order the parts once you've fully inspected all the damages to the vehicle. The parts are not cheap as you can tell due to the name of the vehicle it costs a bit. Although once the parts are in, labor doesn't take that long depending on the nature of the collision. Mine on this current accident will take longer as you have to replace the sensors, bumper, spoiler and paint the back rear of the vehicle. A lot of man hours and labor involved in the job. I hope a third party insurer doesn't get involved because they will do a crummy job for a brand name vehicle which doesn't deserve parts from a junk yard, Germain will make sure everything is up to par with how the vehicle should be serviced and repaired. Germain collision center is the only place I trust when it comes to a collision with any of my vehicles. No vehicle should be serviced with junk yard parts no matter what price tag you paid for it. 69 DAYS AND COUNTING.... Yes, they've had our brand new Lexus longer than we had it. It had approximately 2,000 miles when we took it to them. My wife had a deer run into the side of her car and we took it to Germain Collision Center, since we bought the car from Germain of Easton. It's been a total nightmare ever since and we still do not have the car back. Excuse after excuse, lie after lie. After 30 days in, they fired the guy handling our car. So, they transferred us to Ashley. She has done nothing but blame the former employee, tell us, "we are shooting for a few more days" and many other excuses. Finally, I had to drive there to see the vehicle. I demanded daily updates on the vehicle because we were 2 months without the car. At day 65, they said we could pick it up. We arrived and the car was outside in the rain, in the dark. I had to ask them to bring it inside so we could inspect it. They forgot a bunch of parts, trim loose on door, trim falling off wheel well. Of course, Ashley didn't order the right parts and they clearly did terrible work. So, here we are at day 69 and finally a manager has contacted us for pickup. We shall see how this goes. ADVICE- Take your car to 3C Body Shop or any other reputable shop. OK let's face it - nobody actually wants to go to a collision center. If you are reading this review, you're probably already in a bad mood. In late 2018 I was rear-ended on 270. Lexus of Dublin recommended this body shop for repairs. Germain explained that accident repairs can be like an onion - pealing back each layer can reveal more damage that will extend the predicted repair time. I have been driving my repaired car for a few months now and I would not know it had been damaged. They also did an amazing job matching my complex triple process paint job on the bumper. Staff was polite and professional. They helped set me up with a local rental. When the insurance company of the person who hit me refused to pay for the brand bumper which cost only a bit more than the after market part, I asked them to replace with the brand anyways and they ultimately did not charge me saying for such a small difference in price it was the right thing to do. Hopefully I never have to go back, but if I am in the unfortunate situation again in the future to need car repairs, I would definitely return. read more

After being rear ended by an uninsured driver, I visited a few collision centers in Central Ohio. My car is only a year old and I take great care of it, so I wanted to ensure that I was selecting the absolute best collision center with highly skilled employees. Germain was without a doubt the obvious choice. Jason Hensler was the person who provided my estimate, dealt with my pathetic insurance company (State Farm), and regularly kept me informed about the status of my car repairs. Jason was very knowledgeable, honest, and easy to work with during a stressful and frustrating time. I am very grateful for his professionalism and excellent communication. The entire staff was terrific including Adam, Sarah and the man that detailed the inside of my car. The detail job was great and much appreciated. Germain Collision Center is actually a very appealing, clean, classy and professional environment unlike the other two places I visited for estimates. The other places were dumps with less than desirable employees. At one of the places I visited I didn't feel safe. It was an obvious decision to choose Germain Collision Center and I am so glad I did. I hope I never find myself in need of a collision center, but if I do I will immediately go to Germain Collision Center and not bother looking elsewhere. My car looks amazing!!! First I called the dealership because that is the number that was provided, they were SUPER nice and gave me the collision center's number. The receptionist picked up, SUPER rude and transferred me without even saying she was to the collision center. Spoke to a guy name Mike, he was just as rude. I am now taking my service to another collision center, just not worth it. Customer service is the most important, I am not asking to be SUPER nice but be calm, ask questions, do not get an attitude with the customer. ESP when they were involved in a hit n run and was just asking questions. I am so disappointed, I will not be advising any of my friends or family to use Germain's collision center again for any of the cars. read more

So, I have a 2021 Tiguan and I have it there for service currently, I got my rental car the day I dropped off my vehicle and I thought everything was fine. 25 days go buy and I'm getting worried because I have to return my rental car because my coverage will be out on the 27. So I call you there and speak with the receptionist then she transfers me to mike, he's an absolute asshole! I was trying to ask question to get to the bottoms of what going on to my car. My had had been sitting for about 14 days and he failed to call me the owner of the car. To get him the same information he needed from my Insurance company. He kept placing blame on my insurance company and my Insurance company sayyid his fault because he failed to reach out to them or me to get that information he needed. I got what he needed from them the same day in 5 minutes while he waited and 14 days for it. So I returned my rental car and I'm having to find ways to work because mike failed to to his jobs effectively. I'm very upset how the whole situation is going and I won't ever be bring my car here again! read more

This is for Germain Honda Collision and body repair at Dublin, Ohio on Sawmill Road. I have had great experiences with servicing the family Honda here, so decided to take my BMW X5 there for some body work. I showed up with NO appointment. Misty was extremely professional, she walked out with me in the freezing cold (thanksgiving holiday time), checked everything out, went back in and in 10 minutes got me an estimate. Why am I giving them 5 stars? I had taken my car to a BMW dealer, to Dan Tobin (which my insurance recommended-DO NOT go there ever). The quote I got from Germain was less than half of what the others gave me, the promised time was unbelievable. Best of all, I was sitting in the lounge and I observed first hand how all the staff treated customers-very friendly, professional, lot of respect and courtesy. Absolutely horrible customer service. 36 days to fix a vehicle...I had to be the one to call and follow-up weekly. I leave voice mails with no return. I was hit in a minor 20mph accident on my leased Ford 2013 Fusion. They kept hemming and hawwing about unknowns and this and that. I was stuck with a $150 tab on a rental car. This could have been avoided with better communication. And, just when they thought the car was done...they keep finding more issues. I love Ford...I hate Germain. I'm an Iraq veteran, MBA, and professional sales account manager...I understand business and customer service and doing the right thing. Your collision center needs new management and to learn inter personal communications as well as customer service. Terrible. The phone number on their website is not even correct. Absolutely. Horrible. I don't mean the quality of work. I have no experience with that, because they've had my car for THIRTY-EIGHT DAYS and counting. You know how when you go to a restaurant and there's a wait, they always say "15-20 minutes"? It's because they honestly have no way of knowing, can't just tell you "beats me", so they play the odds and say that. Germain Collision does the same thing. If you call Mon-Wed, they tell you that they're "shooting for Friday". if you call on a Thursday or Friday, they say "Should be ready by Tuesday, maybe Wednesday." Every. Single. Time. I've been given six different dates on which my car would be ready...and I still don't have it. Miraculously, they keep finding more and more and more issues. Isn't that funny? Each one requires a brand new inspection from the insurance adjustor, a new approval, and then the subsequent work where...guess what?? they find another issue. My bumper was damaged when a kid hit me from behind. My bumper. But the litany of problems he caused just grows longer and longer by the week. What a death trap! The bottom line is, if you're getting an insurance repair done, you will NEVER see your car again. They crank that money tap up full blast, then kick back and see how long they can let it run. I had JUST purchased my car (From Germain!!) a month before the accident, and they've now had the vehicle longer than I have. They're completely unhelpful. They have no idea when, where or how anything will be finished. And they could not give less of a shit. As long as they can keep getting approval from the insurance company, your car goes NOWHERE. read more

I cannot recommend you go somewhere else more. If you want to have updates on your vehicle, when about it will be done, or really anything, for weeks on end you will receive nothing. When I say you, I mean you and your insurance. Had some damage on my vehicle more than a month ago, and I only received information when I called and ask. There was no communication with the insurance company, either, they were under the impression the car was done and repaired when more was needed, as the collision center had not bothered to contact them. Once I had alerted both the manager of the center and the general service manager of Germain, things got done and done quickly, so kudos there. The issue is I should not need to involve them. They were unaware as well that I had not been getting weekly updates as I should have, which shows communication within the shop is rather poor as well. If you are dealing with Nick, ask for someone else to take the job as you WILL be left in the dark. Completely unacceptable service, timing and communication. When your vehicle sits at the shop for two weeks and no one has touched the thing and you the customer has to call both the shop and the insurance (who are unsurprisingly in the dark as well) in order for the work to get done, that is not good. The other night I sat in the car and the door got caught in the grass. It's happened before, no biggie, I gave it a gentle tug. The grass didn't move much - but I heard a loud POP! and off came the end of the door panel. I called the dealer and they said they couldn't do anything - so I called the body shop and they said to bring it up for an estimate. Their hours were only 8-5... so that was annoying, but I was able to duck out of work (with bosses approval) for an hour or so to get up for an estimate before closing. They took down my info and sent an estimator out to take a look and he said the damage didn't seem all that bad. He cleaned out the grass and mud from the inside of the panel and carefully started snapping the parts back together. In less than 5 minutes, it was good as new! It was nice, for a change, when faced with the ramifications of an honest mistake to get quick, helpful service. They didn't even charge me - not even a little gift to thank them for saving me from a hassle. I've had other work done there before (on the other side of the same vehicle) and it's held up well and looks good as new. I try not to damage my vehicles in the first place, but these guys are pros so I'd definitely go back - lets just hope I don't need to. read more

My daughter took her car there for repair from May 27. June 16 I called and asked when her car would be ready because our rental insurance ran out, they told me it would be 'about a week'. I called again around July 2 and they said with the holidays it was in the paint shop and would be ready July 7. After more untruthful statements we did get the car back on July 15. If you do not need to worry about when you get your car back,go there. Like most people we need our transportation and don't need untruthful responses I WILL NEVER TAKE A CAR BACK THERE AGAIN!!! read more

The work was certainly decent, but the staff was dishonest and condescending, they treated me like I was stupid. They told me there competition was crooks, and the work took almost twice as long as they had promised. After a car accident I took my car there to collect an estimate.. I was told it would take 30 days to repair my car, I told the estimator that I only had rental car coverage for 30 days so make sure all the parts are in before I bring my car in and the rental kicks in. I decided to have my car fixed there because of the location and the convenience to Enterprise. So I call to schedule my appointment and I was told it would be 30 days until they could get my car in.....hmmmm that should have been a sign. Well I did make an appointment for 30 days out, when my car went in I again said I only have a rental car for 30 days . The estimator said what did I write on your estimate? I said okay good Never received updates on my car, I had to call to check on the status of my car. So on the day my car was to be completed I get the news that they need more time When I asked what caused the delay I really never got a reason. I had to return the rental car and asked them when will it be completed, never got an actual date I kept hearing we will get back to you. Still trying to find out what caused the delay, I was told that a part was back ordered. Now if you remember I told the estimator to make sure all the parts are in before I bring my car in because I only have a rental car for 30 days It took an additional week to complete my car. I would NEVER take my car there again! Wife had small scrap on front bumper. Took it to germain to get the bumper repainted and plastic lip replaced. $1100 later I find out they only repaint what you point out at quoting process. Had couple Rock chips on other side of the bumper and clearly told them I wanted the bumper repainted and they only repainted a portion of the bumper where the scrap was. Would use Service King on morse road or west broad if i had to do it again. read more
