And unfortunately, the experience from start to finish has been incredibly frustrating. Our vehicle was involved in a severe accident while we were leaving the beach with our three children. We were told repeatedly that the repairs were almost finished, only to have the completion date pushed back week after week. After nearly three months without our vehicle, we finally went to pick it up today. We were told just weeks ago that the vehicle had been cleaned, was getting all nice and was being prepared for us to pick up. That was absolutely not the case. The vehicle was covered in dirt and film, inside and out. The cup holders had dirt and what appeared to be mold in them. The entire vehicle smelled. The leather seats were worn/damaged. And to make matters worse, the rim is still damaged. This vehicle had been sitting at this facility for over three months following a traumatic accident, and somehow it was returned to us in this condition. What is most frustrating is the lack of communication and transparency throughout this entire process. We were repeatedly given dates and told the vehicle would be ready, only for those dates to come and go without clear explanations. We were also told that the vehicle had been taken to Kia for inspection, only for us to later learn that this apparently had not happened. After everything our family has already been through, picking up our vehicle today should have been a moment of relief. Instead, we left even more frustrated and questioning whether our vehicle was properly cared for while it was in their possession. Three months is an incredibly long time to be without a vehicle, especially for a family with three children. We have continued making payments on a vehicle we couldn't drive, dealt with rental cars and insurance, and spent months trying to get answers. After all of that, we expected the vehicle to at least be returned clean, complete, and properly inspected. We understand collision repairs can take time. We understand complications happen. What we don't understand is the repeated lack of communication, missed deadlines, inaccurate information, and the condition in which our vehicle was ultimately returned. This has been an exhausting experience from beginning to end, and based on our experience, I would not recommend this collision center.

After several back and forth with the insurance company they doubled the original estimate for repair. However the workmanship is far from worthy of a MB certified repair center. There are runs in the paint, mismatched colors, panels not aligned, hood emblem was barely attached and the interior was left filthy with grease all over the seats and headliner. And they also altered the price on an aftermarket part and made it even higher, Claiming it was OEM. When I spoke with the owner and let him know what happened I was told "it is what it is" so they obviously don't care if they're scamming you or not. Told him about what his employees were doing overcharging then proceeded to block me, so I wouldn't be surprised that he knew they are overcharging unaware customers. Do yourself a favor and Take your money elsewhere. Or at least double check what you are paying for.
