So this is the second vehicle your technicians have broke parts on one of our cars and you think it is okay not to do anything about it. Parts are not cheap and they didn't go into your shop broken. Without an antenna a radio doesn't work and you find this acceptable. I will be contacting the insurance company and they can take it up with your business

Their statement didn't hold up because we can swing the shower door in towards the shower instead of out towards the floor. I have called several times and spoken to Brenda and the other rep answering the phones and have not received a call back. We had to put painters tape at the bottom of the glass to keep water from going underneath. Not ideal for a project that cost us 2K.

Well nobody wants their car to go into a body shop. Me being such a picky person about my vehicle I…read morewas super nervous about bringing my car to a body shop. I got hit in a very bad spot. My rear passenger door and fender got crunched. The repairs were completed in about 2 weeks and a rental was provided by insurance. Unfortunately when a tech was pulling my vehicle onto the frame rack they damaged my front bumper. Unfortunately I had to call to find this information out which I was not happy about. Caliber collision covered the damage they caused. My vehicle was paint corrected and ceramic coated a month before I was hit. Being that caliber caused more damage to my vehicle. THEY MADE IT 100% RIGHT AND DID NOT ARGUE WITH ME. I can't express my appreciation for how they handled the situation. I never write reviews. But these guys deserve 5
