I worked with Jeremy who was very straightforward and explained in detail what they would do to repair my car. He was easy to work with and very professional. Beyond that, the repairs on my car look to be exceptional as was completed the same way on my previous car. The front office is good about staying in touch and following through with what they say they'll do. They are sometimes busy up front and in back, but this is attributable to how busy they are with their work. The true test of their professionalism came when I found a scratch on the car that was not there previously. Jeremy was quick to correct it and did not make me feel like I had to battle my way through it. The work was superior and I can't convey enough how professional the overall experience was with them. I would no doubt, see them again for repairs or even detailing. I was surprised to see they are not on Yelp, so I added them and hope that others get the chance to benefit from their work. This past winter I lost traction pulling into my driveway and slid into the garage door, leaving a vertical dent and a large gap between the fender and the fender flare. I was determined to preserve the original paint and avoid body filler, so I called Wes. Even he wasn't sure at first if it could be fixed. A little while later I got a text from him with a progress photo--the dent was coming out. When he finished, the damage was completely gone. The factory paint is still intact and looks perfect. Bailey's Auto was an amazing experience for me. I had tried to replace my serpentine belt when I…read morerealized that my tensioner pulley was broken and missing. When I tried to remove the bolt to replace the pulley the bolt snapped in two and I realized that I needed a mechanic. I was nervous because I have not had very good experiences at the other auto mechanics I have tried in this area. So I started making calls and asking for very "ballpark" estimates on what it would cost to fix the problem and replace the belt. As I explained what I had done to the guy at Baileys, he finished my sentence knowing exactly what must have happened. There ballpark figure was much less than the other places I had called. On top of all that I asked if I could possibly have the work done by the next day since I needed it for work and he replied that if I could get it in within the next 20 minutes they would have it done in the same day. It was already 3:30! The job ended up being a little bit more complicated than expected but I wasn't surprised since my ol' '96 Buick has had a rough go of it. When they realized this, they called me with a fair quote and an explanation of the problem and steps to fix it. He said that he should be able to have it done by 9:30am the next morning which was plenty of time for me to make it to work. The next morning I got the call that the car was ready right on time and said that I would be over as soon as I could find a ride. He asked me where I lived and if I would like him to pick me up and bring me to the shop!! I accepted the offer and he showed up promptly to pick me up. When we got to the shop he showed me what had been done and even gave me advice on how to fix a different issue myself. Then he went over the bill and explained everything. He had replaced a part for free because I had a plastic piece which tends to crack and he put a metal one in its place. The job had been done very well and the bill was about half of what the other shops' "ballpark" estimates where. LONG-SHORT: I was very happy with my experience at Baileys and I felt treated fairly, kindly, and honestly. If you are looking for a good auto mechanic and are worried about being taken advantage of: give Baileys a call! Thanks Baileys for a great experience!
