Toyota has sacrificed their quality for profit, like many other businesses in the world…read more I would not recommend Toyota anymore. They use to offer good quality and service, but it has went down the drain fast in the recent years. In my 2015 Toyota Sienna XLE (new at the time). It had 35,800 miles. I purchased this new in October of 2014 from Heart City Toyota of Elkhart, Indiana. Here is the list of problems tht I had woth it: - On November of 2014 there was a recall issued for the second row overhead assist grips. They were replaced in January of 2015 at 7,800 miles. - It had a bad support bearing on the front passenger side axle that was replaced at 22,900 miles. - It is on its third transmission. The first transmission was replaced at 20,200 miles and the second was replaced at 29,800 miles. - The most recent recall, at the time, was on the side doors opening randomly. The recall was issued on November of 2016 and it is May of 2017 and Toyota still had not found a cure. - Cruise control lever light flickering. It was replaced three times. Noticed the first time at 7,800 miles. - Dash randomly freezes for about 5 minutes and then goes blank and resets to the default settings (it has happened seven times +) and Toyota still cannot figure out the problem. - Climate control shut off completely, by itself, without touching any buttons while driving. I submitted a claim to the Toyota Corporation and after four tries, they denied my claim of doing a 'buy-back' or providing a replacement vehicle.

Infinitely better than Gates, but not quite as good Jordan imo. I would definitely give them a shot…read moreto earn your business and ask for Eric.

Absolutely do not recommend. Got the car in after waiting 2…read moremonths for an opening. They had the car for over 3 weeks when we got a call from them saying they spotted another $800 in damage without even telling us what it was. When we finally got the car back, we drove off the lot and didn't even get to the first stop sign before a slew of lights started popping up on the dash. Turn right back around and the OWNER of the shop tried to brush us off, stating that those lights were on when the car was brought in. He prints out a paper that says anything/everything that was wrong with the car when we came in (which was never even shown to us to begin with before the work started) . Not ONE was related to anything that was currently popping up. We were not treated kindly when we didn't back down from the fact they were in the wrong. They had the car for about a month & even after getting it back for a second time, it's still throwing codes that didn't show up until after they were in possession of the car. We've decided to just take that loss and fix it ourself/threw someone else. Extremely disappointed with the customer service & quality of work. Do not take your car here.
