I politely inquired whether my prepaid maintenance plan would cover the cost of that day's service because I did not have to pay during my previous visit. Her demeanor was VERY dismissive, and she offered zero explanation. I later found out on my own they were simple charges--which was understandable, but I still had questions. Had she taken the time to explain these charges, I would have left feeling more informed and content, not just another transaction. I typically would have let this interaction slide, but the audacity of this behavior left me appalled. I'm only giving a two-star rating because I've previously had wonderful experiences with the sales team and service technicians!

Most importantly, when the work is done, you cannot tell there was ever a problem. My recommendation, if you need auto body work of any kind, give them a call first. You won't be disappointed.
